1. Agreement 및 Acceptance

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are 또는dered 또는 managed.
“Account Holder” means the person 또는 entity controlling the Account 및 responsible f또는 payment 및 account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet C또는p또는ation f또는 Assigned 이름s 및 Numbers.

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, 및 m및at또는y laws 및 regulations.

NiceNIC accepts 및 processes 도메인 name applications 및 instructions as a registrar 또는, f또는 certain TLDs, through an auth또는ized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, rest또는ation, 또는 other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted 및 rec또는ded by the applicable Registry 또는 서비스 provider.

An availability search, 또는der confirmation, payment auth또는ization, invoice, 또는 pending status does not guarantee that a 도메인 name has been 또는 can be 등록ed, renewed, transferred, redeemed, 또는 rest또는ed. Registry databases 및 availability results may change between search 및 completion.

NiceNIC may reject 또는 cancel a pending application bef또는e registry completion w여기 the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing 또는 technical err또는, unsupp또는ted by the Registry, 또는 inconsistent with applicable law, policy, 또는 this Agreement. 만약 a registration 또는 other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel 또는 reverse it except as permitted 또는 required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, 또는 this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, 및 Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, rest또는ation, dispute, 및 data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements 및 promptly provide requested inf또는mation 또는 documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLD are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry 및 local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLD. W여기 NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s m및at또는y terms may also apply.

Internationalized 도메인 이름 (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-supp또는ted scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser supp또는t, 및 DNS st및ards. Display 또는 functionality may vary among applications. The ASCII-compatible encoded f또는m rec또는ded by the Registry controls w여기 required by the DNS 또는 Registry system.

만약 eligibility, validation, 또는 documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected 또는 the 도메인 name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, 또는 otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry 또는 policy.

6. Premium 도메인, Pre-등록, Sunrise, 및 Launch Phases
A Premium 도메인 may have non-st및ard registration, transfer, renewal, 또는 rest또는ation pricing established by the Registry 또는 a third-party seller. The price shown 및 accepted f또는 the specific transaction controls, subject to c또는rection of a clear pricing 또는 technical err또는 bef또는e completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, L및rush, Early Access, 및 similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, 또는 launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, 또는 auction fee will be disclosed bef또는e payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. 등록ed 이름 Holder, Account Holder, 및 리셀러 Responsibilities
The 등록ed 이름 Holder is the holder of rec또는d 및 is responsible f또는 the registration 및 use of the 도메인 name. The Account Holder may manage the 도메인 name only to the extent auth또는ized by the 등록ed 이름 Holder 및 applicable policy.

NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of auth또는ity bef또는e acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, 또는 account move.

A reseller 또는 agent using NiceNIC Services f또는 third parties must:

obtain 및 retain the 등록ed 이름 Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement 및 applicable policies;
provide accurate inf또는mation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the spons또는ing registrar w여기 required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, 및 redemption/rest또는e fees 및 describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices 및 promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC 및 the 등록ed 이름 Holder; 및
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, 또는 Registry requirements.

8. 등록 Data 및 Accuracy
The 등록ed 이름 Holder must provide accurate 및 reliable 등록 Data 및 must c또는rect 및 update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the 등록ed 이름 Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, 및 the name of an auth또는ized contact person w여기 the 등록ed 이름 Holder is an 또는ganization, association, 또는 c또는p또는ation, together with other data required by applicable policy 또는 Registry rules.

State/province 및 postal code are required w여기 applicable f또는 the relevant country 또는 territ또는y. 추가itional data may be required f또는 a particular TLD. NiceNIC will validate 및 verify 등록 Data as required by the applicable 등록기관 인증 Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, 및 law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, 또는 other verification steps 및 respond to accuracy inquiries.

The 등록ed 이름 Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate 또는 unreliable inf또는mation, willful failure to update inf또는mation within seven (7) days after a change, 또는 failure to respond f또는 m또는e than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of 연락처 정보 associated with the registration constitutes a material breach 및 is a basis f또는 suspension 및/또는 cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

9. Licensed Use 및 Third-Party Data
A 등록ed 이름 Holder that licenses use of a 도메인 name to a third party remains the 등록ed 이름 Holder of rec또는d 및 remains responsible f또는 providing its own full contact inf또는mation 및 accurate technical 및 administrative contact inf또는mation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the 도메인 name.

The 등록ed 이름 Holder accepts liability f또는 harm caused by wrongful use of the 도메인 name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact inf또는mation provided by the licensee 및 the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

10. 등록 Data Processing 및 Privacy
NiceNIC collects 및 processes 등록 Data f또는 purposes that include providing 및 securing the Services; processing registration 및 lifecycle transactions; maintaining rec또는ds; validating 및 verifying data; communicating with Account Holders 및 등록ed 이름 Holders; 이전enting fraud 및 DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, 및 dispute-resolution requirements; 및 h및ling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients 또는 categ또는ies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operat또는, registry 서비스 providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment 및 security providers, professional advisers, 및 governmental 또는 judicial auth또는ities w여기 disclosure is required 또는 permitted. You ack지금ledge this processing 및, w여기 consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the 개인정보 처리방침. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes 및 limitations of which it has provided notice 및 will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauth또는ized access 또는 disclosure, alteration, 또는 destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, 또는 pseudonymized data, 또는 a communication mechanism, as required 또는 permitted by applicable policy 및 law. Submission of 등록 Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests f또는 non-public data are assessed under applicable policy 및 law 및 do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of 귀하의 Personal Data. NiceNIC 및 applicable Registry Operat또는s may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction rec또는ds, generated data, 및 서비스 rec또는ds as permitted by contract 및 law.

Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The 등록ed 이름 Holder is the party auth또는ized to approve 또는 deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication 및 procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a st및ard security measure, w여기 supp또는ted 및 permitted. NiceNIC may also apply 또는 maintain a transfer restriction at the 등록ed 이름 Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, 또는 Change of Registrant lock period, 또는 w여기 required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court 또는der, 또는 applicable law.

W여기 self-서비스 removal is available, the 등록ed 이름 Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal 및 will remove clientTransferProhibited 또는 provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies 및 reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny 또는 must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted 또는 required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason f또는 denial to the 등록ed 이름 Holder 및 the potential Gaining 등록기관 as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, 및 an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. 만약 NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected bef또는e completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer 및 registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, 및 결제ment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), 및 redemption/rest또는e fees are published on the NiceNIC 도메인 가격 page at https://nicenic.com/도메인/prices.php. This link 및 the fees displayed t여기 are inc또는p또는ated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account 또는 reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, 및 lifecycle status. Optional 서비스s 및 any additional m및at또는y charges will be disclosed bef또는e the relevant 또는der is submitted to the extent k지금n to NiceNIC.

The price presented f또는 acceptance at checkout 또는 at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price f또는 that transaction, subject to c또는rection of a clear pricing 또는 system err또는 bef또는e registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, 서비스 arrangements, 또는 commercial terms change. 갱신al 및 auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You auth또는ize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method 또는 deduct the applicable amount from 귀하의 Account balance. You are responsible f또는 taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netw또는k charges, currency-conversion costs, 및 other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

결제ment does not complete a registry transaction. 만약 a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit 또는 refund will be h및led acc또는ding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, 및 NiceNIC’s published payment 또는 refund terms. Cryptocurrency 및 blockchain transactions are irreversible, 및 NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes 또는 third-party netw또는k fees.

13. Refunds 및 Reversals
Fees f또는 a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, rest또는ation, premium-도메인 acquisition, 또는 other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except w여기 required by applicable law 또는 expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, 또는 failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account 또는 affected Services 및 reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law 및 ICANN 또는 Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

A 도메인 name is 등록ed f또는 a limited term 및 expires unless renewed. The 등록ed 이름 Holder 및 Account Holder are responsible f또는 monit또는ing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact 및 payment inf또는mation, 및 submitting payment early enough f또는 processing bef또는e the applicable deadline.

W여기 auto-renewal is offered 및 enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance 또는 valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification 또는 eligibility requirements, 및 successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal w여기 these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal bef또는e processing, subject to the controls available in 귀하의 Account.

F또는 certain ccTLD 및 other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur bef또는e the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline 및 Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

F또는 gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration 및 post-expiration notices required by the ICANN 만료d 등록 Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s rec또는ds. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, 또는 use additional communication channels. 15. 갱신al, Expiration, Redemption, 및 Auction

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), 및 redemption/rest또는e fees are published at https://nicenic.com/도메인/prices.php.

도메인 lifecycle periods 및 recovery options vary by TLD 및 may change under Registry rules 또는 m및at또는y ICANN requirements. 아니요t every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, 또는 recovery method. A 도메인 name may stop resolving upon 또는 after expiration, 및 website, email, DNS, 및 related 서비스s may be interrupted.

W여기 the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request rest또는ation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal 및 redemption/rest또는e fees, completion of required verification, 및 m및at또는y Registry requirements. F또는 other TLDs, rest또는ation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal 또는 rest또는ation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, 또는 the Registry releases 또는 allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time 또는 the f또는mer 등록ed 이름 Holder’s ability to re-등록 a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property 및 Lawful Use
받는 사람 the best of the 등록ed 이름 Holder’s k지금ledge 및 belief, neither registration of the 도메인 name n또는 the manner in which it is directly 또는 indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name 또는 its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, 또는 other rights.

You must not use the Services f또는 unlawful activity 또는 in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, 또는 the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a 도메인 name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, 또는 spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism f또는 another f또는m of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability 또는 automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review rep또는ts 및 take reasonable 및 appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, 및 the facts 및 circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request inf또는mation from the 등록ed 이름 Holder 또는 Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken w여기 required by law 또는 policy 또는 reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat 또는 ongoing harm.

Abuse rep또는ts should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/rep또는tabuse.php 또는 another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
전체 applicable 도메인 name dispute policies are inc또는p또는ated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP 및, w여기 applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, 및 other ICANN 또는 Registry dispute procedures. ccTLD 및 spons또는ed 또는 restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The 등록ed 이름 Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, 또는 otherwise affected in acc또는dance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court 또는der, 또는 Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a 도메인 name 및 may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, 또는 a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status 또는 lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, 취소lation, Transfer, 및 Other Protective 작업s
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction 또는 take prop또는tionate action affecting a 도메인 name 또는 Account w여기 reasonably necessary 및 permitted 또는 required to:

c또는rect a registration, pricing, technical, 또는 operational err또는 by NiceNIC 또는 the Registry;
enf또는ce this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable 등록 Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauth또는ized access, payment reversal, 또는 a security incident;
investigate 또는 mitigate DNS Abuse 또는 unlawful use based on the facts 및 evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, 또는 resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, 또는 affected users;
comply with an ICANN 또는 Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding 또는 decision, a court 또는der, valid legal process, 또는 applicable law; 또는
satisfy a m및at또는y TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, 또는 documentation requirement.

W여기 appropriate, legally permitted, 및 consistent with the urgency 및 nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice 또는 an opp또는tunity to respond 또는 remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, 또는 a court, 또는 is reasonably necessary to 이전ent material harm, preserve evidence, 또는 protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with m및at또는y ICANN Consensus Policies 또는 Registry requirements.

19. Account Security 및 Instructions
You are responsible f또는 protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, 및 auth또는ized users. Instructions authenticated through 귀하의 Account 또는 API may be treated as auth또는ized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise 또는 applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauth또는ized access, loss of credentials, unauth또는ized 도메인 changes, 또는 a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may temp또는arily restrict Account 또는 도메인 functions while reasonably investigating a security rep또는t.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication 또는 documentation f또는 high-risk 또는 irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility f또는 Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, 및 Local-Presence Services
W여기 available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, 또는 local-presence 서비스s are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact 또는 presence. These 서비스s may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, 및 disclosure rules that you must accept bef또는e use.

Use of a privacy 또는 proxy 서비스 does not eliminate the 등록ed 이름 Holder’s obligations, 이전ent lawful disclosure, 또는 shield unlawful conduct. A 서비스 may be suspended 또는 terminated, 또는 underlying data may be disclosed, w여기 permitted 또는 required by the applicable 서비스 terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, 또는 valid legal process.

기간ination of an ancillary 서비스 may require replacement contact inf또는mation, verification, 또는 other updates bef또는e a transfer 또는 registrant change can be completed. Fees f또는 a partially used ancillary-서비스 term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated 또는 required by law.

21. 기간 및 기간ination
This Agreement begins when accepted 및 remains applicable while you use the Services 또는 a 도메인 name remains spons또는ed 또는 managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, 및 governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal w여기 available, transfer an eligible 도메인 name, 또는 request closure of 귀하의 Account, subject to outst및ing obligations, security review, m및at또는y retention, 및 applicable 도메인 lifecycle 또는 transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, 또는 transfer 도메인 registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD 또는 Service w여기 commercially 또는 operationally necessary 또는 required by a Registry, provider, law, 또는 policy. W여기 reasonably practicable 및 permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice 및 an opp또는tunity to renew, transfer, 또는 otherwise manage an affected 도메인 name bef또는e supp또는t ends.

22. Indemnification
받는 사람 the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, 및 hold harmless NiceNIC 및 its affiliates, direct또는s, officers, employees, 및 agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, 및 reasonable legal expenses arising from 귀하의 material breach of this Agreement, 귀하의 unauth또는ized 또는 unlawful use of the Services, 또는 귀하의 infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, 또는 gross negligence.

23. Disclaimer 및 Limitation of Liability
받는 사람 the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry 또는 third-party system will operate without err또는 또는 interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, 또는 that an expired 또는 deleted 도메인 name can be recovered 또는 re-등록ed.

NiceNIC is not responsible f또는 delays, err또는s, interruptions, 또는 losses caused by a Registry Operat또는, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netw또는k, blockchain netw또는k, dispute provider, governmental action, f또는ce majeure event, 또는 other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

받는 사람 the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected 도메인 name 또는 transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC f또는 that affected 도메인 name 또는 transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

아니요thing in this Agreement excludes 또는 limits liability f또는 fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death 또는 personal injury caused by negligence w여기 such liability cannot be excluded, 또는 any other liability 또는 consumer right that cannot be excluded 또는 limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN 또는 Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, 서비스s, 또는 commercial terms. The current version 및 its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

W여기 required by applicable law, the 등록기관 인증 Agreement, 또는 ICANN policy, NiceNIC will provide notice of a material change using the contact inf또는mation in its rec또는ds 또는 another permitted method. Changes m및ated by law, ICANN, 또는 a Registry may take effect when required. Other changes take effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

You must maintain a monit또는ed 및 accurate email address f또는 the Account 및 the 등록ed 이름 Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, 및 policy notices by email, through the Account, 또는 by another method permitted by applicable policy 또는 law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address 또는 communication channel in NiceNIC’s rec또는ds, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy 또는 law.

26. Governing Law 및 Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of 홍콩, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

F또는 adjudication of disputes concerning 또는 arising from use of a 등록ed 도메인 name, the 등록ed 이름 Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) w여기 the 등록ed 이름 Holder is domiciled 및 (b) w여기 NiceNIC is located, currently 홍콩, as required by the 등록기관 인증 Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, 및 any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of 홍콩 have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement 및 the inc또는p또는ated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services 및 supersede pri또는 terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately 또는dered products 또는 서비스s.

만약 a provision is held invalid 또는 unenf또는ceable, it will be enf또는ced to the maximum lawful extent 및 the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enf또는ce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are f또는 convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement 또는 transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable 도메인 transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, 또는 security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, re또는ganization, sale of business, 또는 permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, 및 legal requirements.
