There are two ways to establish eligibility.

Thai trade mark: Provide the trade mark name and number. The domain name must match the text or numbers in the trade mark. A Thai local address is not required for this trade-mark route.
Registering with Trustee Service
If you need NiceNIC Trustee Service, prepare the Trade Mark Name and Trade Mark Number. For this route, the trade mark must match the domain name you request.
