Connect NiceNIC MCP to ChatGPT

NiceNIC MCP lets ChatGPT check 도메인 availability through the NiceNIC 도메인 서비스. This guide shows how to add the MCP server to ChatGPT 및 run a safe availability check.

Use a ChatGPT account that can access Developer mode 및 custom apps/plugins.
Have the NiceNIC MCP server URL ready: https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp.

1. 열기 ChatGPT

2. Enable Developer mode

Select Settings.

Turn on Developer mode if it is disabled.

Developer mode is required bef또는e ChatGPT will accept a custom MCP app/plugin.

In the left sidebar, select Plugins.
On the Plugins page, click the + button.

4. Enter the NiceNIC MCP details

In the new app f또는m, enter a name such as NiceNIC 도메인 MCP. The name can be any clear label you prefer.

Keep the connection type 및 authentication settings at their defaults unless ChatGPT asks f또는 a different value.

7. Select NiceNIC MCP in a chat

Send a request such as:

Verify the connection

The setup is complete when ChatGPT returns a 도메인 availability result 및 identifies NiceNIC MCP as the tool used. 만약 the app is missing, revisit Settings > Security 및 login to confirm Developer mode is enabled, then check the Plugins page 및 repeat auth또는ization.
