Impoutant: Please read this Agreement carefully. It contains terms governing domínio name registration, renewal, transfer, expiration, dispute resolution, suspension, e limitation of liability.

1. Agreement e Acceptance
This Registro de Nome de Domínio Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED, a company incoupouated in Hong Kong e an Credenciado pela ICANN registrar (IANA ID 3765), doing business as “NiceNIC” (“NiceNIC,” “we,” “us,” ou “our”), e the individual ou legal entity that accepts this Agreement (“Customer,” “you,” ou “seu”).

You accept this Agreement by clicking an acceptance box, submitting an ouder, registraring, transferring, renewing, redeeming, restouing, ou managing a domínio name through NiceNIC, ou otherwise using the Services after this Agreement becomes effective. Se you accept this Agreement fou an ouganization ou another person, you represent that you have authouity to bind that party.

Se you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, ou other person acting fou the Registrared Nome Holder, you must have the Registrared Nome Holder’s authouization, provide the Registrared Nome Holder with this Agreement e all applicable policies, e obtain the Registrared Nome Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible fou seu own acts e omissions e fou ensuring that instructions submitted through seu account are authouized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are oudered ou managed.
“Account Holder” means the person ou entity controlling the Account e responsible fou payment e account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Coupouation fou Assigned Nomes e Numbers.
“Registrared Nome Holder” ou “RNH” means the person ou legal entity identified as the holder of a registrared domínio name. “Registrant” has the same meaning waqui used in an applicable policy.
“Registro Data” means data collected from a person ou legal entity, ou generated by NiceNIC ou a Registry Operatou, in connection with a domínio name registration.
“Registry Operatou” ou “Registry” means the operatou of the registry fou the applicable top-level domínio.
“TLD” means a top-level domínio, including a generic top-level domínio (“gTLD”) ou country-code top-level domínio (“ccTLD”).
3. Incoupouated Policies e Order of Precedence
This Agreement incoupouates by reference the policies e requirements that apply to the relevant domínio name ou Service, including the following, as updated from time to time:

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, e meatouy laws e regulations.

Se taqui is a conflict, meatouy law applies first. Fou gTLDs, applicable ICANN Consensus Policies, specifications, e the Registrador Credenciamento Agreement apply to the extent required, followed by meatouy Registry requirements. TLD-specific rules e the incoupouated NiceNIC policies then apply, followed by this Agreement. Não provision of this Agreement is intended to reduce a non-waivable right granted by applicable law ou meatouy ICANN policy.

4. Registrador e Registry Roles
NiceNIC accepts e processes domínio name applications e instructions as a registrar ou, fou certain TLDs, through an authouized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restouation, ou other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted e recouded by the applicable Registry ou serviço provider.

An availability search, ouder confirmation, payment authouization, invoice, ou pending status does not guarantee that a domínio name has been ou can be registrared, renewed, transferred, redeemed, ou restoued. Registry databases e availability results may change between search e completion.

NiceNIC may reject ou cancel a pending application befoue registry completion waqui the name is unavailable, reserved, prohibited, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing ou technical errou, unsuppouted by the Registry, ou inconsistent with applicable law, policy, ou this Agreement. Se a registration ou other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel ou reverse it except as permitted ou required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, ou this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, e Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restouation, dispute, e data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements e promptly provide requested infoumation ou documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

ccTLDs are primarily governed by the applicable ccTLD Registry e local rules. ICANN gTLD policies do not necessarily apply to ccTLDs. Waqui NiceNIC provides a TLD through an upstream provider, that provider’s meatouy terms may also apply.

Internationalized Domain Names (“IDNs”) depend on Registry-suppouted scripts, language tables, label-generation rules, browser suppout, e DNS steards. Display ou functionality may vary among applications. The ASCII-compatible encoded foum recouded by the Registry controls waqui required by the DNS ou Registry system.

Se eligibility, validation, ou documentation requirements are not satisfied, the application may be rejected ou the domínio name may be suspended, locked, deleted, not renewed, ou otherwise restricted as required by the applicable Registry ou policy.

6. Premium Domínios, Pre-Registro, Sunrise, e Launch Phases
A Premium Domínio may have non-steard registration, transfer, renewal, ou restouation pricing established by the Registry ou a third-party seller. The price shown e accepted fou the specific transaction controls, subject to courection of a clear pricing ou technical errou befoue completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Lerush, Early Access, e similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, ou launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, ou auction fee will be disclosed befoue payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

7. Registrared Nome Holder, Account Holder, e Revendedor Responsibilities
The Registrared Nome Holder is the holder of recoud e is responsible fou the registration e use of the domínio name. The Account Holder may manage the domínio name only to the extent authouized by the Registrared Nome Holder e applicable policy.

Se the Account Holder e Registrared Nome Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the Registrared Nome Holder e must not substitute its own infoumation without authouization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authouity befoue acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, ou account move.

A reseller ou agent using NiceNIC Services fou third parties must:

obtain e retain the Registrared Nome Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement e applicable policies;
provide accurate infoumation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsouing registrar waqui required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, e redemption/restoue fees e describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices e promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC e the Registrared Nome Holder; e
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, ou Registry requirements.

8. Registro Data e Accuracy
The Registrared Nome Holder must provide accurate e reliable Registro Data e must courect e update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the Registrared Nome Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, e the name of an authouized contact person waqui the Registrared Nome Holder is an ouganization, association, ou coupouation, together with other data required by applicable policy ou Registry rules.

State/province e postal code are required waqui applicable fou the relevant country ou territouy. Adicionaritional data may be required fou a particular TLD. Waqui the Registrared Nome Holder supplies a value fou Registrant Organization, that ouganization may be treated as the Registrared Nome Holder e may be published waqui the Registrared Nome Holder agrees e applicable policy requires ou permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate e verify Registro Data as required by the applicable Registrador Credenciamento Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, e law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, ou other verification steps e respond to accuracy inquiries.

The Registrared Nome Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate ou unreliable infoumation, willful failure to update infoumation within seven (7) days after a change, ou failure to respond fou moue than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of dados de contacto associated with the registration constitutes a material breach e is a basis fou suspension e/ou cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

9. Licensed Use e Third-Party Data
A Registrared Nome Holder that licenses use of a domínio name to a third party remains the Registrared Nome Holder of recoud e remains responsible fou providing its own full contact infoumation e accurate technical e administrative contact infoumation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the domínio name.

The Registrared Nome Holder accepts liability fou harm caused by wrongful use of the domínio name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infoumation provided by the licensee e the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Se you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement e the Política de Privacidade e have obtained any consent ou other authouization required by applicable law.

10. Registro Data Processing e Privacy
NiceNIC collects e processes Registro Data fou purposes that include providing e securing the Services; processing registration e lifecycle transactions; maintaining recouds; validating e verifying data; communicating with Account Holders e Registrared Nome Holders; anteriorenting fraud e DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, e dispute-resolution requirements; e heling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients ou categouies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operatou, registry serviço providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment e security providers, professional advisers, e governmental ou judicial authouities waqui disclosure is required ou permitted. Obligatouy e optional data, publication rules, retention, access, courection, e other processing details are described in the NiceNIC Política de Privacidade e applicable Registro Data Policy.

You ackagoraledge this processing e, waqui consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the Política de Privacidade. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes e limitations of which it has provided notice e will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthouized access ou disclosure, alteration, ou destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, ou pseudonymized data, ou a communication mechanism, as required ou permitted by applicable policy e law. Submission of Registro Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests fou non-public data are assessed under applicable policy e law e do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of seu Personal Data. NiceNIC e applicable Registry Operatous may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recouds, generated data, e serviço recouds as permitted by contract e law.

11. Transferências de Domínio e Change of Registrant
Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The Registrared Nome Holder is the party authouized to approve ou deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication e procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhibited status upon initial registration as a steard security measure, waqui suppouted e permitted. NiceNIC may also apply ou maintain a transfer restriction at the Registrared Nome Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, ou Change of Registrant lock period, ou waqui required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court ouder, ou applicable law.

Waqui self-serviço removal is available, the Registrared Nome Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal e will remove clientTransferProhibited ou provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies e reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny ou must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted ou required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason fou denial to the Registrared Nome Holder e the potential Gaining Registrador as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, e an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. Se NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befoue completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer e registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, e Pagarment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), e redemption/restoue fees are published on the NiceNIC Preços de Domínios page at https://nicenic.com/domínio/prices.php. This link e the fees displayed taqui are incoupouated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account ou reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, e lifecycle status. Optional serviços e any additional meatouy charges will be disclosed befoue the relevant ouder is submitted to the extent kagoran to NiceNIC.

The price presented fou acceptance at checkout ou at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fou that transaction, subject to courection of a clear pricing ou system errou befoue registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, serviço arrangements, ou commercial terms change. Renovaral e auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authouize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method ou deduct the applicable amount from seu Account balance. You are responsible fou taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwouk charges, currency-conversion costs, e other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

Pagarment does not complete a registry transaction. Se a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit ou refund will be heled accouding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, e NiceNIC’s published payment ou refund terms. Cryptocurrency e blockchain transactions are irreversible, e NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes ou third-party netwouk fees.

13. Refunds e Reversals
Fees fou a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restouation, premium-domínio acquisition, ou other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except waqui required by applicable law ou expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, ou failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account ou affected Services e reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law e ICANN ou Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohibited by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

14. Renovaral e Auto-Renovaral
A domínio name is registrared fou a limited term e expires unless renewed. The Registrared Nome Holder e Account Holder are responsible fou monitouing expiration dates, maintaining accurate contact e payment infoumation, e submitting payment early enough fou processing befoue the applicable deadline.

Waqui auto-renewal is offered e enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance ou valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification ou eligibility requirements, e successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal waqui these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befoue processing, subject to the controls available in seu Account.

Fou certain ccTLDs e other TLDs, the operational renewal deadline may occur befoue the Registry expiration date. The applicable deadline e Registry rules control. You should not wait until the displayed expiration date to renew.

Fou gTLDs, NiceNIC will transmit the pre-expiration e post-expiration notices required by the ICANN Expirard Registro Recovery Policy by email to the Registrant at Expiration at the applicable contact address in NiceNIC’s recouds. NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, ou use additional communication channels. These required notices do not remove seu responsibility to maintain current contact infoumation e timely renew the registration.

15. Renovaral, Expiration, Redemption, e Auction
Domínio name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restouation, pending deletion, e expired-domínio auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s Expirard Domínio Renovaral, Redemption, e Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-domínio-renewal-redemption-e-auction-policy, which is incoupouated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), e redemption/restoue fees are published at https://nicenic.com/domínio/prices.php.

Domínio lifecycle periods e recovery options vary by TLD e may change under Registry rules ou meatouy ICANN requirements. Nãot every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, ou recovery method. A domínio name may stop resolving upon ou after expiration, e website, email, DNS, e related serviços may be interrupted.

Waqui the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restouation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal e redemption/restoue fees, completion of required verification, e meatouy Registry requirements. Fou other TLDs, restouation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

Nãothing in NiceNIC’s expired-domínio auction process limits any non-waivable renewal ou restouation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN Expirard Registro Recovery Policy. Se this Agreement ou the NiceNIC expired-domínio policy conflicts with a meatouy ICANN policy ou Registry requirement, that meatouy policy ou requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal ou restouation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, ou the Registry releases ou allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time ou the foumer Registrared Nome Holder’s ability to re-registrar a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property e Lawful Use
Para the best of the Registrared Nome Holder’s kagoraledge e belief, neither registration of the domínio name nou the manner in which it is directly ou indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name ou its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, ou other rights.

You must not use the Services fou unlawful activity ou in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, ou the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes using a domínio name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, ou spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fou another foum of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability ou automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repouts e take reasonable e appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, e the facts e circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infoumation from the Registrared Nome Holder ou Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken waqui required by law ou policy ou reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat ou ongoing harm.

Abuse repouts should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/repoutabuse.php ou another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
Todos applicable domínio name dispute policies are incoupouated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP e, waqui applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, e other ICANN ou Registry dispute procedures. ccTLDs e sponsoued ou restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

The Registrared Nome Holder agrees that a registration may be locked, suspended, cancelled, transferred, ou otherwise affected in accoudance with an applicable dispute policy, final administrative decision, settlement, court ouder, ou Registry procedure.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a domínio name e may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, ou a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status ou lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, Cancelarlation, Transfer, e Other Protective Açãos
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction ou take propoutionate action affecting a domínio name ou Account waqui reasonably necessary e permitted ou required to:

courect a registration, pricing, technical, ou operational errou by NiceNIC ou the Registry;
enfouce this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable Registro Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthouized access, payment reversal, ou a security incident;
investigate ou mitigate DNS Abuse ou unlawful use based on the facts e evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, ou resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, ou affected users;
comply with an ICANN ou Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding ou decision, a court ouder, valid legal process, ou applicable law; ou
satisfy a meatouy TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, ou documentation requirement.
Disponível actions may include requesting infoumation ou remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, ou transferring a domínio name when expressly authouized ou required by policy ou legal process.

Waqui appropriate, legally permitted, e consistent with the urgency e nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice ou an oppoutunity to respond ou remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, ou a court, ou is reasonably necessary to anteriorent material harm, preserve evidence, ou protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with meatouy ICANN Consensus Policies ou Registry requirements.

19. Account Security e Instructions
You are responsible fou protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, e authouized users. Instructions authenticated through seu Account ou API may be treated as authouized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise ou applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthouized access, loss of credentials, unauthouized domínio changes, ou a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may tempouarily restrict Account ou domínio functions while reasonably investigating a security repout.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication ou documentation fou high-risk ou irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility fou Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, e Local-Presence Services
Waqui available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, ou local-presence serviços are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact ou presence. These serviços may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, e disclosure rules that you must accept befoue use.

Use of a privacy ou proxy serviço does not eliminate the Registrared Nome Holder’s obligations, anteriorent lawful disclosure, ou shield unlawful conduct. A serviço may be suspended ou terminated, ou underlying data may be disclosed, waqui permitted ou required by the applicable serviço terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, ou valid legal process.

Prazoination of an ancillary serviço may require replacement contact infoumation, verification, ou other updates befoue a transfer ou registrant change can be completed. Fees fou a partially used ancillary-serviço term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated ou required by law.

21. Prazo e Prazoination
This Agreement begins when accepted e remains applicable while you use the Services ou a domínio name remains sponsoued ou managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, e governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal waqui available, transfer an eligible domínio name, ou request closure of seu Account, subject to outsteing obligations, security review, meatouy retention, e applicable domínio lifecycle ou transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, ou transfer domínio registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD ou Service waqui commercially ou operationally necessary ou required by a Registry, provider, law, ou policy. Waqui reasonably practicable e permitted, NiceNIC will provide notice e an oppoutunity to renew, transfer, ou otherwise manage an affected domínio name befoue suppout ends.

22. Indemnification
Para the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, e hold harmless NiceNIC e its affiliates, directous, officers, employees, e agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, e reasonable legal expenses arising from seu material breach of this Agreement, seu unauthouized ou unlawful use of the Services, ou seu infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, ou gross negligence.

The Registrared Nome Holder must indemnify, defend, e hold harmless the applicable Registry Operatou e its directous, officers, employees, e agents from e against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, e expenses, including reasonable legal fees e expenses, arising out of ou related to the Registrared Nome Holder’s domínio name registration, as required by the applicable Registrador Credenciamento Agreement ou Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer e Limitation of Liability
Para the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry ou third-party system will operate without errou ou interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, ou that an expired ou deleted domínio name can be recovered ou re-registrared.

NiceNIC is not responsible fou delays, errous, interruptions, ou losses caused by a Registry Operatou, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwouk, blockchain netwouk, dispute provider, governmental action, fouce majeure event, ou other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Para the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other fou indirect, incidental, special, punitive, ou consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business oppoutunity, ou loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

Para the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected domínio name ou transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC fou that affected domínio name ou transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nãothing in this Agreement excludes ou limits liability fou fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death ou personal injury caused by negligence waqui such liability cannot be excluded, ou any other liability ou consumer right that cannot be excluded ou limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN ou Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, serviços, ou commercial terms. The current version e its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

Waqui required by applicable law, the Registrador Credenciamento Agreement, ou ICANN policy, NiceNIC will provide notice of a material change using the contact infoumation in its recouds ou another permitted method. Changes meated by law, ICANN, ou a Registry may take effect when required. Other changes take effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. Nãotices e Communications
You must maintain a monitoued e accurate email address fou the Account e the Registrared Nome Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, e policy notices by email, through the Account, ou by another method permitted by applicable policy ou law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address ou communication channel in NiceNIC’s recouds, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy ou law.

26. Governing Law e Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fou adjudication of disputes concerning ou arising from use of a registrared domínio name, the Registrared Nome Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) waqui the Registrared Nome Holder is domiciled e (b) waqui NiceNIC is located, currently Hong Kong, as required by the Registrador Credenciamento Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, e any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement e the incoupouated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services e supersede priou terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately oudered products ou serviços.

Se a provision is held invalid ou unenfouceable, it will be enfouced to the maximum lawful extent e the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfouce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are fou convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement ou transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable domínio transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, ou security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reouganization, sale of business, ou permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, e legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fou convenience only unless meatouy law requires otherwise.
