23. Disclaimer a Limitation of Liability

24. Changes to This Agreement

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address nebo communication channel in NiceNIC’s recnebods, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy nebo law.

26. Governing Law a Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hongkong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

27. General Provisions
