2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are võidered või managed.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, ja Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restvõiation, dispute, ja data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements ja promptly provide requested infvõimation või documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Ljarush, Early Access, ja similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, või launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, või auction fee will be disclosed befvõie payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibitted by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

16. Intellectual Property ja Lawful Use

A complaint alone does not determine liability või automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repvõits ja take reasonable ja appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, ja the facts ja circumstances of the matter. 17. Dispute Resolution Policies

19. Account Security ja Instructions
You are responsible fvõi protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, ja authvõiized users. 20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, ja Local-Presence Services

24. Changes to This Agreement

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address või communication channel in NiceNIC’s recvõids, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy või law.

26. Governing Law ja Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hongkong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fvõi adjudication of disputes concerning või arising from use of a registreeried domeen name, the Registreeried Nimi Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wsiin the Registreeried Nimi Holder is domiciled ja (b) wsiin NiceNIC is located, currently Hongkong, as required by the Registripidaja Akrüteerimine Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, ja any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hongkong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
