Agar you accept this Agreement fyoki an yokiganization yoki another person, you represent that you have authyokiity to bind that party.

Agar you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, yoki other person acting fyoki the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder, you must have the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s authyokiization, provide the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder with this Agreement va all applicable policies, va obtain the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible fyoki sizning own acts va omissions va fyoki ensuring that instructions submitted through sizning account are authyokiized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are yokidered yoki managed.
“Account Holder” means the person yoki entity controlling the Account va responsible fyoki payment va account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Cyokipyokiation fyoki Assigned Isms va Numbers.
“Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder” yoki “RNH” means the person yoki legal entity identified as the holder of a roʻyxatdan oʻtkazished domain name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wbu yerni used in an applicable policy.
“Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data” means data collected from a person yoki legal entity, yoki generated by NiceNIC yoki a Registry Operatyoki, in connection with a domain name registration.
“Registry Operatyoki” yoki “Registry” means the operatyoki of the registry fyoki the applicable top-level domain.
“TLD” means a top-level domain, including a generic top-level domain (“gTLD”) yoki country-code top-level domain (“ccTLD”).

This Agreement incyokipyokiates by reference the policies va requirements that apply to the relevant domain name yoki Service, including the following, as updated from time to time:

An availability search, yokider confirmation, payment authyokiization, invoice, yoki pending status does not guarantee that a domain name has been yoki can be roʻyxatdan oʻtkazished, renewed, transferred, redeemed, yoki restyokied. Registry databases va availability results may change between search va completion.

NiceNIC may reject yoki cancel a pending application befyokie registry completion wbu yerni the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing yoki technical erryoki, unsuppyokited by the Registry, yoki inconsistent with applicable law, policy, yoki this Agreement. Agar a registration yoki other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel yoki reverse it except as permitted yoki required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, yoki this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, va Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restyokiation, dispute, va data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements va promptly provide requested infyokimation yoki documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLDlar are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry va local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLDlar. Wbu yerni NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s mvaatyokiy terms may also apply.

Internationalized Domen nomlari (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-suppyokited scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser suppyokit, va DNS stvaards. Display yoki functionality may vary among applications. The ASCII-compatible encoded fyokim recyokided by the Registry controls wbu yerni required by the DNS yoki Registry system.

Agar eligibility, validation, yoki documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected yoki the domain name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, yoki otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry yoki policy.

6. Premium Domenlar, Pre-Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish, Sunrise, va Launch Phases
A Premium Domen may have non-stvaard registration, transfer, renewal, yoki restyokiation pricing established by the Registry yoki a third-party seller. The price shown va accepted fyoki the specific transaction controls, subject to cyokirection of a clear pricing yoki technical erryoki befyokie completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Lvarush, Early Access, va similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, yoki launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, yoki auction fee will be disclosed befyokie payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder, Account Holder, va Reseller Responsibilities
The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder is the holder of recyokid va is responsible fyoki the registration va use of the domain name. The Account Holder may manage the domain name only to the extent authyokiized by the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder va applicable policy.

Agar the Account Holder va Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder va must not substitute its own infyokimation without authyokiization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authyokiity befyokie acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, yoki account move.

A reseller yoki agent using NiceNIC Services fyoki third parties must:

obtain va retain the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement va applicable policies;
provide accurate infyokimation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsyokiing registrar wbu yerni required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, va redemption/restyokie fees va describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices va promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC va the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder; va
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, yoki Registry requirements.

8. Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data va Accuracy
The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder must provide accurate va reliable Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data va must cyokirect va update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, va the name of an authyokiized contact person wbu yerni the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder is an yokiganization, association, yoki cyokipyokiation, together with other data required by applicable policy yoki Registry rules.

State/province va postal code are required wbu yerni applicable fyoki the relevant country yoki territyokiy. Qo‘shishitional data may be required fyoki a particular TLD. Wbu yerni the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder supplies a value fyoki Registrant Organization, that yokiganization may be treated as the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder va may be published wbu yerni the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder agrees va applicable policy requires yoki permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate va verify Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data as required by the applicable Ro‘yxatga oluvchi Akkreditatsiya Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, va law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, yoki other verification steps va respond to accuracy inquiries.

The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate yoki unreliable infyokimation, willful failure to update infyokimation within seven (7) days after a change, yoki failure to respond fyoki myokie than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of Bog‘lanish ma’lumotlari associated with the registration constitutes a material breach va is a basis fyoki suspension va/yoki cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

9. Licensed Use va Third-Party Data
A Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder that licenses use of a domain name to a third party remains the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder of recyokid va remains responsible fyoki providing its own full contact infyokimation va accurate technical va administrative contact infyokimation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the domain name.

The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder accepts liability fyoki harm caused by wrongful use of the domain name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infyokimation provided by the licensee va the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Agar you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement va the Maxfiylik siyosati va have obtained any consent yoki other authyokiization required by applicable law.

10. Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data Processing va Privacy
NiceNIC collects va processes Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data fyoki purposes that include providing va securing the Services; processing registration va lifecycle transactions; maintaining recyokids; validating va verifying data; communicating with Account Holders va Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holders; oldingienting fraud va DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, va dispute-resolution requirements; va hvaling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients yoki categyokiies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operatyoki, registry Xizmat providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment va security providers, professional advisers, va governmental yoki judicial authyokiities wbu yerni disclosure is required yoki permitted. Obligatyokiy va optional data, publication rules, retention, access, cyokirection, va other processing details are described in the NiceNIC Maxfiylik siyosati va applicable Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data Policy.

You ackhozirledge this processing va, wbu yerni consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Maxfiylik siyosati. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes va limitations of which it has provided notice va will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthyokiized access yoki disclosure, alteration, yoki destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, yoki pseudonymized data, yoki a communication mechanism, as required yoki permitted by applicable policy va law. Submission of Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests fyoki non-public data are assessed under applicable policy va law va do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of sizning Personal Data. NiceNIC va applicable Registry Operatyokis may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recyokids, generated data, va Xizmat recyokids as permitted by contract va law.

11. Domenlarni ko'chirish va Change of Registrant
Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder is the party authyokiized to approve yoki deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication va procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a stvaard security measure, wbu yerni suppyokited va permitted. NiceNIC may also apply yoki maintain a transfer restriction at the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, yoki Change of Registrant lock period, yoki wbu yerni required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court yokider, yoki applicable law.

Wbu yerni self-Xizmat removal is available, the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal va will remove clientTransferProhibited yoki provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies va reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny yoki must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted yoki required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason fyoki denial to the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder va the potential Gaining Ro‘yxatga oluvchi as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, va an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Agar NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befyokie completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer va registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, va Тўлашment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), va redemption/restyokie fees are published on the NiceNIC Domen narxlari page at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php. This link va the fees displayed tbu yerni are incyokipyokiated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account yoki reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, va lifecycle status. Optional Xizmats va any additional mvaatyokiy charges will be disclosed befyokie the relevant yokider is submitted to the extent khozirn to NiceNIC.

The price presented fyoki acceptance at checkout yoki at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fyoki that transaction, subject to cyokirection of a clear pricing yoki system erryoki befyokie registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, Xizmat arrangements, yoki commercial terms change. Yangilashal va auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authyokiize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method yoki deduct the applicable amount from sizning Account balance. You are responsible fyoki taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwyokik charges, currency-conversion costs, va other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Agar a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit yoki refund will be hvaled accyokiding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, va NiceNIC’s published payment yoki refund terms. Cryptocurrency va blockchain transactions are irreversible, va NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes yoki third-party netwyokik fees.

13. Refunds va Reversals
Fees fyoki a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restyokiation, premium-domain acquisition, yoki other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wbu yerni required by applicable law yoki expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, yoki failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account yoki affected Services va reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law va ICANN yoki Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. Yangilashal va Auto-Yangilashal
A domain name is roʻyxatdan oʻtkazished fyoki a limited term va expires unless renewed. The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder va Account Holder are responsible fyoki monityokiing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact va payment infyokimation, va submitting payment early enough fyoki processing befyokie the applicable deadline.

Wbu yerni auto-renewal is offered va enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance yoki valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification yoki eligibility requirements, va successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wbu yerni these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befyokie processing, subject to the controls available in sizning Account.

Fyoki certain ccTLDlar va other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur befyokie the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline va Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Fyoki gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration va post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Muddati tugashd Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s recyokids. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, yoki use additional communication channels. These required notices do not remove sizning responsibility to maintain current contact infyokimation va timely renew the registration.

15. Yangilashal, Expiration, Redemption, va Auction
Domen name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restyokiation, pending deletion, va expired-domain auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Muddati tugashd Domen Yangilashal, Redemption, va Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-domain-renewal-redemption-va-auction-policy, which is incyokipyokiated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), va redemption/restyokie fees are published at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php.

Domen lifecycle periods va recovery options vary by TLD va may change under Registry rules yoki mvaatyokiy ICANN requirements. Yo‘qt every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, yoki recovery method. A domain name may stop resolving upon yoki after expiration, va website, email, DNS, va related Xizmats may be interrupted.

Wbu yerni the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restyokiation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal va redemption/restyokie fees, completion of required verification, va mvaatyokiy Registry requirements. Fyoki other TLDs, restyokiation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Yo‘qthing in NiceNIC’s expired-domain auction process limits any non-waivable renewal yoki restyokiation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Muddati tugashd Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Recovery Policy. Agar this Agreement yoki the NiceNIC expired-domain policy conflicts with a mvaatyokiy ICANN policy yoki Registry requirement, that mvaatyokiy policy yoki requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal yoki restyokiation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, yoki the Registry releases yoki allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time yoki the fyokimer Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s ability to re-roʻyxatdan oʻtkazish a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property va Lawful Use
Uchun the best of the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s khozirledge va belief, neither registration of the domain name nyoki the manner in which it is directly yoki indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name yoki its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, yoki other rights.

You must not use the Services fyoki unlawful activity yoki in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, yoki the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a domain name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, yoki spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fyoki another fyokim of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability yoki automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repyokits va take reasonable va appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, va the facts va circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infyokimation from the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder yoki Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wbu yerni required by law yoki policy yoki reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat yoki ongoing harm.

Abuse repyokits should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/repyokitabuse.php yoki another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Barchasi applicable domain name dispute policies are incyokipyokiated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP va, wbu yerni applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, va other ICANN yoki Registry dispute procedures. ccTLDlar va sponsyokied yoki restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, yoki otherwise affected in accyokidance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court yokider, yoki Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a domain name va may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, yoki a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status yoki lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Bekor qilishlation, Transfer, va Other Protective Amals
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction yoki take propyokitionate action affecting a domain name yoki Account wbu yerni reasonably necessary va permitted yoki required to:

cyokirect a registration, pricing, technical, yoki operational erryoki by NiceNIC yoki the Registry;
enfyokice this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthyokiized access, payment reversal, yoki a security incident;
investigate yoki mitigate DNS Abuse yoki unlawful use based on the facts va evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, yoki resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, yoki affected users;
comply with an ICANN yoki Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding yoki decision, a court yokider, valid legal process, yoki applicable law; yoki
satisfy a mvaatyokiy TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, yoki documentation requirement.
Mavjud actions may include requesting infyokimation yoki remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, yoki transferring a domain name when expressly authyokiized yoki required by policy yoki legal process.

Wbu yerni appropriate, legally permitted, va consistent with the urgency va nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice yoki an oppyokitunity to respond yoki remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, yoki a court, yoki is reasonably necessary to oldingient material harm, preserve evidence, yoki protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with mvaatyokiy ICANN Consensus Policies yoki Registry requirements.

19. Account Security va Instructions
You are responsible fyoki protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, va authyokiized users. Instructions authenticated through sizning Account yoki API may be treated as authyokiized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise yoki applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthyokiized access, loss of credentials, unauthyokiized domain changes, yoki a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may tempyokiarily restrict Account yoki domain functions while reasonably investigating a security repyokit.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, va Local-Presence Services
Wbu yerni available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, yoki local-presence Xizmats are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact yoki presence. These Xizmats may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, va disclosure rules that you must accept befyokie use.

Use of a privacy yoki proxy Xizmat does not eliminate the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s obligations, oldingient lawful disclosure, yoki shield unlawful conduct. A Xizmat may be suspended yoki terminated, yoki underlying data may be disclosed, wbu yerni permitted yoki required by the applicable Xizmat terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, yoki valid legal process.

Muddatination of an ancillary Xizmat may require replacement contact infyokimation, verification, yoki other updates befyokie a transfer yoki registrant change can be completed. Fees fyoki a partially used ancillary-Xizmat term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated yoki required by law.

21. Muddat va Muddatination
This Agreement begins when accepted va remains applicable while you use the Services yoki a domain name remains sponsyokied yoki managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, va governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wbu yerni available, transfer an eligible domain name, yoki request closure of sizning Account, subject to outstvaing obligations, security review, mvaatyokiy retention, va applicable domain lifecycle yoki transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, yoki transfer domain registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD yoki Service wbu yerni commercially yoki operationally necessary yoki required by a Registry, provider, law, yoki policy. Wbu yerni reasonably practicable va permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice va an oppyokitunity to renew, transfer, yoki otherwise manage an affected domain name befyokie suppyokit ends.

22. Indemnification
Uchun the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, va hold harmless NiceNIC va its affiliates, directyokis, officers, employees, va agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, va reasonable legal expenses arising from sizning material breach of this Agreement, sizning unauthyokiized yoki unlawful use of the Services, yoki sizning infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, yoki gross negligence.

The Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder must indemnify, defend, va hold harmless the applicable Registry Operatyoki va its directyokis, officers, employees, va agents from va against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, va expenses, including reasonable legal fees va expenses, arising out of yoki related to the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder’s domain name registration, as required by the applicable Ro‘yxatga oluvchi Akkreditatsiya Agreement yoki Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer va Limitation of Liability
Uchun the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry yoki third-party system will operate without erryoki yoki interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, yoki that an expired yoki deleted domain name can be recovered yoki re-roʻyxatdan oʻtkazished.

NiceNIC is not responsible fyoki delays, erryokis, interruptions, yoki losses caused by a Registry Operatyoki, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwyokik, blockchain netwyokik, dispute provider, governmental action, fyokice majeure event, yoki other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Uchun the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other fyoki indirect, incidental, special, punitive, yoki consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business oppyokitunity, yoki loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Uchun the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected domain name yoki transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC fyoki that affected domain name yoki transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Yo‘qthing in this Agreement excludes yoki limits liability fyoki fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death yoki personal injury caused by negligence wbu yerni such liability cannot be excluded, yoki any other liability yoki consumer right that cannot be excluded yoki limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN yoki Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, Xizmats, yoki commercial terms. The current version va its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

Wbu yerni required by applicable law, the Ro‘yxatga oluvchi Akkreditatsiya Agreement, yoki ICANN policy, NiceNIC will provide notice of a material change using the contact infyokimation in its recyokids yoki another permitted method. Changes mvaated by law, ICANN, yoki a Registry may take effect when required. Other changes take effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. Yo‘qtices va Communications
You must maintain a monityokied va accurate email address fyoki the Account va the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, va policy notices by email, through the Account, yoki by another method permitted by applicable policy yoki law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address yoki communication channel in NiceNIC’s recyokids, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy yoki law.

26. Governing Law va Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Gonkong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fyoki adjudication of disputes concerning yoki arising from use of a roʻyxatdan oʻtkazished domain name, the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wbu yerni the Roʻyxatdan oʻtished Ism Holder is domiciled va (b) wbu yerni NiceNIC is located, currently Gonkong, as required by the Ro‘yxatga oluvchi Akkreditatsiya Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, va any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Gonkong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement va the incyokipyokiated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services va supersede priyoki terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately yokidered products yoki Xizmats.

Agar a provision is held invalid yoki unenfyokiceable, it will be enfyokiced to the maximum lawful extent va the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfyokice a provision is not a waiver. Headings are fyoki convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement yoki transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable domain transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, yoki security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reyokiganization, sale of business, yoki permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, va legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fyoki convenience only unless mvaatyokiy law requires otherwise.
