Nëse you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, ose other person acting fose the Regjistrohued Emër Holder, you must have the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s authoseization, provide the Regjistrohued Emër Holder with this Agreement dhe all applicable policies, dhe obtain the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible fose tënd own acts dhe omissions dhe fose ensuring that instructions submitted through tënd account are authoseized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are osedered ose managed.
“Account Holder” means the person ose entity controlling the Account dhe responsible fose payment dhe account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Coseposeation fose Assigned Emërs dhe Numbers.
“Regjistrohued Emër Holder” ose “RNH” means the person ose legal entity identified as the holder of a regjistroed domain name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wkëtu used in an applicable policy.
“Regjistrim Data” means data collected from a person ose legal entity, ose generated by NiceNIC ose a Registry Operatose, in connection with a domain name registration.
“Registry Operatose” ose “Registry” means the operatose of the registry fose the applicable top-level domain.
“TLD” means a top-level domain, including a generic top-level domain (“gTLD”) ose country-code top-level domain (“ccTLD”).
3. Incoseposeated Policies dhe Order of Precedence
This Agreement incoseposeates by reference the policies dhe requirements that apply to the relevant domain name ose Service, including the following, as updated from time to time:

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, dhe mdheatosey laws dhe regulations.

4. Regjistrues dhe Registry Roles
NiceNIC accepts dhe processes domain name applications dhe instructions as a registrar ose, fose certain TLDs, through an authoseized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoseation, ose other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted dhe recoseded by the applicable Registry ose shërbimi provider.

An availability search, oseder confirmation, payment authoseization, invoice, ose pending status does not guarantee that a domain name has been ose can be regjistroed, renewed, transferred, redeemed, ose restoseed. Registry databases dhe availability results may change between search dhe completion.

NiceNIC may reject ose cancel a pending application befosee registry completion wkëtu the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing ose technical errose, unsupposeted by the Registry, ose inconsistent with applicable law, policy, ose this Agreement. Nëse a registration ose other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel ose reverse it except as permitted ose required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, ose this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, dhe Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restoseation, dispute, dhe data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements dhe promptly provide requested infosemation ose documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLD-të are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry dhe local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLD-të. Wkëtu NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s mdheatosey terms may also apply.

Internationalized Emrat e Domenit (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-supposeted scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser supposet, dhe DNS stdheards. Nëse eligibility, validation, ose documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected ose the domain name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, ose otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry ose policy.

6. Premium Domeinet, Pre-Regjistrim, Sunrise, dhe Launch Phases
A Premium Domain may have non-stdheard registration, transfer, renewal, ose restoseation pricing established by the Registry ose a third-party seller. The price shown dhe accepted fose the specific transaction controls, subject to coserection of a clear pricing ose technical errose befosee completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Ldherush, Early Access, dhe similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, ose launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, ose auction fee will be disclosed befosee payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Regjistrohued Emër Holder, Account Holder, dhe Rishitës Responsibilities
The Regjistrohued Emër Holder is the holder of recosed dhe is responsible fose the registration dhe use of the domain name. The Account Holder may manage the domain name only to the extent authoseized by the Regjistrohued Emër Holder dhe applicable policy.

Nëse the Account Holder dhe Regjistrohued Emër Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the Regjistrohued Emër Holder dhe must not substitute its own infosemation without authoseization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authoseity befosee acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, ose account move.

A reseller ose agent using NiceNIC Services fose third parties must:

obtain dhe retain the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement dhe applicable policies;
provide accurate infosemation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsoseing registrar wkëtu required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, dhe redemption/restosee fees dhe describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices dhe promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC dhe the Regjistrohued Emër Holder; dhe
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, ose Registry requirements.

8. Regjistrim Data dhe Accuracy
The Regjistrohued Emër Holder must provide accurate dhe reliable Regjistrim Data dhe must coserect dhe update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, dhe the name of an authoseized contact person wkëtu the Regjistrohued Emër Holder is an oseganization, association, ose coseposeation, together with other data required by applicable policy ose Registry rules.

State/province dhe postal code are required wkëtu applicable fose the relevant country ose territosey. Shtoitional data may be required fose a particular TLD. Wkëtu the Regjistrohued Emër Holder supplies a value fose Registrant Organization, that oseganization may be treated as the Regjistrohued Emër Holder dhe may be published wkëtu the Regjistrohued Emër Holder agrees dhe applicable policy requires ose permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate dhe verify Regjistrim Data as required by the applicable Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, dhe law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, ose other verification steps dhe respond to accuracy inquiries.

The Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate ose unreliable infosemation, willful failure to update infosemation within seven (7) days after a change, ose failure to respond fose mosee than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of të dhënat e kontaktit associated with the registration constitutes a material breach dhe is a basis fose suspension dhe/ose cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

9. Licensed Use dhe Third-Party Data
A Regjistrohued Emër Holder that licenses use of a domain name to a third party remains the Regjistrohued Emër Holder of recosed dhe remains responsible fose providing its own full contact infosemation dhe accurate technical dhe administrative contact infosemation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the domain name.

The Regjistrohued Emër Holder accepts liability fose harm caused by wrongful use of the domain name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infosemation provided by the licensee dhe the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Nëse you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement dhe the Politika e Privatësisë dhe have obtained any consent ose other authoseization required by applicable law.

10. Regjistrim Data Processing dhe Privacy
NiceNIC collects dhe processes Regjistrim Data fose purposes that include providing dhe securing the Services; processing registration dhe lifecycle transactions; maintaining recoseds; validating dhe verifying data; communicating with Account Holders dhe Regjistrohued Emër Holders; mbrapaenting fraud dhe DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, dhe dispute-resolution requirements; dhe hdheling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients ose categoseies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operatose, registry shërbimi providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment dhe security providers, professional advisers, dhe governmental ose judicial authoseities wkëtu disclosure is required ose permitted. Obligatosey dhe optional data, publication rules, retention, access, coserection, dhe other processing details are described in the NiceNIC Politika e Privatësisë dhe applicable Regjistrim Data Policy.

You acktaniledge this processing dhe, wkëtu consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Politika e Privatësisë. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes dhe limitations of which it has provided notice dhe will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthoseized access ose disclosure, alteration, ose destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, ose pseudonymized data, ose a communication mechanism, as required ose permitted by applicable policy dhe law. Submission of Regjistrim Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests fose non-public data are assessed under applicable policy dhe law dhe do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of tënd Personal Data. NiceNIC dhe applicable Registry Operatoses may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recoseds, generated data, dhe shërbimi recoseds as permitted by contract dhe law.

11. Transferimet e Domain-it dhe Change of Registrant
Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Regjistrohued Emër Holder is the party authoseized to approve ose deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication dhe procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a stdheard security measure, wkëtu supposeted dhe permitted. NiceNIC may also apply ose maintain a transfer restriction at the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, ose Change of Registrant lock period, ose wkëtu required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court oseder, ose applicable law.

Wkëtu self-shërbimi removal is available, the Regjistrohued Emër Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal dhe will remove clientTransferProhibited ose provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies dhe reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny ose must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted ose required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason fose denial to the Regjistrohued Emër Holder dhe the potential Gaining Regjistrues as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, dhe an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Nëse NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befosee completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer dhe registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, dhe Paguajment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), dhe redemption/restosee fees are published on the NiceNIC Çmimet e domain-eve page at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php. This link dhe the fees displayed tkëtu are incoseposeated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account ose reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, dhe lifecycle status. Optional shërbimis dhe any additional mdheatosey charges will be disclosed befosee the relevant oseder is submitted to the extent ktanin to NiceNIC.

The price presented fose acceptance at checkout ose at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fose that transaction, subject to coserection of a clear pricing ose system errose befosee registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, shërbimi arrangements, ose commercial terms change. Rinovoal dhe auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authoseize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method ose deduct the applicable amount from tënd Account balance. You are responsible fose taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwosek charges, currency-conversion costs, dhe other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Paguajment does not complete a registry transaction. Nëse a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit ose refund will be hdheled accoseding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, dhe NiceNIC’s published payment ose refund terms. Cryptocurrency dhe blockchain transactions are irreversible, dhe NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes ose third-party netwosek fees.

13. Refunds dhe Reversals
Fees fose a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoseation, premium-domain acquisition, ose other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wkëtu required by applicable law ose expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, ose failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account ose affected Services dhe reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law dhe ICANN ose Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. Rinovoal dhe Auto-Rinovoal
A domain name is regjistroed fose a limited term dhe expires unless renewed. The Regjistrohued Emër Holder dhe Account Holder are responsible fose monitoseing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact dhe payment infosemation, dhe submitting payment early enough fose processing befosee the applicable deadline.

Wkëtu auto-renewal is offered dhe enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance ose valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification ose eligibility requirements, dhe successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wkëtu these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befosee processing, subject to the controls available in tënd Account.

Fose certain ccTLD-të dhe other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur befosee the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline dhe Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Fose gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration dhe post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Skadond Regjistrim Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s recoseds. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, ose use additional communication channels. These required notices do not remove tënd responsibility to maintain current contact infosemation dhe timely renew the registration.

15. Rinovoal, Expiration, Redemption, dhe Auction
Domain name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restoseation, pending deletion, dhe expired-domain auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Skadond Domain Rinovoal, Redemption, dhe Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-domain-renewal-redemption-dhe-auction-policy, which is incoseposeated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), dhe redemption/restosee fees are published at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php.

Domain lifecycle periods dhe recovery options vary by TLD dhe may change under Registry rules ose mdheatosey ICANN requirements. Jot every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, ose recovery method. A domain name may stop resolving upon ose after expiration, dhe website, email, DNS, dhe related shërbimis may be interrupted.

Wkëtu the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restoseation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal dhe redemption/restosee fees, completion of required verification, dhe mdheatosey Registry requirements. Fose other TLDs, restoseation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Jothing in NiceNIC’s expired-domain auction process limits any non-waivable renewal ose restoseation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Skadond Regjistrim Recovery Policy. Nëse this Agreement ose the NiceNIC expired-domain policy conflicts with a mdheatosey ICANN policy ose Registry requirement, that mdheatosey policy ose requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal ose restoseation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, ose the Registry releases ose allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time ose the fosemer Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s ability to re-regjistro a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property dhe Lawful Use
Për të the best of the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s ktaniledge dhe belief, neither registration of the domain name nose the manner in which it is directly ose indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name ose its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, ose other rights.

You must not use the Services fose unlawful activity ose in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, ose the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a domain name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, ose spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fose another fosem of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability ose automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review reposets dhe take reasonable dhe appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, dhe the facts dhe circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infosemation from the Regjistrohued Emër Holder ose Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wkëtu required by law ose policy ose reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat ose ongoing harm.

Abuse reposets should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/reposetabuse.php ose another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Të gjitha applicable domain name dispute policies are incoseposeated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP dhe, wkëtu applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, dhe other ICANN ose Registry dispute procedures. ccTLD-të dhe sponsoseed ose restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Regjistrohued Emër Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, ose otherwise affected in accosedance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court oseder, ose Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a domain name dhe may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, ose a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status ose lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Anulolation, Transfer, dhe Other Protective Veprimis
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction ose take proposetionate action affecting a domain name ose Account wkëtu reasonably necessary dhe permitted ose required to:

coserect a registration, pricing, technical, ose operational errose by NiceNIC ose the Registry;
enfosece this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Regjistrim Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthoseized access, payment reversal, ose a security incident;
investigate ose mitigate DNS Abuse ose unlawful use based on the facts dhe evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, ose resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, ose affected users;
comply with an ICANN ose Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding ose decision, a court oseder, valid legal process, ose applicable law; ose
satisfy a mdheatosey TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, ose documentation requirement.
Në dispozicion actions may include requesting infosemation ose remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, ose transferring a domain name when expressly authoseized ose required by policy ose legal process.

Wkëtu appropriate, legally permitted, dhe consistent with the urgency dhe nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice ose an opposetunity to respond ose remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, ose a court, ose is reasonably necessary to mbrapaent material harm, preserve evidence, ose protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with mdheatosey ICANN Consensus Policies ose Registry requirements.

19. Account Security dhe Instructions
You are responsible fose protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, dhe authoseized users. Instructions authenticated through tënd Account ose API may be treated as authoseized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise ose applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthoseized access, loss of credentials, unauthoseized domain changes, ose a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may temposearily restrict Account ose domain functions while reasonably investigating a security reposet.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication ose documentation fose high-risk ose irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility fose Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, dhe Local-Presence Services
Wkëtu available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, ose local-presence shërbimis are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact ose presence. These shërbimis may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, dhe disclosure rules that you must accept befosee use.

Use of a privacy ose proxy shërbimi does not eliminate the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s obligations, mbrapaent lawful disclosure, ose shield unlawful conduct. A shërbimi may be suspended ose terminated, ose underlying data may be disclosed, wkëtu permitted ose required by the applicable shërbimi terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, ose valid legal process.

Periudhëination of an ancillary shërbimi may require replacement contact infosemation, verification, ose other updates befosee a transfer ose registrant change can be completed. Fees fose a partially used ancillary-shërbimi term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated ose required by law.

This Agreement begins when accepted dhe remains applicable while you use the Services ose a domain name remains sponsoseed ose managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, dhe governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wkëtu available, transfer an eligible domain name, ose request closure of tënd Account, subject to outstdheing obligations, security review, mdheatosey retention, dhe applicable domain lifecycle ose transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, ose transfer domain registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD ose Service wkëtu commercially ose operationally necessary ose required by a Registry, provider, law, ose policy. Wkëtu reasonably practicable dhe permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice dhe an opposetunity to renew, transfer, ose otherwise manage an affected domain name befosee supposet ends.

22. Indemnification
Për të the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, dhe hold harmless NiceNIC dhe its affiliates, directoses, officers, employees, dhe agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, dhe reasonable legal expenses arising from tënd material breach of this Agreement, tënd unauthoseized ose unlawful use of the Services, ose tënd infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, ose gross negligence.

The Regjistrohued Emër Holder must indemnify, defend, dhe hold harmless the applicable Registry Operatose dhe its directoses, officers, employees, dhe agents from dhe against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, dhe expenses, including reasonable legal fees dhe expenses, arising out of ose related to the Regjistrohued Emër Holder’s domain name registration, as required by the applicable Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement ose Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer dhe Limitation of Liability
Për të the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry ose third-party system will operate without errose ose interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, ose that an expired ose deleted domain name can be recovered ose re-regjistroed.

NiceNIC is not responsible fose delays, erroses, interruptions, ose losses caused by a Registry Operatose, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwosek, blockchain netwosek, dispute provider, governmental action, fosece majeure event, ose other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Për të the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other fose indirect, incidental, special, punitive, ose consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opposetunity, ose loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Për të the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected domain name ose transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC fose that affected domain name ose transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jothing in this Agreement excludes ose limits liability fose fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death ose personal injury caused by negligence wkëtu such liability cannot be excluded, ose any other liability ose consumer right that cannot be excluded ose limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN ose Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, shërbimis, ose commercial terms. The current version dhe its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

25. Jotices dhe Communications
You must maintain a monitoseed dhe accurate email address fose the Account dhe the Regjistrohued Emër Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, dhe policy notices by email, through the Account, ose by another method permitted by applicable policy ose law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address ose communication channel in NiceNIC’s recoseds, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy ose law.

26. Governing Law dhe Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fose adjudication of disputes concerning ose arising from use of a regjistroed domain name, the Regjistrohued Emër Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wkëtu the Regjistrohued Emër Holder is domiciled dhe (b) wkëtu NiceNIC is located, currently Hong Kong, as required by the Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, dhe any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement dhe the incoseposeated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services dhe supersede priose terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately osedered products ose shërbimis.

Nëse a provision is held invalid ose unenfoseceable, it will be enfoseced to the maximum lawful extent dhe the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfosece a provision is not a waiver. Headings are fose convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement ose transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable domain transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, ose security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reoseganization, sale of business, ose permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, dhe legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fose convenience only unless mdheatosey law requires otherwise.
