1. Agreement এবং Acceptance

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are অথবাdered অথবা managed.

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, এবং mএবংatঅথবাy laws এবং regulations.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, এবং Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restঅথবাation, dispute, এবং data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements এবং promptly provide requested infঅথবাmation অথবা documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLDs are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry এবং local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLDs. Wএখানে NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s mএবংatঅথবাy terms may also apply.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Lএবংrush, Early Access, এবং similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, অথবা launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, অথবা auction fee will be disclosed befঅথবাe payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

The নিবন্ধন করুনed নাম Holder accepts liability fঅথবা harm caused by wrongful use of the ডোমেইন name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infঅথবাmation provided by the licensee এবং the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Optional সেবাs এবং any additional mএবংatঅথবাy charges will be disclosed befঅথবাe the relevant অথবাder is submitted to the extent kএখনn to NiceNIC.

The price presented fঅথবা acceptance at checkout অথবা at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fঅথবা that transaction, subject to cঅথবাrection of a clear pricing অথবা system errঅথবা befঅথবাe registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, সেবা arrangements, অথবা commercial terms change. নবায়ন করুনal এবং auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

13. Refunds এবং Reversals
Fees fঅথবা a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restঅথবাation, premium-ডোমেইন acquisition, অথবা other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wএখানে required by applicable law অথবা expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, অথবা failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account অথবা affected Services এবং reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law এবং ICANN অথবা Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohiবিটed by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

ডোমেইন lifecycle periods এবং recovery options vary by TLD এবং may change under Registry rules অথবা mএবংatঅথবাy ICANN requirements. নাt every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, অথবা recovery method. A ডোমেইন name may stop resolving upon অথবা after expiration, এবং website, email, DNS, এবং related সেবাs may be interrupted.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal অথবা restঅথবাation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, অথবা the Registry releases অথবা allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time অথবা the fঅথবাmer নিবন্ধন করুনed নাম Holder’s ability to re-নিবন্ধন করুন a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property এবং Lawful Use

NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name অথবা its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, অথবা other rights.

You must not use the Services fঅথবা unlawful activity অথবা in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, অথবা the rights of others. Prohiবিটed activity includes using a ডোমেইন name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, অথবা spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fঅথবা another fঅথবাm of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability অথবা automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repঅথবাts এবং take reasonable এবং appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, এবং the facts এবং circumstances of the matter. 17. Dispute Resolution Policies

NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status অথবা lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction অথবা take propঅথবাtionate action affecting a ডোমেইন name অথবা Account wএখানে reasonably necessary এবং permitted অথবা required to:

NiceNIC may require additional authentication অথবা documentation fঅথবা high-risk অথবা irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility fঅথবা Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, এবং Local-Presence Services

Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, এবং governing-law provisions—survive termination.

24. Changes to This Agreement

26. Governing Law এবং Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of হংকং, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fঅথবা adjudication of disputes concerning অথবা arising from use of a নিবন্ধন করুনed ডোমেইন name, the নিবন্ধন করুনed নাম Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wএখানে the নিবন্ধন করুনed নাম Holder is domiciled এবং (b) wএখানে NiceNIC is located, currently হংকং, as required by the রেজিস্ট্রার অ্যাক্রেডিটেশন Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement এবং the incঅথবাpঅথবাated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services এবং supersede priঅথবা terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately অথবাdered products অথবা সেবাs.

You may not assign this Agreement অথবা transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable ডোমেইন transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, অথবা security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reঅথবাganization, sale of business, অথবা permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, এবং legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fঅথবা convenience only unless mএবংatঅথবাy law requires otherwise.
