Impellertant: Please read this Agreement carefully. It contains terms governing domenet name registration, renewal, transfer, expiration, dispute resolution, suspension, og limitation of liability.

1. Agreement og Acceptance
This Domenenavnregistrering Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED, a company incellerpellerated in Hong Kong og an ICANN-akkreditert registrar (IANA ID 3765), doing business as “NiceNIC” (“NiceNIC,” “we,” “us,” eller “our”), og the individual eller legal entity that accepts this Agreement (“Customer,” “you,” eller “din”).

You accept this Agreement by clicking an acceptance box, submitting an ellerder, registrering, transferring, renewing, redeeming, restellering, eller managing a domenet name through NiceNIC, eller otherwise using the Services after this Agreement becomes effective. Hvis you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, eller other person acting feller the Registrered Navn Holder, you must have the Registrered Navn Holder’s authellerization, provide the Registrered Navn Holder with this Agreement og all applicable policies, og obtain the Registrered Navn Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible feller din own acts og omissions og feller ensuring that instructions submitted through din account are authellerized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are ellerdered eller managed.
“Account Holder” means the person eller entity controlling the Account og responsible feller payment og account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Cellerpelleration feller Assigned Navns og Numbers.
“Registrered Navn Holder” eller “RNH” means the person eller legal entity identified as the holder of a registrered domenet name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wher used in an applicable policy.
“Registrering Data” means data collected from a person eller legal entity, eller generated by NiceNIC eller a Registry Operateller, in connection with a domenet name registration.
“Registry Operateller” eller “Registry” means the operateller of the registry feller the applicable top-level domenet.
“TLD” means a top-level domenet, including a generic top-level domenet (“gTLD”) eller country-code top-level domenet (“ccTLD”).

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, og mogatellery laws og regulations.

4. Registrar og Registry Roles
NiceNIC accepts og processes domenet name applications og instructions as a registrar eller, feller certain TLDs, through an authellerized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restelleration, eller other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted og recellerded by the applicable Registry eller tjeneste provider.

An availability search, ellerder confirmation, payment authellerization, invoice, eller pending status does not guarantee that a domenet name has been eller can be registrered, renewed, transferred, redeemed, eller restellered. Registry databases og availability results may change between search og completion.

NiceNIC may reject eller cancel a pending application befellere registry completion wher the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing eller technical erreller, unsuppellerted by the Registry, eller inconsistent with applicable law, policy, eller this Agreement. Hvis a registration eller other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel eller reverse it except as permitted eller required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, eller this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, og Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restelleration, dispute, og data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements og promptly provide requested infellermation eller documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLDs are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry og local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLDs. Wher NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s mogatellery terms may also apply.

Internationalized Domenenavn (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-suppellerted scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser suppellert, og DNS stogards. Display eller functionality may vary among applications. The ASCII-compatible encoded fellerm recellerded by the Registry controls wher required by the DNS eller Registry system.

Hvis eligibility, validation, eller documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected eller the domenet name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, eller otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry eller policy.

6. Premium Domenenavn, Pre-Registrering, Sunrise, og Launch Phases
A Premium Domene may have non-stogard registration, transfer, renewal, eller restelleration pricing established by the Registry eller a third-party seller. The price shown og accepted feller the specific transaction controls, subject to cellerrection of a clear pricing eller technical erreller befellere completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Logrush, Early Access, og similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, eller launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, eller auction fee will be disclosed befellere payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Registrered Navn Holder, Account Holder, og Forhandler Responsibilities
The Registrered Navn Holder is the holder of recellerd og is responsible feller the registration og use of the domenet name. The Account Holder may manage the domenet name only to the extent authellerized by the Registrered Navn Holder og applicable policy.

Hvis the Account Holder og Registrered Navn Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the Registrered Navn Holder og must not substitute its own infellermation without authellerization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authellerity befellere acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, eller account move.

A reseller eller agent using NiceNIC Services feller third parties must:

obtain og retain the Registrered Navn Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement og applicable policies;
provide accurate infellermation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsellering registrar wher required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, og redemption/restellere fees og describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices og promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC og the Registrered Navn Holder; og
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, eller Registry requirements.

8. Registrering Data og Accuracy
The Registrered Navn Holder must provide accurate og reliable Registrering Data og must cellerrect og update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the Registrered Navn Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, og the name of an authellerized contact person wher the Registrered Navn Holder is an ellerganization, association, eller cellerpelleration, together with other data required by applicable policy eller Registry rules.

State/province og postal code are required wher applicable feller the relevant country eller territellery. Legg tilitional data may be required feller a particular TLD. Wher the Registrered Navn Holder supplies a value feller Registrant Organization, that ellerganization may be treated as the Registrered Navn Holder og may be published wher the Registrered Navn Holder agrees og applicable policy requires eller permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate og verify Registrering Data as required by the applicable Registrar Akkreditering Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, og law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, eller other verification steps og respond to accuracy inquiries.

The Registrered Navn Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate eller unreliable infellermation, willful failure to update infellermation within seven (7) days after a change, eller failure to respond feller mellere than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of Kontaktinformasjon associated with the registration constitutes a material breach og is a basis feller suspension og/eller cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

På least annually, NiceNIC will present the Registrered Navn Holder with the current Registrering Data as required by the Registrering Data Reminder Policy. The Registrered Navn Holder must review the data og cellerrect any inaccurate infellermation.

9. Licensed Use og Third-Party Data
A Registrered Navn Holder that licenses use of a domenet name to a third party remains the Registrered Navn Holder of recellerd og remains responsible feller providing its own full contact infellermation og accurate technical og administrative contact infellermation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the domenet name.

The Registrered Navn Holder accepts liability feller harm caused by wrongful use of the domenet name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infellermation provided by the licensee og the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Hvis you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement og the Personvernerklæring og have obtained any consent eller other authellerization required by applicable law.

10. Registrering Data Processing og Privacy
NiceNIC collects og processes Registrering Data feller purposes that include providing og securing the Services; processing registration og lifecycle transactions; maintaining recellerds; validating og verifying data; communicating with Account Holders og Registrered Navn Holders; forrigeenting fraud og DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, og dispute-resolution requirements; og hogling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients eller categelleries of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operateller, registry tjeneste providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment og security providers, professional advisers, og governmental eller judicial authellerities wher disclosure is required eller permitted. Obligatellery og optional data, publication rules, retention, access, cellerrection, og other processing details are described in the NiceNIC Personvernerklæring og applicable Registrering Data Policy.

You acknåledge this processing og, wher consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Personvernerklæring. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes og limitations of which it has provided notice og will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthellerized access eller disclosure, alteration, eller destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, eller pseudonymized data, eller a communication mechanism, as required eller permitted by applicable policy og law. Submission of Registrering Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests feller non-public data are assessed under applicable policy og law og do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of din Personal Data. NiceNIC og applicable Registry Operatellers may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recellerds, generated data, og tjeneste recellerds as permitted by contract og law.

Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Registrered Navn Holder is the party authellerized to approve eller deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication og procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a stogard security measure, wher suppellerted og permitted. NiceNIC may also apply eller maintain a transfer restriction at the Registrered Navn Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, eller Change of Registrant lock period, eller wher required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court ellerder, eller applicable law.

Wher self-tjeneste removal is available, the Registrered Navn Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal og will remove clientTransferProhibited eller provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies og reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny eller must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted eller required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason feller denial to the Registrered Navn Holder og the potential Gaining Registrar as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, og an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Hvis NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befellere completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer og registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, og Betalment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), og redemption/restellere fees are published on the NiceNIC Domenepriser page at https://nicenic.com/domenet/prices.php. This link og the fees displayed ther are incellerpellerated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account eller reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, og lifecycle status. Optional tjenestes og any additional mogatellery charges will be disclosed befellere the relevant ellerder is submitted to the extent knån to NiceNIC.

The price presented feller acceptance at checkout eller at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price feller that transaction, subject to cellerrection of a clear pricing eller system erreller befellere registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, tjeneste arrangements, eller commercial terms change. Fornyal og auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authellerize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method eller deduct the applicable amount from din Account balance. You are responsible feller taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwellerk charges, currency-conversion costs, og other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Betalment does not complete a registry transaction. Hvis a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit eller refund will be hogled accellerding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, og NiceNIC’s published payment eller refund terms. Cryptocurrency og blockchain transactions are irreversible, og NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes eller third-party netwellerk fees.

13. Refunds og Reversals
Fees feller a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restelleration, premium-domenet acquisition, eller other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wher required by applicable law eller expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, eller failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account eller affected Services og reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law og ICANN eller Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. Fornyal og Auto-Fornyal
A domenet name is registrered feller a limited term og expires unless renewed. The Registrered Navn Holder og Account Holder are responsible feller monitellering expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact og payment infellermation, og submitting payment early enough feller processing befellere the applicable deadline.

Wher auto-renewal is offered og enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance eller valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification eller eligibility requirements, og successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wher these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befellere processing, subject to the controls available in din Account.

Feller certain ccTLDs og other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur befellere the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline og Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Feller gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration og post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Utløperd Registrering Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s recellerds. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, eller use additional communication channels. Domene name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restelleration, pending deletion, og expired-domenet auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Utløperd Domene Fornyal, Redemption, og Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-domenet-renewal-redemption-og-auction-policy, which is incellerpellerated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), og redemption/restellere fees are published at https://nicenic.com/domenet/prices.php.

Domene lifecycle periods og recovery options vary by TLD og may change under Registry rules eller mogatellery ICANN requirements. Neit every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, eller recovery method. A domenet name may stop resolving upon eller after expiration, og website, email, DNS, og related tjenestes may be interrupted.

Wher the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restelleration during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal og redemption/restellere fees, completion of required verification, og mogatellery Registry requirements. Feller other TLDs, restelleration availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Neithing in NiceNIC’s expired-domenet auction process limits any non-waivable renewal eller restelleration right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Utløperd Registrering Recovery Policy. 16. Intellectual Property og Lawful Use
Til the best of the Registrered Navn Holder’s knåledge og belief, neither registration of the domenet name neller the manner in which it is directly eller indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name eller its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, eller other rights.

You must not use the Services feller unlawful activity eller in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, eller the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a domenet name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, eller spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism feller another fellerm of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability eller automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repellerts og take reasonable og appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, og the facts og circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infellermation from the Registrered Navn Holder eller Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wher required by law eller policy eller reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat eller ongoing harm.

Abuse repellerts should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/repellertabuse.php eller another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Alle applicable domenet name dispute policies are incellerpellerated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP og, wher applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, og other ICANN eller Registry dispute procedures. ccTLDs og sponsellered eller restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Registrered Navn Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, eller otherwise affected in accellerdance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court ellerder, eller Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a domenet name og may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, eller a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status eller lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Avbrytlation, Transfer, og Other Protective Handlings
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction eller take propellertionate action affecting a domenet name eller Account wher reasonably necessary og permitted eller required to:

cellerrect a registration, pricing, technical, eller operational erreller by NiceNIC eller the Registry;
enfellerce this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Registrering Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthellerized access, payment reversal, eller a security incident;
investigate eller mitigate DNS Abuse eller unlawful use based on the facts og evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, eller resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, eller affected users;
comply with an ICANN eller Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding eller decision, a court ellerder, valid legal process, eller applicable law; eller
satisfy a mogatellery TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, eller documentation requirement.
Ledig actions may include requesting infellermation eller remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, eller transferring a domenet name when expressly authellerized eller required by policy eller legal process.

Wher appropriate, legally permitted, og consistent with the urgency og nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice eller an oppellertunity to respond eller remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, eller a court, eller is reasonably necessary to forrigeent material harm, preserve evidence, eller protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with mogatellery ICANN Consensus Policies eller Registry requirements.

19. Account Security og Instructions
You are responsible feller protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, og authellerized users. Instructions authenticated through din Account eller API may be treated as authellerized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise eller applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthellerized access, loss of credentials, unauthellerized domenet changes, eller a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may tempellerarily restrict Account eller domenet functions while reasonably investigating a security repellert.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication eller documentation feller high-risk eller irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility feller Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, og Local-Presence Services
Wher available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, eller local-presence tjenestes are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact eller presence. These tjenestes may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, og disclosure rules that you must accept befellere use.

Use of a privacy eller proxy tjeneste does not eliminate the Registrered Navn Holder’s obligations, forrigeent lawful disclosure, eller shield unlawful conduct. A tjeneste may be suspended eller terminated, eller underlying data may be disclosed, wher permitted eller required by the applicable tjeneste terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, eller valid legal process.

Periodeination of an ancillary tjeneste may require replacement contact infellermation, verification, eller other updates befellere a transfer eller registrant change can be completed. Fees feller a partially used ancillary-tjeneste term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated eller required by law.

21. Periode og Periodeination
This Agreement begins when accepted og remains applicable while you use the Services eller a domenet name remains sponsellered eller managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, og governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wher available, transfer an eligible domenet name, eller request closure of din Account, subject to outstoging obligations, security review, mogatellery retention, og applicable domenet lifecycle eller transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, eller transfer domenet registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD eller Service wher commercially eller operationally necessary eller required by a Registry, provider, law, eller policy. Wher reasonably practicable og permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice og an oppellertunity to renew, transfer, eller otherwise manage an affected domenet name befellere suppellert ends.

22. Indemnification
Til the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, og hold harmless NiceNIC og its affiliates, directellers, officers, employees, og agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, og reasonable legal expenses arising from din material breach of this Agreement, din unauthellerized eller unlawful use of the Services, eller din infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, eller gross negligence.

The Registrered Navn Holder must indemnify, defend, og hold harmless the applicable Registry Operateller og its directellers, officers, employees, og agents from og against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, og expenses, including reasonable legal fees og expenses, arising out of eller related to the Registrered Navn Holder’s domenet name registration, as required by the applicable Registrar Akkreditering Agreement eller Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer og Limitation of Liability
Til the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry eller third-party system will operate without erreller eller interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, eller that an expired eller deleted domenet name can be recovered eller re-registrered.

NiceNIC is not responsible feller delays, errellers, interruptions, eller losses caused by a Registry Operateller, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwellerk, blockchain netwellerk, dispute provider, governmental action, fellerce majeure event, eller other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Til the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other feller indirect, incidental, special, punitive, eller consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business oppellertunity, eller loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Til the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected domenet name eller transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC feller that affected domenet name eller transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Neithing in this Agreement excludes eller limits liability feller fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death eller personal injury caused by negligence wher such liability cannot be excluded, eller any other liability eller consumer right that cannot be excluded eller limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN eller Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, tjenestes, eller commercial terms. The current version og its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

Wher required by applicable law, the Registrar Akkreditering Agreement, eller ICANN policy, NiceNIC will provide notice of a material change using the contact infellermation in its recellerds eller another permitted method. Changes mogated by law, ICANN, eller a Registry may take effect when required. Other changes take effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. Neitices og Communications
You must maintain a monitellered og accurate email address feller the Account og the Registrered Navn Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, og policy notices by email, through the Account, eller by another method permitted by applicable policy eller law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address eller communication channel in NiceNIC’s recellerds, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy eller law.

26. Governing Law og Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Feller adjudication of disputes concerning eller arising from use of a registrered domenet name, the Registrered Navn Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wher the Registrered Navn Holder is domiciled og (b) wher NiceNIC is located, currently Hong Kong, as required by the Registrar Akkreditering Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, og any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement og the incellerpellerated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services og supersede prieller terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately ellerdered products eller tjenestes.

Hvis a provision is held invalid eller unenfellerceable, it will be enfellerced to the maximum lawful extent og the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfellerce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are feller convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement eller transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable domenet transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, eller security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reellerganization, sale of business, eller permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, og legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided feller convenience only unless mogatellery law requires otherwise.
