Pagpaparehistro ng Domain Name Service Agreement

Impotant: Please read this Agreement carefully. It contains terms governing domain name registration, renewal, transfer, expiration, dispute resolution, suspension, at limitation of liability.

1. Agreement at Acceptance
This Pagpaparehistro ng Domain Name Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED, a company incopoated in Hong Kong at an ICANN-accredited registrar (IANA ID 3765), doing business as “NiceNIC” (“NiceNIC,” “we,” “us,” o “our”), at the individual o legal entity that accepts this Agreement (“Customer,” “you,” o “iyong”).
This Agreement governs iyong application fo at use of domain name registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoation, management, at related registrar Serbisyos provided through nicenic.com (the “Services”).

You accept this Agreement by clicking an acceptance box, submitting an oder, magparehistroing, transferring, renewing, redeeming, restoing, o managing a domain name through NiceNIC, o otherwise using the Services after this Agreement becomes effective. Kung you accept this Agreement fo an oganization o another person, you represent that you have authoity to bind that party.

Kung you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, o other person acting fo the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder, you must have the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s authoization, provide the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder with this Agreement at all applicable policies, at obtain the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible fo iyong own acts at omissions at fo ensuring that instructions submitted through iyong account are authoized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are odered o managed.
“Account Holder” means the person o entity controlling the Account at responsible fo payment at account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Copoation fo Assigned Pangalans at Numbers.
“Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder” o “RNH” means the person o legal entity identified as the holder of a magparehistroed domain name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wdito used in an applicable policy.
“Pagpaparehistro Data” means data collected from a person o legal entity, o generated by NiceNIC o a Registry Operato, in connection with a domain name registration.
“Registry Operato” o “Registry” means the operato of the registry fo the applicable top-level domain.
“TLD” means a top-level domain, including a generic top-level domain (“gTLD”) o country-code top-level domain (“ccTLD”).
3. Incopoated Policies at Order of Precedence
This Agreement incopoates by reference the policies at requirements that apply to the relevant domain name o Service, including the following, as updated from time to time:

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, at matatoy laws at regulations.

Kung tdito is a conflict, matatoy law applies first. Fo gTLDs, applicable ICANN Consensus Policies, specifications, at the Registrar Akreditasyon Agreement apply to the extent required, followed by matatoy Registry requirements. TLD-specific rules at the incopoated NiceNIC policies then apply, followed by this Agreement. Hindi provision of this Agreement is intended to reduce a non-waivable right granted by applicable law o matatoy ICANN policy.

4. Registrar at Registry Roles
NiceNIC accepts at processes domain name applications at instructions as a registrar o, fo certain TLDs, through an authoized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoation, o other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted at recoded by the applicable Registry o Serbisyo provider.

An availability search, oder confirmation, payment authoization, invoice, o pending status does not guarantee that a domain name has been o can be magparehistroed, renewed, transferred, redeemed, o restoed. Registry databases at availability results may change between search at completion.

NiceNIC may reject o cancel a pending application befoe registry completion wdito the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing o technical erro, unsuppoted by the Registry, o inconsistent with applicable law, policy, o this Agreement. Kung a registration o other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel o reverse it except as permitted o required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, o this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, at Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restoation, dispute, at data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements at promptly provide requested infomation o documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLDs are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry at local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLDs. Wdito NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s matatoy terms may also apply.

Internationalized Mga Domain Name (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-suppoted scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser suppot, at DNS statards. Display o functionality may vary among applications. The ASCII-compatible encoded fom recoded by the Registry controls wdito required by the DNS o Registry system.

Kung eligibility, validation, o documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected o the domain name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, o otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry o policy.

6. Premium Mga Domain, Pre-Pagpaparehistro, Sunrise, at Launch Phases
A Premium Domain may have non-statard registration, transfer, renewal, o restoation pricing established by the Registry o a third-party seller. The price shown at accepted fo the specific transaction controls, subject to corection of a clear pricing o technical erro befoe completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Latrush, Early Access, at similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, o launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, o auction fee will be disclosed befoe payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder, Account Holder, at Reseller Responsibilities
The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder is the holder of recod at is responsible fo the registration at use of the domain name. The Account Holder may manage the domain name only to the extent authoized by the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder at applicable policy.

Kung the Account Holder at Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder at must not substitute its own infomation without authoization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authoity befoe acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, o account move.

A reseller o agent using NiceNIC Services fo third parties must:

obtain at retain the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement at applicable policies;
provide accurate infomation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsoing registrar wdito required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, at redemption/restoe fees at describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices at promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC at the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder; at
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, o Registry requirements.

8. Pagpaparehistro Data at Accuracy
The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder must provide accurate at reliable Pagpaparehistro Data at must corect at update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, at the name of an authoized contact person wdito the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder is an oganization, association, o copoation, together with other data required by applicable policy o Registry rules.

State/province at postal code are required wdito applicable fo the relevant country o territoy. Magdagdagitional data may be required fo a particular TLD. Wdito the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder supplies a value fo Registrant Organization, that oganization may be treated as the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder at may be published wdito the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder agrees at applicable policy requires o permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate at verify Pagpaparehistro Data as required by the applicable Registrar Akreditasyon Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, at law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, o other verification steps at respond to accuracy inquiries.

The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate o unreliable infomation, willful failure to update infomation within seven (7) days after a change, o failure to respond fo moe than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of Mga detalye ng contact associated with the registration constitutes a material breach at is a basis fo suspension at/o cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

Sa least annually, NiceNIC will present the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder with the current Pagpaparehistro Data as required by the Pagpaparehistro Data Reminder Policy. The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder must review the data at corect any inaccurate infomation.

9. Licensed Use at Third-Party Data
A Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder that licenses use of a domain name to a third party remains the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder of recod at remains responsible fo providing its own full contact infomation at accurate technical at administrative contact infomation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the domain name.

The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder accepts liability fo harm caused by wrongful use of the domain name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infomation provided by the licensee at the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Kung you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement at the Patakaran sa Privacy at have obtained any consent o other authoization required by applicable law.

10. Pagpaparehistro Data Processing at Privacy
NiceNIC collects at processes Pagpaparehistro Data fo purposes that include providing at securing the Services; processing registration at lifecycle transactions; maintaining recods; validating at verifying data; communicating with Account Holders at Magrehistroed Pangalan Holders; nakaraanenting fraud at DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, at dispute-resolution requirements; at hatling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients o categoies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operato, registry Serbisyo providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment at security providers, professional advisers, at governmental o judicial authoities wdito disclosure is required o permitted. Obligatoy at optional data, publication rules, retention, access, corection, at other processing details are described in the NiceNIC Patakaran sa Privacy at applicable Pagpaparehistro Data Policy.

You ackngayonledge this processing at, wdito consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Patakaran sa Privacy. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes at limitations of which it has provided notice at will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthoized access o disclosure, alteration, o destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, o pseudonymized data, o a communication mechanism, as required o permitted by applicable policy at law. Submission of Pagpaparehistro Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests fo non-public data are assessed under applicable policy at law at do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of iyong Personal Data. NiceNIC at applicable Registry Operatos may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recods, generated data, at Serbisyo recods as permitted by contract at law.

11. Mga paglilipat ng domain at Change of Registrant
Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder is the party authoized to approve o deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication at procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a statard security measure, wdito suppoted at permitted. NiceNIC may also apply o maintain a transfer restriction at the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, o Change of Registrant lock period, o wdito required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court oder, o applicable law.

Wdito self-Serbisyo removal is available, the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal at will remove clientTransferProhibited o provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies at reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny o must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted o required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason fo denial to the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder at the potential Gaining Registrar as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, at an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Kung NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befoe completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer at registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, at Magbayadment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), at redemption/restoe fees are published on the NiceNIC Mga Presyo ng Domain page at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php. This link at the fees displayed tdito are incopoated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account o reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, at lifecycle status. Optional Serbisyos at any additional matatoy charges will be disclosed befoe the relevant oder is submitted to the extent kngayonn to NiceNIC.

The price presented fo acceptance at checkout o at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fo that transaction, subject to corection of a clear pricing o system erro befoe registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, Serbisyo arrangements, o commercial terms change. I-renewal at auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authoize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method o deduct the applicable amount from iyong Account balance. You are responsible fo taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwok charges, currency-conversion costs, at other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Magbayadment does not complete a registry transaction. Kung a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit o refund will be hatled accoding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, at NiceNIC’s published payment o refund terms. Cryptocurrency at blockchain transactions are irreversible, at NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes o third-party netwok fees.

13. Refunds at Reversals
Fees fo a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoation, premium-domain acquisition, o other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wdito required by applicable law o expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, o failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account o affected Services at reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law at ICANN o Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. I-renewal at Auto-I-renewal
A domain name is magparehistroed fo a limited term at expires unless renewed. The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder at Account Holder are responsible fo monitoing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact at payment infomation, at submitting payment early enough fo processing befoe the applicable deadline.

Wdito auto-renewal is offered at enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance o valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification o eligibility requirements, at successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wdito these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befoe processing, subject to the controls available in iyong Account.

Fo certain ccTLDs at other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur befoe the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline at Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Fo gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration at post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Magtataposd Pagpaparehistro Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s recods. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, o use additional communication channels. These required notices do not remove iyong responsibility to maintain current contact infomation at timely renew the registration.

15. I-renewal, Expiration, Redemption, at Auction
Domain name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restoation, pending deletion, at expired-domain auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Magtataposd Domain I-renewal, Redemption, at Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-domain-renewal-redemption-at-auction-policy, which is incopoated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), at redemption/restoe fees are published at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php.

Domain lifecycle periods at recovery options vary by TLD at may change under Registry rules o matatoy ICANN requirements. Hindit every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, o recovery method. A domain name may stop resolving upon o after expiration, at website, email, DNS, at related Serbisyos may be interrupted.

Wdito the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restoation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal at redemption/restoe fees, completion of required verification, at matatoy Registry requirements. Fo other TLDs, restoation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Hindithing in NiceNIC’s expired-domain auction process limits any non-waivable renewal o restoation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Magtataposd Pagpaparehistro Recovery Policy. Kung this Agreement o the NiceNIC expired-domain policy conflicts with a matatoy ICANN policy o Registry requirement, that matatoy policy o requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal o restoation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, o the Registry releases o allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time o the fomer Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s ability to re-magparehistro a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property at Lawful Use
Para sa the best of the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s kngayonledge at belief, neither registration of the domain name no the manner in which it is directly o indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name o its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, o other rights.

You must not use the Services fo unlawful activity o in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, o the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a domain name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, o spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fo another fom of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability o automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repots at take reasonable at appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, at the facts at circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infomation from the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder o Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wdito required by law o policy o reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat o ongoing harm.

Abuse repots should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/repotabuse.php o another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Lahat applicable domain name dispute policies are incopoated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP at, wdito applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, at other ICANN o Registry dispute procedures. ccTLDs at sponsoed o restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, o otherwise affected in accodance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court oder, o Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a domain name at may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, o a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status o lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Kanselahinlation, Transfer, at Other Protective Aksyons
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction o take propotionate action affecting a domain name o Account wdito reasonably necessary at permitted o required to:

corect a registration, pricing, technical, o operational erro by NiceNIC o the Registry;
enfoce this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Pagpaparehistro Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthoized access, payment reversal, o a security incident;
investigate o mitigate DNS Abuse o unlawful use based on the facts at evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, o resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, o affected users;
comply with an ICANN o Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding o decision, a court oder, valid legal process, o applicable law; o
satisfy a matatoy TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, o documentation requirement.
Available actions may include requesting infomation o remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, o transferring a domain name when expressly authoized o required by policy o legal process.

Wdito appropriate, legally permitted, at consistent with the urgency at nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice o an oppotunity to respond o remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, o a court, o is reasonably necessary to nakaraanent material harm, preserve evidence, o protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with matatoy ICANN Consensus Policies o Registry requirements.

19. Account Security at Instructions
You are responsible fo protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, at authoized users. Instructions authenticated through iyong Account o API may be treated as authoized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise o applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthoized access, loss of credentials, unauthoized domain changes, o a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may tempoarily restrict Account o domain functions while reasonably investigating a security repot.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication o documentation fo high-risk o irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility fo Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, at Local-Presence Services
Wdito available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, o local-presence Serbisyos are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact o presence. These Serbisyos may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, at disclosure rules that you must accept befoe use.

Use of a privacy o proxy Serbisyo does not eliminate the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s obligations, nakaraanent lawful disclosure, o shield unlawful conduct. A Serbisyo may be suspended o terminated, o underlying data may be disclosed, wdito permitted o required by the applicable Serbisyo terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, o valid legal process.

Terminoination of an ancillary Serbisyo may require replacement contact infomation, verification, o other updates befoe a transfer o registrant change can be completed. Fees fo a partially used ancillary-Serbisyo term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated o required by law.

21. Termino at Terminoination
This Agreement begins when accepted at remains applicable while you use the Services o a domain name remains sponsoed o managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, at governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wdito available, transfer an eligible domain name, o request closure of iyong Account, subject to outstating obligations, security review, matatoy retention, at applicable domain lifecycle o transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, o transfer domain registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD o Service wdito commercially o operationally necessary o required by a Registry, provider, law, o policy. Wdito reasonably practicable at permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice at an oppotunity to renew, transfer, o otherwise manage an affected domain name befoe suppot ends.

22. Indemnification
Para sa the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, at hold harmless NiceNIC at its affiliates, directos, officers, employees, at agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, at reasonable legal expenses arising from iyong material breach of this Agreement, iyong unauthoized o unlawful use of the Services, o iyong infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, o gross negligence.

The Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder must indemnify, defend, at hold harmless the applicable Registry Operato at its directos, officers, employees, at agents from at against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, at expenses, including reasonable legal fees at expenses, arising out of o related to the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder’s domain name registration, as required by the applicable Registrar Akreditasyon Agreement o Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer at Limitation of Liability
Para sa the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry o third-party system will operate without erro o interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, o that an expired o deleted domain name can be recovered o re-magparehistroed.

NiceNIC is not responsible fo delays, erros, interruptions, o losses caused by a Registry Operato, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwok, blockchain netwok, dispute provider, governmental action, foce majeure event, o other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Para sa the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other fo indirect, incidental, special, punitive, o consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business oppotunity, o loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Para sa the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected domain name o transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC fo that affected domain name o transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Hindithing in this Agreement excludes o limits liability fo fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death o personal injury caused by negligence wdito such liability cannot be excluded, o any other liability o consumer right that cannot be excluded o limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN o Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, Serbisyos, o commercial terms. The current version at its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

Wdito required by applicable law, the Registrar Akreditasyon Agreement, o ICANN policy, NiceNIC will provide notice of a material change using the contact infomation in its recods o another permitted method. Changes matated by law, ICANN, o a Registry may take effect when required. Other changes take effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. Hinditices at Communications
You must maintain a monitoed at accurate email address fo the Account at the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, at policy notices by email, through the Account, o by another method permitted by applicable policy o law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address o communication channel in NiceNIC’s recods, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy o law.

26. Governing Law at Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fo adjudication of disputes concerning o arising from use of a magparehistroed domain name, the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wdito the Magrehistroed Pangalan Holder is domiciled at (b) wdito NiceNIC is located, currently Hong Kong, as required by the Registrar Akreditasyon Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, at any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement at the incopoated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services at supersede prio terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately odered products o Serbisyos.

Kung a provision is held invalid o unenfoceable, it will be enfoced to the maximum lawful extent at the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfoce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are fo convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement o transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable domain transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, o security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reoganization, sale of business, o permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, at legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fo convenience only unless matatoy law requires otherwise.
