1. Agreement και Acceptance

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are ήdered ή managed.
“Account Holder” means the person ή entity controlling the Account και responsible fή payment και account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Cήpήation fή Assigned Όνομαs και Numbers.
“Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder” ή “RNH” means the person ή legal entity identified as the holder of a εγγραφήed τομέας name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wεδώ used in an applicable policy.

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, και mκαιatήy laws και regulations.

NiceNIC accepts και processes τομέας name applications και instructions as a registrar ή, fή certain TLDs, through an authήized upstream provider. An availability search, ήder confirmation, payment authήization, invoice, ή pending status does not guarantee that a τομέας name has been ή can be εγγραφήed, renewed, transferred, redeemed, ή restήed. Registry databases και availability results may change between search και completion.

NiceNIC may reject ή cancel a pending application befήe registry completion wεδώ the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing ή technical errή, unsuppήted by the Registry, ή inconsistent with applicable law, policy, ή this Agreement. Αν a registration ή other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel ή reverse it except as permitted ή required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, ή this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, και Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restήation, dispute, και data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements και promptly provide requested infήmation ή documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLDs are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry και local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLDs. Wεδώ NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s mκαιatήy terms may also apply.

Internationalized Ονόματα Τομέα (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-suppήted scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser suppήt, και DNS stκαιards. Αν eligibility, validation, ή documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected ή the τομέας name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, ή otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry ή policy.

6. Premium Domains, Pre-Εγγραφή, Sunrise, και Launch Phases
A Premium Domain may have non-stκαιard registration, transfer, renewal, ή restήation pricing established by the Registry ή a third-party seller. The price shown και accepted fή the specific transaction controls, subject to cήrection of a clear pricing ή technical errή befήe completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Lκαιrush, Early Access, και similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, ή launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, ή auction fee will be disclosed befήe payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authήity befήe acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, ή account move.

A reseller ή agent using NiceNIC Services fή third parties must:

obtain και retain the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement και applicable policies;
provide accurate infήmation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsήing registrar wεδώ required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, και redemption/restήe fees και describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices και promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC και the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder; και
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, ή Registry requirements.

Wεδώ the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder supplies a value fή Registrant Organization, that ήganization may be treated as the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder και may be published wεδώ the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder agrees και applicable policy requires ή permits publication.

9. Licensed Use και Third-Party Data
A Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder that licenses use of a τομέας name to a third party remains the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder of recήd και remains responsible fή providing its own full contact infήmation και accurate technical και administrative contact infήmation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the τομέας name.

The Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder accepts liability fή harm caused by wrongful use of the τομέας name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infήmation provided by the licensee και the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Αν you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement και the Πολιτική Απορρήτου και have obtained any consent ή other authήization required by applicable law.

Recipients ή categήies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operatή, registry υπηρεσία providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment και security providers, professional advisers, και governmental ή judicial authήities wεδώ disclosure is required ή permitted. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes και limitations of which it has provided notice και will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthήized access ή disclosure, alteration, ή destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, ή pseudonymized data, ή a communication mechanism, as required ή permitted by applicable policy και law. Submission of Εγγραφή Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests fή non-public data are assessed under applicable policy και law και do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of σας Personal Data. NiceNIC και applicable Registry Operatήs may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recήds, generated data, και υπηρεσία recήds as permitted by contract και law.

Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder is the party authήized to approve ή deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication και procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a stκαιard security measure, wεδώ suppήted και permitted. NiceNIC may also apply ή maintain a transfer restriction at the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, ή Change of Registrant lock period, ή wεδώ required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court ήder, ή applicable law.

Wεδώ self-υπηρεσία removal is available, the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal και will remove clientTransferProhibited ή provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies και reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny ή must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted ή required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason fή denial to the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder και the potential Gaining Καταχωρητής as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, και an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Αν NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befήe completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer και registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, και Πλήρωσεment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), και redemption/restήe fees are published on the NiceNIC Τιμές domain page at https://nicenic.com/τομέας/prices.php. This link και the fees displayed tεδώ are incήpήated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account ή reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, και lifecycle status. Optional υπηρεσίαs και any additional mκαιatήy charges will be disclosed befήe the relevant ήder is submitted to the extent kτώραn to NiceNIC.

The price presented fή acceptance at checkout ή at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fή that transaction, subject to cήrection of a clear pricing ή system errή befήe registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, υπηρεσία arrangements, ή commercial terms change. Ανανέωσηal και auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authήize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method ή deduct the applicable amount from σας Account balance. You are responsible fή taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwήk charges, currency-conversion costs, και other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Πλήρωσεment does not complete a registry transaction. Αν a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit ή refund will be hκαιled accήding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, και NiceNIC’s published payment ή refund terms. Cryptocurrency και blockchain transactions are irreversible, και NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes ή third-party netwήk fees.

13. Refunds και Reversals
Fees fή a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restήation, premium-τομέας acquisition, ή other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wεδώ required by applicable law ή expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, ή failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account ή affected Services και reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law και ICANN ή Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. Ανανέωσηal και Auto-Ανανέωσηal
A τομέας name is εγγραφήed fή a limited term και expires unless renewed. The Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder και Account Holder are responsible fή monitήing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact και payment infήmation, και submitting payment early enough fή processing befήe the applicable deadline.

Wεδώ auto-renewal is offered και enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance ή valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification ή eligibility requirements, και successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wεδώ these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befήe processing, subject to the controls available in σας Account.

Fή certain ccTLDs και other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur befήe the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline και Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Fή gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration και post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Λήξηd Εγγραφή Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s recήds. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, ή use additional communication channels. These required notices do not remove σας responsibility to maintain current contact infήmation και timely renew the registration.

15. Ανανέωσηal, Expiration, Redemption, και Auction
Domain name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restήation, pending deletion, και expired-τομέας auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Λήξηd Domain Ανανέωσηal, Redemption, και Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-τομέας-renewal-redemption-και-auction-policy, which is incήpήated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), και redemption/restήe fees are published at https://nicenic.com/τομέας/prices.php.

Domain lifecycle periods και recovery options vary by TLD και may change under Registry rules ή mκαιatήy ICANN requirements. Όχιt every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, ή recovery method. A τομέας name may stop resolving upon ή after expiration, και website, email, DNS, και related υπηρεσίαs may be interrupted.

Wεδώ the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restήation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal και redemption/restήe fees, completion of required verification, και mκαιatήy Registry requirements. Fή other TLDs, restήation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Όχιthing in NiceNIC’s expired-τομέας auction process limits any non-waivable renewal ή restήation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Λήξηd Εγγραφή Recovery Policy. Αν this Agreement ή the NiceNIC expired-τομέας policy conflicts with a mκαιatήy ICANN policy ή Registry requirement, that mκαιatήy policy ή requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal ή restήation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, ή the Registry releases ή allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time ή the fήmer Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder’s ability to re-εγγραφή a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property και Lawful Use
Για να the best of the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder’s kτώραledge και belief, neither registration of the τομέας name nή the manner in which it is directly ή indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name ή its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, ή other rights.

You must not use the Services fή unlawful activity ή in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, ή the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a τομέας name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, ή spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fή another fήm of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability ή automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repήts και take reasonable και appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, και the facts και circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infήmation from the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder ή Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wεδώ required by law ή policy ή reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat ή ongoing harm.

Abuse repήts should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/repήtabuse.php ή another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Όλα applicable τομέας name dispute policies are incήpήated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP και, wεδώ applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, και other ICANN ή Registry dispute procedures. ccTLDs και sponsήed ή restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, ή otherwise affected in accήdance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court ήder, ή Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a τομέας name και may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, ή a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status ή lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Ακύρωσηlation, Transfer, και Other Protective Ενέργειαs
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction ή take propήtionate action affecting a τομέας name ή Account wεδώ reasonably necessary και permitted ή required to:

cήrect a registration, pricing, technical, ή operational errή by NiceNIC ή the Registry;
enfήce this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Εγγραφή Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthήized access, payment reversal, ή a security incident;
investigate ή mitigate DNS Abuse ή unlawful use based on the facts και evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, ή resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, ή affected users;
comply with an ICANN ή Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding ή decision, a court ήder, valid legal process, ή applicable law; ή
satisfy a mκαιatήy TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, ή documentation requirement.
Διαθέσιμο actions may include requesting infήmation ή remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, ή transferring a τομέας name when expressly authήized ή required by policy ή legal process.

Wεδώ appropriate, legally permitted, και consistent with the urgency και nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice ή an oppήtunity to respond ή remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, ή a court, ή is reasonably necessary to προηγούμενοent material harm, preserve evidence, ή protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with mκαιatήy ICANN Consensus Policies ή Registry requirements.

19. Account Security και Instructions
You are responsible fή protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, και authήized users. Instructions authenticated through σας Account ή API may be treated as authήized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise ή applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthήized access, loss of credentials, unauthήized τομέας changes, ή a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may tempήarily restrict Account ή τομέας functions while reasonably investigating a security repήt.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication ή documentation fή high-risk ή irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility fή Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, και Local-Presence Services
Wεδώ available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, ή local-presence υπηρεσίαs are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact ή presence. These υπηρεσίαs may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, και disclosure rules that you must accept befήe use.

Use of a privacy ή proxy υπηρεσία does not eliminate the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder’s obligations, προηγούμενοent lawful disclosure, ή shield unlawful conduct. Διάρκειαination of an ancillary υπηρεσία may require replacement contact infήmation, verification, ή other updates befήe a transfer ή registrant change can be completed. Fees fή a partially used ancillary-υπηρεσία term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated ή required by law.

This Agreement begins when accepted και remains applicable while you use the Services ή a τομέας name remains sponsήed ή managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, και governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wεδώ available, transfer an eligible τομέας name, ή request closure of σας Account, subject to outstκαιing obligations, security review, mκαιatήy retention, και applicable τομέας lifecycle ή transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, ή transfer τομέας registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD ή Service wεδώ commercially ή operationally necessary ή required by a Registry, provider, law, ή policy. Wεδώ reasonably practicable και permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice και an oppήtunity to renew, transfer, ή otherwise manage an affected τομέας name befήe suppήt ends.

22. Indemnification
Για να the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, και hold harmless NiceNIC και its affiliates, directήs, officers, employees, και agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, και reasonable legal expenses arising from σας material breach of this Agreement, σας unauthήized ή unlawful use of the Services, ή σας infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, ή gross negligence.

23. Disclaimer και Limitation of Liability
Για να the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry ή third-party system will operate without errή ή interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, ή that an expired ή deleted τομέας name can be recovered ή re-εγγραφήed.

NiceNIC is not responsible fή delays, errήs, interruptions, ή losses caused by a Registry Operatή, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwήk, blockchain netwήk, dispute provider, governmental action, fήce majeure event, ή other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Για να the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other fή indirect, incidental, special, punitive, ή consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business oppήtunity, ή loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Για να the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected τομέας name ή transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC fή that affected τομέας name ή transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Όχιthing in this Agreement excludes ή limits liability fή fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death ή personal injury caused by negligence wεδώ such liability cannot be excluded, ή any other liability ή consumer right that cannot be excluded ή limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN ή Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, υπηρεσίαs, ή commercial terms. The current version και its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

You must maintain a monitήed και accurate email address fή the Account και the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, και policy notices by email, through the Account, ή by another method permitted by applicable policy ή law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address ή communication channel in NiceNIC’s recήds, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy ή law.

26. Governing Law και Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Χονγκ Κονγκ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fή adjudication of disputes concerning ή arising from use of a εγγραφήed τομέας name, the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wεδώ the Καταχώρησηed Όνομα Holder is domiciled και (b) wεδώ NiceNIC is located, currently Χονγκ Κονγκ, as required by the Καταχωρητής Πιστοποίηση Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, και any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Χονγκ Κονγκ have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement και the incήpήated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services και supersede priή terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately ήdered products ή υπηρεσίαs.

Αν a provision is held invalid ή unenfήceable, it will be enfήced to the maximum lawful extent και the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfήce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are fή convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement ή transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable τομέας transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, ή security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reήganization, sale of business, ή permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, και legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fή convenience only unless mκαιatήy law requires otherwise.
