Jos you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, tai other person acting ftai the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder, you must have the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder’s authtaiization, provide the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder with this Agreement ja all applicable policies, ja obtain the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible ftai sinun own acts ja omissions ja ftai ensuring that instructions submitted through sinun account are authtaiized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are taidered tai managed.
“Account Holder” means the person tai entity controlling the Account ja responsible ftai payment ja account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Ctaiptaiation ftai Assigned Nimis ja Numbers.
“Rekisteröied Nimi Holder” tai “RNH” means the person tai legal entity identified as the holder of a rekisteröied verkkotunnus name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wtässä used in an applicable policy.

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, ja mjaattaiy laws ja regulations.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, ja Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, resttaiation, dispute, ja data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements ja promptly provide requested inftaimation tai documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, tai launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, tai auction fee will be disclosed beftaie payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Rekisteröied Nimi Holder, Account Holder, ja Jälleenmyyjä Responsibilities
The Rekisteröied Nimi Holder is the holder of rectaid ja is responsible ftai the registration ja use of the verkkotunnus name. The Account Holder may manage the verkkotunnus name only to the extent authtaiized by the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder ja applicable policy.

A reseller tai agent using NiceNIC Services ftai third parties must:

obtain ja retain the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement ja applicable policies;
provide accurate inftaimation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponstaiing registrar wtässä required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, ja redemption/resttaie fees ja describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices ja promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC ja the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder; ja
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, tai Registry requirements.

8. Rekisteröinti Data ja Accuracy

You acknytledge this processing ja, wtässä consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Tietosuojakäytäntö. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes ja limitations of which it has provided notice ja will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthtaiized access tai disclosure, alteration, tai destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, tai pseudonymized data, tai a communication mechanism, as required tai permitted by applicable policy ja law. Submission of Rekisteröinti Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests ftai non-public data are assessed under applicable policy ja law ja do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of sinun Personal Data. NiceNIC ja applicable Registry Operattais may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction rectaids, generated data, ja palvelu rectaids as permitted by contract ja law.

NiceNIC may deny tai must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted tai required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, ja an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. 12. Fees, Taxes, ja Maksament

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account tai reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, ja lifecycle status. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, palvelu arrangements, tai commercial terms change. Services are generally prepaid. You authtaiize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method tai deduct the applicable amount from sinun Account balance. You are responsible ftai taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwtaik charges, currency-conversion costs, ja other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Maksament does not complete a registry transaction. Cryptocurrency ja blockchain transactions are irreversible, ja NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes tai third-party netwtaik fees.

13. Refunds ja Reversals
Fees ftai a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, resttaiation, premium-verkkotunnus acquisition, tai other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wtässä required by applicable law tai expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, tai failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account tai affected Services ja reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law ja ICANN tai Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibittied by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), ja redemption/resttaie fees are published at https://nicenic.com/verkkotunnus/prices.php.

Verkkotunnus lifecycle periods ja recovery options vary by TLD ja may change under Registry rules tai mjaattaiy ICANN requirements. Eit every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, tai recovery method. A verkkotunnus name may stop resolving upon tai after expiration, ja website, email, DNS, ja related palvelus may be interrupted.

Wtässä the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request resttaiation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal ja redemption/resttaie fees, completion of required verification, ja mjaattaiy Registry requirements. Ftai other TLDs, resttaiation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Eithing in NiceNIC’s expired-verkkotunnus auction process limits any non-waivable renewal tai resttaiation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Vanheneed Rekisteröinti Recovery Policy. Jos this Agreement tai the NiceNIC expired-verkkotunnus policy conflicts with a mjaattaiy ICANN policy tai Registry requirement, that mjaattaiy policy tai requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal tai resttaiation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, tai the Registry releases tai allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time tai the ftaimer Rekisteröied Nimi Holder’s ability to re-rekisteröi a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property ja Lawful Use
Osta the best of the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder’s knytledge ja belief, neither registration of the verkkotunnus name ntai the manner in which it is directly tai indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name tai its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, tai other rights.

You must not use the Services ftai unlawful activity tai in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, tai the rights of others. Prohibittied activity includes using a verkkotunnus name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, tai spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism ftai another ftaim of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability tai automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review reptaits ja take reasonable ja appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, ja the facts ja circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request inftaimation from the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder tai Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wtässä required by law tai policy tai reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat tai ongoing harm.

Abuse reptaits should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/reptaitabuse.php tai another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a verkkotunnus name ja may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, tai a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status tai lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Peruutalation, Transfer, ja Other Protective Toimintos
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction tai take proptaitionate action affecting a verkkotunnus name tai Account wtässä reasonably necessary ja permitted tai required to:

ctairect a registration, pricing, technical, tai operational errtai by NiceNIC tai the Registry;
enftaice this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Rekisteröinti Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthtaiized access, payment reversal, tai a security incident;
investigate tai mitigate DNS Abuse tai unlawful use based on the facts ja evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, tai resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, tai affected users;
comply with an ICANN tai Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding tai decision, a court taider, valid legal process, tai applicable law; tai
satisfy a mjaattaiy TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, tai documentation requirement.

NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with mjaattaiy ICANN Consensus Policies tai Registry requirements.

19. Account Security ja Instructions
You are responsible ftai protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, ja authtaiized users. Instructions authenticated through sinun Account tai API may be treated as authtaiized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise tai applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthtaiized access, loss of credentials, unauthtaiized verkkotunnus changes, tai a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may temptaiarily restrict Account tai verkkotunnus functions while reasonably investigating a security reptait.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication tai documentation ftai high-risk tai irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility ftai Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, ja Local-Presence Services
Wtässä available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, tai local-presence palvelus are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact tai presence. These palvelus may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, ja disclosure rules that you must accept beftaie use.

Use of a privacy tai proxy palvelu does not eliminate the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder’s obligations, edellinenent lawful disclosure, tai shield unlawful conduct. A palvelu may be suspended tai terminated, tai underlying data may be disclosed, wtässä permitted tai required by the applicable palvelu terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, tai valid legal process.

21. Kesto ja Kestoination
This Agreement begins when accepted ja remains applicable while you use the Services tai a verkkotunnus name remains sponstaied tai managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, ja governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wtässä available, transfer an eligible verkkotunnus name, tai request closure of sinun Account, subject to outstjaing obligations, security review, mjaattaiy retention, ja applicable verkkotunnus lifecycle tai transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, tai transfer verkkotunnus registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD tai Service wtässä commercially tai operationally necessary tai required by a Registry, provider, law, tai policy. 22. Indemnification
Osta the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, ja hold harmless NiceNIC ja its affiliates, directtais, officers, employees, ja agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, ja reasonable legal expenses arising from sinun material breach of this Agreement, sinun unauthtaiized tai unlawful use of the Services, tai sinun infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, tai gross negligence.

The Rekisteröied Nimi Holder must indemnify, defend, ja hold harmless the applicable Registry Operattai ja its directtais, officers, employees, ja agents from ja against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, ja expenses, including reasonable legal fees ja expenses, arising out of tai related to the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder’s verkkotunnus name registration, as required by the applicable Rekisterinpitäjä Akkreditointi Agreement tai Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer ja Limitation of Liability
Osta the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC is not responsible ftai delays, errtais, interruptions, tai losses caused by a Registry Operattai, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwtaik, blockchain netwtaik, dispute provider, governmental action, ftaice majeure event, tai other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Osta the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other ftai indirect, incidental, special, punitive, tai consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opptaitunity, tai loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Osta the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected verkkotunnus name tai transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC ftai that affected verkkotunnus name tai transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Eithing in this Agreement excludes tai limits liability ftai fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death tai personal injury caused by negligence wtässä such liability cannot be excluded, tai any other liability tai consumer right that cannot be excluded tai limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN tai Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, palvelus, tai commercial terms. The current version ja its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

25. Eitices ja Communications
You must maintain a monittaied ja accurate email address ftai the Account ja the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, ja policy notices by email, through the Account, tai by another method permitted by applicable policy tai law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address tai communication channel in NiceNIC’s rectaids, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy tai law.

26. Governing Law ja Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hongkong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Ftai adjudication of disputes concerning tai arising from use of a rekisteröied verkkotunnus name, the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wtässä the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder is domiciled ja (b) wtässä NiceNIC is located, currently Hongkong, as required by the Rekisterinpitäjä Akkreditointi Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, ja any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hongkong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement ja the inctaiptaiated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services ja supersede pritai terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately taidered products tai palvelus.

Jos a provision is held invalid tai unenftaiceable, it will be enftaiced to the maximum lawful extent ja the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enftaice a provision is not a waiver. Headings are ftai convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement tai transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable verkkotunnus transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, tai security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, retaiganization, sale of business, tai permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, ja legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided ftai convenience only unless mjaattaiy law requires otherwise.
