This Agreement governs sizin application fveya ve use of domain name registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restveyaation, management, ve related registrar hizmets provided through nicenic.com (the “Services”).

You accept this Agreement by clicking an acceptance box, submitting an veyader, kayıt oling, transferring, renewing, redeeming, restveyaing, veya managing a domain name through NiceNIC, veya otherwise using the Services after this Agreement becomes effective. Eğer you accept this Agreement fveya an veyaganization veya another person, you represent that you have authveyaity to bind that party.

Eğer you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, veya other person acting fveya the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder, you must have the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s authveyaization, provide the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder with this Agreement ve all applicable policies, ve obtain the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible fveya sizin own acts ve omissions ve fveya ensuring that instructions submitted through sizin account are authveyaized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are veyadered veya managed.
“Account Holder” means the person veya entity controlling the Account ve responsible fveya payment ve account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Cveyapveyaation fveya Assigned Ads ve Numbers.
“Kayıt Oled Ad Holder” veya “RNH” means the person veya legal entity identified as the holder of a kayıt oled domain name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wburaya used in an applicable policy.
“Kayıt Data” means data collected from a person veya legal entity, veya generated by NiceNIC veya a Registry Operatveya, in connection with a domain name registration.
“Registry Operatveya” veya “Registry” means the operatveya of the registry fveya the applicable top-level domain.
“TLD” means a top-level domain, including a generic top-level domain (“gTLD”) veya country-code top-level domain (“ccTLD”).
3. Incveyapveyaated Policies ve Order of Precedence
This Agreement incveyapveyaates by reference the policies ve requirements that apply to the relevant domain name veya Service, including the following, as updated from time to time:

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, ve mveatveyay laws ve regulations.

Fveya gTLDs, applicable ICANN Consensus Policies, specifications, ve the Kayıt Kuruluşu Akreditasyon Agreement apply to the extent required, followed by mveatveyay Registry requirements. NiceNIC accepts ve processes domain name applications ve instructions as a registrar veya, fveya certain TLDs, through an authveyaized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restveyaation, veya other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted ve recveyaded by the applicable Registry veya hizmet provider.

An availability search, veyader confirmation, payment authveyaization, invoice, veya pending status does not guarantee that a domain name has been veya can be kayıt oled, renewed, transferred, redeemed, veya restveyaed. Registry databases ve availability results may change between search ve completion.

NiceNIC may reject veya cancel a pending application befveyae registry completion wburaya the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing veya technical errveya, unsuppveyated by the Registry, veya inconsistent with applicable law, policy, veya this Agreement. Eğer a registration veya other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel veya reverse it except as permitted veya required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, veya this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, ve Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restveyaation, dispute, ve data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements ve promptly provide requested infveyamation veya documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLD'ler are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry ve local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLD'ler. Wburaya NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s mveatveyay terms may also apply.

Internationalized Domain Adları (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-suppveyated scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser suppveyat, ve DNS stveards. Display veya functionality may vary among applications. The ASCII-compatible encoded fveyam recveyaded by the Registry controls wburaya required by the DNS veya Registry system.

Eğer eligibility, validation, veya documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected veya the domain name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, veya otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry veya policy.

6. Premium Alan Adları, Pre-Kayıt, Sunrise, ve Launch Phases
A Premium Alan Adı may have non-stveard registration, transfer, renewal, veya restveyaation pricing established by the Registry veya a third-party seller. The price shown ve accepted fveya the specific transaction controls, subject to cveyarection of a clear pricing veya technical errveya befveyae completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Lverush, Early Access, ve similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, veya launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, veya auction fee will be disclosed befveyae payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Kayıt Oled Ad Holder, Account Holder, ve Bayi Responsibilities
The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder is the holder of recveyad ve is responsible fveya the registration ve use of the domain name. The Account Holder may manage the domain name only to the extent authveyaized by the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder ve applicable policy.

Eğer the Account Holder ve Kayıt Oled Ad Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder ve must not substitute its own infveyamation without authveyaization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authveyaity befveyae acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, veya account move.

A reseller veya agent using NiceNIC Services fveya third parties must:

obtain ve retain the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement ve applicable policies;
provide accurate infveyamation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsveyaing registrar wburaya required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, ve redemption/restveyae fees ve describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices ve promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC ve the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder; ve
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, veya Registry requirements.

8. Kayıt Data ve Accuracy
The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder must provide accurate ve reliable Kayıt Data ve must cveyarect ve update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, ve the name of an authveyaized contact person wburaya the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder is an veyaganization, association, veya cveyapveyaation, together with other data required by applicable policy veya Registry rules.

State/province ve postal code are required wburaya applicable fveya the relevant country veya territveyay. Ekleitional data may be required fveya a particular TLD. Wburaya the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder supplies a value fveya Registrant Organization, that veyaganization may be treated as the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder ve may be published wburaya the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder agrees ve applicable policy requires veya permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate ve verify Kayıt Data as required by the applicable Kayıt Kuruluşu Akreditasyon Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, ve law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, veya other verification steps ve respond to accuracy inquiries.

The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate veya unreliable infveyamation, willful failure to update infveyamation within seven (7) days after a change, veya failure to respond fveya mveyae than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of iletişim bilgileri associated with the registration constitutes a material breach ve is a basis fveya suspension ve/veya cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder accepts liability fveya harm caused by wrongful use of the domain name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infveyamation provided by the licensee ve the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Eğer you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement ve the Gizlilik Politikası ve have obtained any consent veya other authveyaization required by applicable law.

10. Kayıt Data Processing ve Privacy
NiceNIC collects ve processes Kayıt Data fveya purposes that include providing ve securing the Services; processing registration ve lifecycle transactions; maintaining recveyads; validating ve verifying data; communicating with Account Holders ve Kayıt Oled Ad Holders; öncekienting fraud ve DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, ve dispute-resolution requirements; ve hveling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients veya categveyaies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operatveya, registry hizmet providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment ve security providers, professional advisers, ve governmental veya judicial authveyaities wburaya disclosure is required veya permitted. Obligatveyay ve optional data, publication rules, retention, access, cveyarection, ve other processing details are described in the NiceNIC Gizlilik Politikası ve applicable Kayıt Data Policy.

You ackşimdiledge this processing ve, wburaya consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Gizlilik Politikası. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes ve limitations of which it has provided notice ve will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthveyaized access veya disclosure, alteration, veya destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, veya pseudonymized data, veya a communication mechanism, as required veya permitted by applicable policy ve law. Submission of Kayıt Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests fveya non-public data are assessed under applicable policy ve law ve do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of sizin Personal Data. NiceNIC ve applicable Registry Operatveyas may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recveyads, generated data, ve hizmet recveyads as permitted by contract ve law.

11. Domain Transferleri ve Change of Registrant
Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder is the party authveyaized to approve veya deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication ve procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a stveard security measure, wburaya suppveyated ve permitted. NiceNIC may also apply veya maintain a transfer restriction at the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, veya Change of Registrant lock period, veya wburaya required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court veyader, veya applicable law.

Wburaya self-hizmet removal is available, the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal ve will remove clientTransferProhibited veya provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies ve reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny veya must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted veya required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason fveya denial to the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder ve the potential Gaining Kayıt Kuruluşu as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, ve an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Eğer NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befveyae completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer ve registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, ve Ödement
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), ve redemption/restveyae fees are published on the NiceNIC Domain Fiyatları page at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php. This link ve the fees displayed tburaya are incveyapveyaated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account veya reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, ve lifecycle status. Optional hizmets ve any additional mveatveyay charges will be disclosed befveyae the relevant veyader is submitted to the extent kşimdin to NiceNIC.

The price presented fveya acceptance at checkout veya at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fveya that transaction, subject to cveyarection of a clear pricing veya system errveya befveyae registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, hizmet arrangements, veya commercial terms change. Yenileal ve auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authveyaize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method veya deduct the applicable amount from sizin Account balance. You are responsible fveya taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwveyak charges, currency-conversion costs, ve other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Ödement does not complete a registry transaction. Eğer a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit veya refund will be hveled accveyading to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, ve NiceNIC’s published payment veya refund terms. Cryptocurrency ve blockchain transactions are irreversible, ve NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes veya third-party netwveyak fees.

13. Refunds ve Reversals
Fees fveya a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restveyaation, premium-domain acquisition, veya other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wburaya required by applicable law veya expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, veya failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account veya affected Services ve reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law ve ICANN veya Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. Yenileal ve Auto-Yenileal
A domain name is kayıt oled fveya a limited term ve expires unless renewed. The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder ve Account Holder are responsible fveya monitveyaing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact ve payment infveyamation, ve submitting payment early enough fveya processing befveyae the applicable deadline.

Wburaya auto-renewal is offered ve enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance veya valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification veya eligibility requirements, ve successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wburaya these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befveyae processing, subject to the controls available in sizin Account.

Fveya certain ccTLD'ler ve other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur befveyae the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline ve Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Fveya gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration ve post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Süresi Doldud Kayıt Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s recveyads. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, veya use additional communication channels. 15. Yenileal, Expiration, Redemption, ve Auction
Alan Adı name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restveyaation, pending deletion, ve expired-domain auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Süresi Doldud Alan Adı Yenileal, Redemption, ve Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-domain-renewal-redemption-ve-auction-policy, which is incveyapveyaated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), ve redemption/restveyae fees are published at https://nicenic.com/domain/prices.php.

Alan Adı lifecycle periods ve recovery options vary by TLD ve may change under Registry rules veya mveatveyay ICANN requirements. Hayırt every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, veya recovery method. A domain name may stop resolving upon veya after expiration, ve website, email, DNS, ve related hizmets may be interrupted.

Wburaya the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restveyaation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal ve redemption/restveyae fees, completion of required verification, ve mveatveyay Registry requirements. Fveya other TLDs, restveyaation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Hayırthing in NiceNIC’s expired-domain auction process limits any non-waivable renewal veya restveyaation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Süresi Doldud Kayıt Recovery Policy. Eğer this Agreement veya the NiceNIC expired-domain policy conflicts with a mveatveyay ICANN policy veya Registry requirement, that mveatveyay policy veya requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal veya restveyaation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, veya the Registry releases veya allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time veya the fveyamer Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s ability to re-kayıt ol a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property ve Lawful Use
İçin the best of the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s kşimdiledge ve belief, neither registration of the domain name nveya the manner in which it is directly veya indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name veya its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, veya other rights.

You must not use the Services fveya unlawful activity veya in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, veya the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a domain name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, veya spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fveya another fveyam of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability veya automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repveyats ve take reasonable ve appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, ve the facts ve circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infveyamation from the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder veya Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wburaya required by law veya policy veya reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat veya ongoing harm.

Abuse repveyats should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/repveyatabuse.php veya another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Tümü applicable domain name dispute policies are incveyapveyaated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP ve, wburaya applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, ve other ICANN veya Registry dispute procedures. ccTLD'ler ve sponsveyaed veya restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, veya otherwise affected in accveyadance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court veyader, veya Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a domain name ve may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, veya a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status veya lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, İptallation, Transfer, ve Other Protective İşlems
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction veya take propveyationate action affecting a domain name veya Account wburaya reasonably necessary ve permitted veya required to:

cveyarect a registration, pricing, technical, veya operational errveya by NiceNIC veya the Registry;
enfveyace this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Kayıt Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthveyaized access, payment reversal, veya a security incident;
investigate veya mitigate DNS Abuse veya unlawful use based on the facts ve evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, veya resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, veya affected users;
comply with an ICANN veya Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding veya decision, a court veyader, valid legal process, veya applicable law; veya
satisfy a mveatveyay TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, veya documentation requirement.
Uygun actions may include requesting infveyamation veya remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, veya transferring a domain name when expressly authveyaized veya required by policy veya legal process.

Wburaya appropriate, legally permitted, ve consistent with the urgency ve nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice veya an oppveyatunity to respond veya remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, veya a court, veya is reasonably necessary to öncekient material harm, preserve evidence, veya protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with mveatveyay ICANN Consensus Policies veya Registry requirements.

19. Account Security ve Instructions
You are responsible fveya protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, ve authveyaized users. Instructions authenticated through sizin Account veya API may be treated as authveyaized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise veya applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthveyaized access, loss of credentials, unauthveyaized domain changes, veya a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may tempveyaarily restrict Account veya domain functions while reasonably investigating a security repveyat.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication veya documentation fveya high-risk veya irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility fveya Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, ve Local-Presence Services
Wburaya available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, veya local-presence hizmets are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact veya presence. These hizmets may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, ve disclosure rules that you must accept befveyae use.

Use of a privacy veya proxy hizmet does not eliminate the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s obligations, öncekient lawful disclosure, veya shield unlawful conduct. A hizmet may be suspended veya terminated, veya underlying data may be disclosed, wburaya permitted veya required by the applicable hizmet terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, veya valid legal process.

Süreination of an ancillary hizmet may require replacement contact infveyamation, verification, veya other updates befveyae a transfer veya registrant change can be completed. Fees fveya a partially used ancillary-hizmet term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated veya required by law.

21. Süre ve Süreination
This Agreement begins when accepted ve remains applicable while you use the Services veya a domain name remains sponsveyaed veya managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, ve governing-law provisions—survive termination.

Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, veya transfer domain registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD veya Service wburaya commercially veya operationally necessary veya required by a Registry, provider, law, veya policy. Wburaya reasonably practicable ve permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice ve an oppveyatunity to renew, transfer, veya otherwise manage an affected domain name befveyae suppveyat ends.

22. Indemnification
İçin the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, ve hold harmless NiceNIC ve its affiliates, directveyas, officers, employees, ve agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, ve reasonable legal expenses arising from sizin material breach of this Agreement, sizin unauthveyaized veya unlawful use of the Services, veya sizin infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, veya gross negligence.

The Kayıt Oled Ad Holder must indemnify, defend, ve hold harmless the applicable Registry Operatveya ve its directveyas, officers, employees, ve agents from ve against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, ve expenses, including reasonable legal fees ve expenses, arising out of veya related to the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder’s domain name registration, as required by the applicable Kayıt Kuruluşu Akreditasyon Agreement veya Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer ve Limitation of Liability
İçin the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry veya third-party system will operate without errveya veya interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, veya that an expired veya deleted domain name can be recovered veya re-kayıt oled.

NiceNIC is not responsible fveya delays, errveyas, interruptions, veya losses caused by a Registry Operatveya, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwveyak, blockchain netwveyak, dispute provider, governmental action, fveyace majeure event, veya other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

İçin the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other fveya indirect, incidental, special, punitive, veya consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business oppveyatunity, veya loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

İçin the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected domain name veya transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC fveya that affected domain name veya transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Hayırthing in this Agreement excludes veya limits liability fveya fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death veya personal injury caused by negligence wburaya such liability cannot be excluded, veya any other liability veya consumer right that cannot be excluded veya limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN veya Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, hizmets, veya commercial terms. The current version ve its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

Wburaya required by applicable law, the Kayıt Kuruluşu Akreditasyon Agreement, veya ICANN policy, NiceNIC will provide notice of a material change using the contact infveyamation in its recveyads veya another permitted method. Changes mveated by law, ICANN, veya a Registry may take effect when required. Other changes take effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. Hayırtices ve Communications
You must maintain a monitveyaed ve accurate email address fveya the Account ve the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, ve policy notices by email, through the Account, veya by another method permitted by applicable policy veya law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address veya communication channel in NiceNIC’s recveyads, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy veya law.

26. Governing Law ve Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fveya adjudication of disputes concerning veya arising from use of a kayıt oled domain name, the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wburaya the Kayıt Oled Ad Holder is domiciled ve (b) wburaya NiceNIC is located, currently Hong Kong, as required by the Kayıt Kuruluşu Akreditasyon Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, ve any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement ve the incveyapveyaated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services ve supersede priveya terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately veyadered products veya hizmets.

Eğer a provision is held invalid veya unenfveyaceable, it will be enfveyaced to the maximum lawful extent ve the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfveyace a provision is not a waiver. Headings are fveya convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement veya transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable domain transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, veya security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reveyaganization, sale of business, veya permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, ve legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fveya convenience only unless mveatveyay law requires otherwise.
