1. Agreement i Acceptance

Jeśli you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, lub other person acting flub the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder, you must have the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s authlubization, provide the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder with this Agreement i all applicable policies, i obtain the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible flub twój own acts i omissions i flub ensuring that instructions submitted through twój account are authlubized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are lubdered lub managed.
“Account Holder” means the person lub entity controlling the Account i responsible flub payment i account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Clubplubation flub Assigned Nazwas i Numbers.
“Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder” lub “RNH” means the person lub legal entity identified as the holder of a zarejestrujed domena name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wtutaj used in an applicable policy.
“Rejestracja Data” means data collected from a person lub legal entity, lub generated by NiceNIC lub a Registry Operatlub, in connection with a domena name registration.
“Registry Operatlub” lub “Registry” means the operatlub of the registry flub the applicable top-level domena.
“TLD” means a top-level domena, including a generic top-level domena (“gTLD”) lub country-code top-level domena (“ccTLD”).
3. Inclubplubated Policies i Order of Precedence
This Agreement inclubplubates by reference the policies i requirements that apply to the relevant domena name lub Service, including the following, as updated from time to time:

ICANN Registrants’ Benefits i Responsibilities
The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, i miatluby laws i regulations.

4. Rejestrator i Registry Roles
NiceNIC accepts i processes domena name applications i instructions as a registrar lub, flub certain TLDs, through an authlubized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restlubation, lub other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted i reclubded by the applicable Registry lub usługa provider.

An availability search, lubder confirmation, payment authlubization, invoice, lub pending status does not guarantee that a domena name has been lub can be zarejestrujed, renewed, transferred, redeemed, lub restlubed. Registry databases i availability results may change between search i completion.

NiceNIC may reject lub cancel a pending application beflube registry completion wtutaj the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing lub technical errlub, unsupplubted by the Registry, lub inconsistent with applicable law, policy, lub this Agreement. Jeśli a registration lub other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel lub reverse it except as permitted lub required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, lub this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, i Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restlubation, dispute, i data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements i promptly provide requested influbmation lub documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLD are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry i local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLD. Wtutaj NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s miatluby terms may also apply.

Internationalized Nazwy domen (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-supplubted scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser supplubt, i DNS stiards. Display lub functionality may vary among applications. The ASCII-compatible encoded flubm reclubded by the Registry controls wtutaj required by the DNS lub Registry system.

Jeśli eligibility, validation, lub documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected lub the domena name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, lub otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry lub policy.

6. Premium Domeny, Pre-Rejestracja, Sunrise, i Launch Phases
A Premium Domena may have non-stiard registration, transfer, renewal, lub restlubation pricing established by the Registry lub a third-party seller. The price shown i accepted flub the specific transaction controls, subject to clubrection of a clear pricing lub technical errlub beflube completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Lirush, Early Access, i similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, lub launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, lub auction fee will be disclosed beflube payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder, Account Holder, i Reseller Responsibilities
The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder is the holder of reclubd i is responsible flub the registration i use of the domena name. The Account Holder may manage the domena name only to the extent authlubized by the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder i applicable policy.

Jeśli the Account Holder i Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder i must not substitute its own influbmation without authlubization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authlubity beflube acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, lub account move.

A reseller lub agent using NiceNIC Services flub third parties must:

obtain i retain the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement i applicable policies;
provide accurate influbmation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponslubing registrar wtutaj required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, i redemption/restlube fees i describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices i promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC i the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder; i
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, lub Registry requirements.

8. Rejestracja Data i Accuracy
The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder must provide accurate i reliable Rejestracja Data i must clubrect i update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, i the name of an authlubized contact person wtutaj the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder is an lubganization, association, lub clubplubation, together with other data required by applicable policy lub Registry rules.

State/province i postal code are required wtutaj applicable flub the relevant country lub territluby. Dodajitional data may be required flub a particular TLD. Wtutaj the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder supplies a value flub Registrant Organization, that lubganization may be treated as the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder i may be published wtutaj the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder agrees i applicable policy requires lub permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate i verify Rejestracja Data as required by the applicable Rejestrator Akredytacja Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, i law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, lub other verification steps i respond to accuracy inquiries.

The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate lub unreliable influbmation, willful failure to update influbmation within seven (7) days after a change, lub failure to respond flub mlube than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of dane kontaktowe associated with the registration constitutes a material breach i is a basis flub suspension i/lub cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

W least annually, NiceNIC will present the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder with the current Rejestracja Data as required by the Rejestracja Data Reminder Policy. The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder must review the data i clubrect any inaccurate influbmation.

9. Licensed Use i Third-Party Data
A Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder that licenses use of a domena name to a third party remains the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder of reclubd i remains responsible flub providing its own full contact influbmation i accurate technical i administrative contact influbmation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the domena name.

The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder accepts liability flub harm caused by wrongful use of the domena name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact influbmation provided by the licensee i the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Jeśli you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement i the Polityka prywatności i have obtained any consent lub other authlubization required by applicable law.

10. Rejestracja Data Processing i Privacy
NiceNIC collects i processes Rejestracja Data flub purposes that include providing i securing the Services; processing registration i lifecycle transactions; maintaining reclubds; validating i verifying data; communicating with Account Holders i Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holders; poprzednienting fraud i DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, i dispute-resolution requirements; i hiling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients lub categlubies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operatlub, registry usługa providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment i security providers, professional advisers, i governmental lub judicial authlubities wtutaj disclosure is required lub permitted. Obligatluby i optional data, publication rules, retention, access, clubrection, i other processing details are described in the NiceNIC Polityka prywatności i applicable Rejestracja Data Policy.

You ackterazledge this processing i, wtutaj consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Polityka prywatności. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes i limitations of which it has provided notice i will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthlubized access lub disclosure, alteration, lub destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, lub pseudonymized data, lub a communication mechanism, as required lub permitted by applicable policy i law. Submission of Rejestracja Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests flub non-public data are assessed under applicable policy i law i do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of twój Personal Data. NiceNIC i applicable Registry Operatlubs may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction reclubds, generated data, i usługa reclubds as permitted by contract i law.

11. Transfery domen i Change of Registrant
Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder is the party authlubized to approve lub deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication i procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a stiard security measure, wtutaj supplubted i permitted. NiceNIC may also apply lub maintain a transfer restriction at the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, lub Change of Registrant lock period, lub wtutaj required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court lubder, lub applicable law.

Wtutaj self-usługa removal is available, the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal i will remove clientTransferProhibited lub provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies i reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny lub must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted lub required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason flub denial to the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder i the potential Gaining Rejestrator as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, i an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Jeśli NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected beflube completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer i registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, i Zapłaćment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), i redemption/restlube fees are published on the NiceNIC Ceny domen page at https://nicenic.com/domena/prices.php. This link i the fees displayed ttutaj are inclubplubated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account lub reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, i lifecycle status. Optional usługas i any additional miatluby charges will be disclosed beflube the relevant lubder is submitted to the extent kterazn to NiceNIC.

The price presented flub acceptance at checkout lub at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price flub that transaction, subject to clubrection of a clear pricing lub system errlub beflube registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, usługa arrangements, lub commercial terms change. Odnówal i auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authlubize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method lub deduct the applicable amount from twój Account balance. You are responsible flub taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwlubk charges, currency-conversion costs, i other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Zapłaćment does not complete a registry transaction. Jeśli a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit lub refund will be hiled acclubding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, i NiceNIC’s published payment lub refund terms. Cryptocurrency i blockchain transactions are irreversible, i NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes lub third-party netwlubk fees.

13. Refunds i Reversals
Fees flub a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restlubation, premium-domena acquisition, lub other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wtutaj required by applicable law lub expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, lub failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account lub affected Services i reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law i ICANN lub Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. Odnówal i Auto-Odnówal
A domena name is zarejestrujed flub a limited term i expires unless renewed. The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder i Account Holder are responsible flub monitlubing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact i payment influbmation, i submitting payment early enough flub processing beflube the applicable deadline.

Wtutaj auto-renewal is offered i enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance lub valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification lub eligibility requirements, i successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wtutaj these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal beflube processing, subject to the controls available in twój Account.

Flub certain ccTLD i other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur beflube the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline i Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Flub gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration i post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Wygasad Rejestracja Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s reclubds. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, lub use additional communication channels. These required notices do not remove twój responsibility to maintain current contact influbmation i timely renew the registration.

15. Odnówal, Expiration, Redemption, i Auction
Domena name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restlubation, pending deletion, i expired-domena auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Wygasad Domena Odnówal, Redemption, i Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-domena-renewal-redemption-i-auction-policy, which is inclubplubated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), i redemption/restlube fees are published at https://nicenic.com/domena/prices.php.

Domena lifecycle periods i recovery options vary by TLD i may change under Registry rules lub miatluby ICANN requirements. Niet every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, lub recovery method. A domena name may stop resolving upon lub after expiration, i website, email, DNS, i related usługas may be interrupted.

Wtutaj the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restlubation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal i redemption/restlube fees, completion of required verification, i miatluby Registry requirements. Flub other TLDs, restlubation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Niething in NiceNIC’s expired-domena auction process limits any non-waivable renewal lub restlubation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Wygasad Rejestracja Recovery Policy. Jeśli this Agreement lub the NiceNIC expired-domena policy conflicts with a miatluby ICANN policy lub Registry requirement, that miatluby policy lub requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal lub restlubation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, lub the Registry releases lub allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time lub the flubmer Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s ability to re-zarejestruj a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property i Lawful Use
Do the best of the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s kterazledge i belief, neither registration of the domena name nlub the manner in which it is directly lub indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name lub its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, lub other rights.

You must not use the Services flub unlawful activity lub in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, lub the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a domena name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, lub spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism flub another flubm of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability lub automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review replubts i take reasonable i appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, i the facts i circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request influbmation from the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder lub Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wtutaj required by law lub policy lub reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat lub ongoing harm.

Abuse replubts should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/replubtabuse.php lub another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Wszystko applicable domena name dispute policies are inclubplubated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP i, wtutaj applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, i other ICANN lub Registry dispute procedures. ccTLD i sponslubed lub restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, lub otherwise affected in acclubdance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court lubder, lub Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a domena name i may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, lub a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status lub lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Anulujlation, Transfer, i Other Protective Akcjas
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction lub take proplubtionate action affecting a domena name lub Account wtutaj reasonably necessary i permitted lub required to:

clubrect a registration, pricing, technical, lub operational errlub by NiceNIC lub the Registry;
enflubce this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Rejestracja Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthlubized access, payment reversal, lub a security incident;
investigate lub mitigate DNS Abuse lub unlawful use based on the facts i evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, lub resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, lub affected users;
comply with an ICANN lub Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding lub decision, a court lubder, valid legal process, lub applicable law; lub
satisfy a miatluby TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, lub documentation requirement.
Dostępne actions may include requesting influbmation lub remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, lub transferring a domena name when expressly authlubized lub required by policy lub legal process.

Wtutaj appropriate, legally permitted, i consistent with the urgency i nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice lub an opplubtunity to respond lub remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, lub a court, lub is reasonably necessary to poprzednient material harm, preserve evidence, lub protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with miatluby ICANN Consensus Policies lub Registry requirements.

19. Account Security i Instructions
You are responsible flub protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, i authlubized users. Instructions authenticated through twój Account lub API may be treated as authlubized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise lub applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthlubized access, loss of credentials, unauthlubized domena changes, lub a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may templubarily restrict Account lub domena functions while reasonably investigating a security replubt.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication lub documentation flub high-risk lub irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility flub Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, i Local-Presence Services
Wtutaj available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, lub local-presence usługas are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact lub presence. These usługas may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, i disclosure rules that you must accept beflube use.

Use of a privacy lub proxy usługa does not eliminate the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s obligations, poprzednient lawful disclosure, lub shield unlawful conduct. A usługa may be suspended lub terminated, lub underlying data may be disclosed, wtutaj permitted lub required by the applicable usługa terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, lub valid legal process.

Okresination of an ancillary usługa may require replacement contact influbmation, verification, lub other updates beflube a transfer lub registrant change can be completed. Fees flub a partially used ancillary-usługa term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated lub required by law.

21. Okres i Okresination
This Agreement begins when accepted i remains applicable while you use the Services lub a domena name remains sponslubed lub managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, i governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wtutaj available, transfer an eligible domena name, lub request closure of twój Account, subject to outstiing obligations, security review, miatluby retention, i applicable domena lifecycle lub transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, lub transfer domena registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD lub Service wtutaj commercially lub operationally necessary lub required by a Registry, provider, law, lub policy. Wtutaj reasonably practicable i permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice i an opplubtunity to renew, transfer, lub otherwise manage an affected domena name beflube supplubt ends.

22. Indemnification
Do the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, i hold harmless NiceNIC i its affiliates, directlubs, officers, employees, i agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, i reasonable legal expenses arising from twój material breach of this Agreement, twój unauthlubized lub unlawful use of the Services, lub twój infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, lub gross negligence.

The Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder must indemnify, defend, i hold harmless the applicable Registry Operatlub i its directlubs, officers, employees, i agents from i against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, i expenses, including reasonable legal fees i expenses, arising out of lub related to the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder’s domena name registration, as required by the applicable Rejestrator Akredytacja Agreement lub Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer i Limitation of Liability
Do the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry lub third-party system will operate without errlub lub interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, lub that an expired lub deleted domena name can be recovered lub re-zarejestrujed.

NiceNIC is not responsible flub delays, errlubs, interruptions, lub losses caused by a Registry Operatlub, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwlubk, blockchain netwlubk, dispute provider, governmental action, flubce majeure event, lub other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Do the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other flub indirect, incidental, special, punitive, lub consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opplubtunity, lub loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Do the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected domena name lub transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC flub that affected domena name lub transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Niething in this Agreement excludes lub limits liability flub fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death lub personal injury caused by negligence wtutaj such liability cannot be excluded, lub any other liability lub consumer right that cannot be excluded lub limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN lub Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, usługas, lub commercial terms. The current version i its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

25. Nietices i Communications
You must maintain a monitlubed i accurate email address flub the Account i the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, i policy notices by email, through the Account, lub by another method permitted by applicable policy lub law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address lub communication channel in NiceNIC’s reclubds, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy lub law.

26. Governing Law i Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hongkong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Flub adjudication of disputes concerning lub arising from use of a zarejestrujed domena name, the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wtutaj the Zarejestrujed Nazwa Holder is domiciled i (b) wtutaj NiceNIC is located, currently Hongkong, as required by the Rejestrator Akredytacja Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, i any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hongkong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement i the inclubplubated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services i supersede prilub terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately lubdered products lub usługas.

NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, relubganization, sale of business, lub permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, i legal requirements.
