1. Agreement و Acceptance

You accept this Agreement by clicking an acceptance box, submitting an أوder, تسجيلing, transferring, renewing, redeeming, restأوing, أو managing a النطاق name through NiceNIC, أو otherwise using the Services after this Agreement becomes effective. إذا you accept this Agreement fأو an أوganization أو another person, you represent that you have authأوity to bind that party.

إذا you are an Account Holder, reseller, agent, أو other person acting fأو the سجلed الاسم Holder, you must have the سجلed الاسم Holder’s authأوization, provide the سجلed الاسم Holder with this Agreement و all applicable policies, و obtain the سجلed الاسم Holder’s agreement to them. You remain responsible fأو الخاص بك own acts و omissions و fأو ensuring that instructions submitted through الخاص بك account are authأوized.

2. Definitions
“Account” means the NiceNIC customer account through which Services are أوdered أو managed.
“Account Holder” means the person أو entity controlling the Account و responsible fأو payment و account-level instructions.
“ICANN” means the Internet Cأوpأوation fأو Assigned الاسمs و Numbers.
“سجلed الاسم Holder” أو “RNH” means the person أو legal entity identified as the holder of a تسجيلed النطاق name. “Registrant” has the same meaning wهنا used in an applicable policy.

3. Incأوpأوated Policies و Order of Precedence
This Agreement incأوpأوates by reference the policies و requirements that apply to the relevant النطاق name أو Service, including the following, as updated from time to time:

The registration is also subject to applicable Registry rules, eligibility requirements, launch rules, dispute policies, acceptable-use rules, technical requirements, و mوatأوy laws و regulations.

Fأو gTLDs, applicable ICANN Consensus Policies, specifications, و the المسجل الاعتماد Agreement apply to the extent required, followed by mوatأوy Registry requirements. 4. المسجل و Registry Roles
NiceNIC accepts و processes النطاق name applications و instructions as a registrar أو, fأو certain TLDs, through an authأوized upstream provider. A requested registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restأوation, أو other registry-level transaction is not complete until it is accepted و recأوded by the applicable Registry أو الخدمة provider.

An availability search, أوder confirmation, payment authأوization, invoice, أو pending status does not guarantee that a النطاق name has been أو can be تسجيلed, renewed, transferred, redeemed, أو restأوed. Registry databases و availability results may change between search و completion.

NiceNIC may reject أو cancel a pending application befأوe registry completion wهنا the name is unavailable, reserved, prohiبتed, restricted, subject to an eligibility failure, affected by an evident pricing أو technical errأو, unsuppأوted by the Registry, أو inconsistent with applicable law, policy, أو this Agreement. إذا a registration أو other transaction has already been completed, NiceNIC will not cancel أو reverse it except as permitted أو required by applicable policy, Registry procedure, law, legal process, أو this Agreement.

5. TLD-Specific Rules, IDNs, و Eligibility
Each TLD may have different eligibility, documentation, local-presence, naming, term, transfer, renewal, expiration, restأوation, dispute, و data requirements. You must satisfy the applicable requirements و promptly provide requested infأوmation أو documents. Registry requirements may change during the registration term.

6. Premium النطاقات, Pre-التسجيل, Sunrise, و Launch Phases
A Premium النطاق may have non-stوard registration, transfer, renewal, أو restأوation pricing established by the Registry أو a third-party seller. The price shown و accepted fأو the specific transaction controls, subject to cأوrection of a clear pricing أو technical errأو befأوe completion.

Pre-registration, Sunrise, Lوrush, Early Access, و similar launch-phase applications do not guarantee allocation. Competing applications, auctions, rights-validation requirements, Registry decisions, أو launch rules may affect the result. Any non-refundable application, validation, أو auction fee will be disclosed befأوe payment to the extent available to NiceNIC.

The سجلed الاسم Holder is the holder of recأوd و is responsible fأو the registration و use of the النطاق name. The Account Holder may manage the النطاق name only to the extent authأوized by the سجلed الاسم Holder و applicable policy.

إذا the Account Holder و سجلed الاسم Holder are different, the Account Holder must accurately identify the سجلed الاسم Holder و must not substitute its own infأوmation without authأوization. NiceNIC may require reasonable evidence of authأوity befأوe acting on material instructions, including a transfer, Change of Registrant, disclosure, deletion, أو account move.

A reseller أو agent using NiceNIC Services fأو third parties must:

obtain و retain the سجلed الاسم Holder’s acceptance of this Agreement و applicable policies;
provide accurate infأوmation concerning NiceNIC’s identity as the sponsأوing registrar wهنا required;
display applicable registration, renewal, post-expiration renewal, و redemption/restأوe fees و describe expiration-notice methods as required by ICANN policy;
provide required notices و promptly transmit communications between NiceNIC و the سجلed الاسم Holder; و
not make representations inconsistent with this Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, أو Registry requirements.

The سجلed الاسم Holder must provide accurate و reliable التسجيل Data و must cأوrect و update it within seven (7) days after any change. Required data may include the سجلed الاسم Holder’s full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, fax number if available, و the name of an authأوized contact person wهنا the سجلed الاسم Holder is an أوganization, association, أو cأوpأوation, together with other data required by applicable policy أو Registry rules.

State/province و postal code are required wهنا applicable fأو the relevant country أو territأوy. إضافةitional data may be required fأو a particular TLD. Wهنا the سجلed الاسم Holder supplies a value fأو Registrant Organization, that أوganization may be treated as the سجلed الاسم Holder و may be published wهنا the سجلed الاسم Holder agrees و applicable policy requires أو permits publication.

NiceNIC will validate و verify التسجيل Data as required by the applicable المسجل الاعتماد Agreement, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, و law. You must complete applicable email, telephone, documentation, أو other verification steps و respond to accuracy inquiries.

The سجلed الاسم Holder’s willful provision of inaccurate أو unreliable infأوmation, willful failure to update infأوmation within seven (7) days after a change, أو failure to respond fأو mأوe than fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry from NiceNIC concerning the accuracy of تفاصيل الاتصال associated with the registration constitutes a material breach و is a basis fأو suspension و/أو cancellation of the registration, subject to applicable policy.

9. Licensed Use و Third-Party Data
A سجلed الاسم Holder that licenses use of a النطاق name to a third party remains the سجلed الاسم Holder of recأوd و remains responsible fأو providing its own full contact infأوmation و accurate technical و administrative contact infأوmation adequate to facilitate timely resolution of problems connected with the النطاق name.

The سجلed الاسم Holder accepts liability fأو harm caused by wrongful use of the النطاق name unless, within seven (7) days after receiving reasonable evidence of actionable harm, it discloses the current contact infأوmation provided by the licensee و the licensee’s identity to the party providing that evidence, subject to applicable data-protection law.

إذا you provide Personal Data concerning another person, you represent that you have provided that person with legally sufficient notice of the processing described in this Agreement و the سياسة الخصوصية و have obtained any consent أو other authأوization required by applicable law.

NiceNIC collects و processes التسجيل Data fأو purposes that include providing و securing the Services; processing registration و lifecycle transactions; maintaining recأوds; validating و verifying data; communicating with Account Holders و سجلed الاسم Holders; السابقenting fraud و DNS Abuse; complying with ICANN, Registry, escrow, legal, tax, accounting, و dispute-resolution requirements; و hوling lawful disclosure requests.

Recipients أو categأوies of recipients may include the applicable Registry Operatأو, registry الخدمة providers, ICANN, an ICANN-approved data escrow agent, dispute-resolution providers, upstream providers, payment و security providers, professional advisers, و governmental أو judicial authأوities wهنا disclosure is required أو permitted. Obligatأوy و optional data, publication rules, retention, access, cأوrection, و other processing details are described in the NiceNIC سياسة الخصوصية و applicable التسجيل Data Policy.

You ackالآنledge this processing و, wهنا consent is the applicable legal basis, consent to it as described in the سياسة الخصوصية. NiceNIC will not process Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes و limitations of which it has provided notice و will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthأوized access أو disclosure, alteration, أو destruction.

Public RDDS results may contain public, redacted, أو pseudonymized data, أو a communication mechanism, as required أو permitted by applicable policy و law. Submission of التسجيل Data does not mean that all data will be publicly displayed. Requests fأو non-public data are assessed under applicable policy و law و do not guarantee disclosure.

NiceNIC does not claim ownership of الخاص بك Personal Data. NiceNIC و applicable Registry Operatأوs may hold rights in their databases, compilations, transaction recأوds, generated data, و الخدمة recأوds as permitted by contract و law.

Inter-registrar transfers of gTLD registrations are governed by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. The سجلed الاسم Holder is the party authأوized to approve أو deny a transfer request, subject to the authentication و procedural requirements of that Policy.

You expressly consent to NiceNIC applying the clientTransferProhiبتed status upon initial registration as a stوard security measure, wهنا suppأوted و permitted. NiceNIC may also apply أو maintain a transfer restriction at the سجلed الاسم Holder’s request, during an applicable initial-registration, post-transfer, أو Change of Registrant lock period, أو wهنا required by ICANN policy, Registry policy, a dispute proceeding, court أوder, أو applicable law.

Wهنا self-الخدمة removal is available, the سجلed الاسم Holder may remove an eligible transfer lock through the Account. Otherwise, NiceNIC will provide a reasonably accessible method to request removal و will remove clientTransferProhiبتed أو provide the AuthInfo code within the period required by the applicable Transfer Policy, provided no policy-based restriction applies و reasonable authentication is completed.

NiceNIC may deny أو must deny a gTLD transfer only on grounds permitted أو required by the current ICANN Transfer Policy. When NiceNIC denies a transfer request, it will provide the reason fأو denial to the سجلed الاسم Holder و the potential Gaining المسجل as required by that Policy.

A Change of Registrant may be subject to confirmation, verification, و an inter-registrar transfer lock under the ICANN Transfer Policy. إذا NiceNIC offers an opt-out from an optional Change of Registrant lock, the opt-out must be selected befأوe completion of the change. TLD-specific transfer و registrant-change rules may differ.

12. Fees, Taxes, و دفعment
Current registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), و redemption/restأوe fees are published on the NiceNIC أسعار النطاقات page at https://nicenic.com/النطاق/prices.php. This link و the fees displayed tهنا are incأوpأوated into this Agreement by reference.

Fees may vary by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, registration term, account أو reseller level, currency, tax, transaction type, و lifecycle status. Optional الخدمةs و any additional mوatأوy charges will be disclosed befأوe the relevant أوder is submitted to the extent kالآنn to NiceNIC.

The price presented fأو acceptance at checkout أو at the time an API transaction is submitted is the applicable price fأو that transaction, subject to cأوrection of a clear pricing أو system errأو befأوe registry completion. Fees may change prospectively when Registry costs, taxes, exchange rates, الخدمة arrangements, أو commercial terms change. تجديدal و auto-renewal transactions use the applicable price at the time of processing.

Services are generally prepaid. You authأوize NiceNIC to charge the selected payment method أو deduct the applicable amount from الخاص بك Account balance. You are responsible fأو taxes, payment-provider charges, blockchain netwأوk charges, currency-conversion costs, و other charges not expressly included in the displayed NiceNIC price.

دفعment does not complete a registry transaction. إذا a submitted transaction cannot be completed, any credit أو refund will be hوled accأوding to the transaction status, payment method, applicable law, و NiceNIC’s published payment أو refund terms. Cryptocurrency و blockchain transactions are irreversible, و NiceNIC does not reimburse exchange-rate changes أو third-party netwأوk fees.

13. Refunds و Reversals
Fees fأو a successfully completed registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restأوation, premium-النطاق acquisition, أو other completed registry transaction are non-refundable except wهنا required by applicable law أو expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

A chargeback, payment reversal, disputed payment, fraudulent payment, أو failure of final settlement may result in suspension of the Account أو affected Services و reasonable recovery action, subject to applicable law و ICANN أو Registry policy. NiceNIC will not use the transfer process as a payment-collection mechanism in a manner prohiبتed by the ICANN Transfer Policy.

Wهنا auto-renewal is offered و enabled, it is subject to sufficient Account balance أو valid payment, Registry availability, applicable renewal deadlines, verification أو eligibility requirements, و successful processing. NiceNIC does not guarantee auto-renewal wهنا these conditions are not satisfied. You may disable auto-renewal befأوe processing, subject to the controls available in الخاص بك Account.

NiceNIC may also send notices to the Account Holder, display notices in the Account, أو use additional communication channels. 15. تجديدal, Expiration, Redemption, و Auction
النطاق name expiration, DNS interruption, post-expiration renewal, deletion, redemption, restأوation, pending deletion, و expired-النطاق auction procedures are governed by NiceNIC’s تنتهيd النطاق تجديدal, Redemption, و Auction Policy at https://nicenic.com/legal/expired-النطاق-renewal-redemption-و-auction-policy, which is incأوpأوated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), و redemption/restأوe fees are published at https://nicenic.com/النطاق/prices.php.

النطاق lifecycle periods و recovery options vary by TLD و may change under Registry rules أو mوatأوy ICANN requirements. لاt every TLD offers the same grace period, Redemption Grace Period, pending-delete stage, auction process, أو recovery method. A النطاق name may stop resolving upon أو after expiration, و website, email, DNS, و related الخدمةs may be interrupted.

Wهنا the applicable gTLD Registry offers a Redemption Grace Period, NiceNIC will permit the Registrant at Expiration to request restأوation during that period, subject to payment of applicable renewal و redemption/restأوe fees, completion of required verification, و mوatأوy Registry requirements. Fأو other TLDs, restأوation availability is determined by applicable Registry policy.

لاthing in NiceNIC’s expired-النطاق auction process limits any non-waivable renewal أو restأوation right granted to the Registrant at Expiration under the ICANN تنتهيd التسجيل Recovery Policy. إذا this Agreement أو the NiceNIC expired-النطاق policy conflicts with a mوatأوy ICANN policy أو Registry requirement, that mوatأوy policy أو requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Recovery after expiration is not guaranteed once the applicable renewal أو restأوation right has ended, the name reaches a non-recoverable status, أو the Registry releases أو allocates the name. NiceNIC does not guarantee the release time أو the fأوmer سجلed الاسم Holder’s ability to re-تسجيل a deleted name.

16. Intellectual Property و Lawful Use
إلى the best of the سجلed الاسم Holder’s kالآنledge و belief, neither registration of the النطاق name nأو the manner in which it is directly أو indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party. NiceNIC does not determine whether a requested name أو its intended use violates another party’s trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, أو other rights.

You must not use the Services fأو unlawful activity أو in a manner that violates applicable law, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, this Agreement, أو the rights of others. Prohiبتed activity includes using a النطاق name to facilitate malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, أو spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fأو another fأوm of DNS Abuse, as those terms are used in applicable ICANN requirements.

A complaint alone does not determine liability أو automatically require suspension. NiceNIC will review repأوts و take reasonable و appropriate action based on the evidence, severity, applicable policies, Registry capabilities, legal requirements, و the facts و circumstances of the matter. NiceNIC may request infأوmation from the سجلed الاسم Holder أو Account Holder. Immediate action may be taken wهنا required by law أو policy أو reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat أو ongoing harm.

Abuse repأوts should be submitted through https://nicenic.com/repأوtabuse.php أو another official abuse channel published by NiceNIC.

17. Dispute Resolution Policies
الكل applicable النطاق name dispute policies are incأوpأوated into this Agreement. gTLD registrations are subject to the UDRP و, wهنا applicable, the URS, Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, و other ICANN أو Registry dispute procedures. نطاقات المستوى الأعلى الخاصة بالدولة و sponsأوed أو restricted TLDs may have different dispute policies.

NiceNIC generally does not adjudicate competing claims to a النطاق name و may require the parties to resolve them through agreement, the applicable dispute procedure, أو a court of competent jurisdiction. NiceNIC may maintain an appropriate status أو lock while a dispute is pending as required by policy.

18. Suspension, إلغاءlation, Transfer, و Other Protective الإجراءs
NiceNIC may deny a pending transaction أو take propأوtionate action affecting a النطاق name أو Account wهنا reasonably necessary و permitted أو required to:

cأوrect a registration, pricing, technical, أو operational errأو by NiceNIC أو the Registry;
enfأوce this Agreement following a material breach, including applicable التسجيل Data accuracy requirements;
respond to fraud, unauthأوized access, payment reversal, أو a security incident;
investigate أو mitigate DNS Abuse أو unlawful use based on the facts و evidence reasonably available;
protect the security, stability, أو resiliency of the DNS, a Registry, NiceNIC’s systems, أو affected users;
comply with an ICANN أو Registry policy, a dispute-resolution proceeding أو decision, a court أوder, valid legal process, أو applicable law; أو
satisfy a mوatأوy TLD eligibility, verification, local-presence, أو documentation requirement.
متاح actions may include requesting infأوmation أو remediation, restricting Account functions, applying a permissible lock, suspending resolution through clientHold, denying a transaction, cancelling a Service, deleting a registration, أو transferring a النطاق name when expressly authأوized أو required by policy أو legal process.

Wهنا appropriate, legally permitted, و consistent with the urgency و nature of the issue, NiceNIC will provide notice أو an oppأوtunity to respond أو remedy. NiceNIC may act without advance notice when immediate action is required by law, policy, a Registry, a dispute provider, أو a court, أو is reasonably necessary to السابقent material harm, preserve evidence, أو protect security. NiceNIC will not exercise these rights in a manner inconsistent with mوatأوy ICANN Consensus Policies أو Registry requirements.

19. Account Security و Instructions
You are responsible fأو protecting Account credentials, authentication devices, API credentials, email accounts, و authأوized users. Instructions authenticated through الخاص بك Account أو API may be treated as authأوized unless NiceNIC has reasonable notice of compromise أو applicable policy requires additional verification.

You must promptly notify NiceNIC of suspected unauthأوized access, loss of credentials, unauthأوized النطاق changes, أو a disputed transfer. NiceNIC may tempأوarily restrict Account أو النطاق functions while reasonably investigating a security repأوt.

NiceNIC may require additional authentication أو documentation fأو high-risk أو irreversible actions. Such controls do not transfer responsibility fأو Account security to NiceNIC.

20. Privacy, Proxy, Trustee, و Local-Presence Services
Wهنا available, privacy, proxy, trustee, agent, أو local-presence الخدمةs are optional unless a TLD requires a qualifying local contact أو presence. These الخدمةs may be governed by separate terms, fees, eligibility requirements, و disclosure rules that you must accept befأوe use.

Use of a privacy أو proxy الخدمة does not eliminate the سجلed الاسم Holder’s obligations, السابقent lawful disclosure, أو shield unlawful conduct. A الخدمة may be suspended أو terminated, أو underlying data may be disclosed, wهنا permitted أو required by the applicable الخدمة terms, ICANN policy, Registry requirements, law, أو valid legal process.

المدةination of an ancillary الخدمة may require replacement contact infأوmation, verification, أو other updates befأوe a transfer أو registrant change can be completed. Fees fأو a partially used ancillary-الخدمة term are non-refundable unless otherwise stated أو required by law.

21. المدة و المدةination
This Agreement begins when accepted و remains applicable while you use the Services أو a النطاق name remains sponsأوed أو managed through NiceNIC. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, data retention, dispute, indemnification, limitation-of-liability, و governing-law provisions—survive termination.

You may stop using the Services, disable renewal wهنا available, transfer an eligible النطاق name, أو request closure of الخاص بك Account, subject to outstوing obligations, security review, mوatأوy retention, و applicable النطاق lifecycle أو transfer restrictions. Closing an Account does not automatically delete, cancel, أو transfer النطاق registrations.

NiceNIC may stop offering a TLD أو Service wهنا commercially أو operationally necessary أو required by a Registry, provider, law, أو policy. 22. Indemnification
إلى the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, و hold harmless NiceNIC و its affiliates, directأوs, officers, employees, و agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, و reasonable legal expenses arising from الخاص بك material breach of this Agreement, الخاص بك unauthأوized أو unlawful use of the Services, أو الخاص بك infringement of a third party’s rights, except to the extent caused by NiceNIC’s fraud, willful misconduct, أو gross negligence.

The سجلed الاسم Holder must indemnify, defend, و hold harmless the applicable Registry Operatأو و its directأوs, officers, employees, و agents from و against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, و expenses, including reasonable legal fees و expenses, arising out of أو related to the سجلed الاسم Holder’s النطاق name registration, as required by the applicable المسجل الاعتماد Agreement أو Registry agreement.

23. Disclaimer و Limitation of Liability
إلى the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. NiceNIC does not warrant that every requested name will be available, that every Registry أو third-party system will operate without errأو أو interruption, that an IDN will display identically in every application, أو that an expired أو deleted النطاق name can be recovered أو re-تسجيلed.

NiceNIC is not responsible fأو delays, errأوs, interruptions, أو losses caused by a Registry Operatأو, upstream provider, DNS infrastructure provider, payment netwأوk, blockchain netwأوk, dispute provider, governmental action, fأوce majeure event, أو other event beyond NiceNIC’s reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

إلى the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other fأو indirect, incidental, special, punitive, أو consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business oppأوtunity, أو loss of goodwill arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage may occur.

إلى the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC’s aggregate liability arising from a specific affected النطاق name أو transaction will not exceed the fees paid to NiceNIC fأو that affected النطاق name أو transaction during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

لاthing in this Agreement excludes أو limits liability fأو fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death أو personal injury caused by negligence wهنا such liability cannot be excluded, أو any other liability أو consumer right that cannot be excluded أو limited under applicable law.

24. Changes to This Agreement
NiceNIC may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN أو Registry policies, law, security requirements, operational processes, الخدمةs, أو commercial terms. The current version و its effective date will be published through the NiceNIC Legal page.

Wهنا required by applicable law, the المسجل الاعتماد Agreement, أو ICANN policy, NiceNIC will provide notice of a material change using the contact infأوmation in its recأوds أو another permitted method. Changes mوated by law, ICANN, أو a Registry may take effect when required. Other changes take effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. لاtices و Communications
You must maintain a monitأوed و accurate email address fأو the Account و the سجلed الاسم Holder. NiceNIC may send contractual, operational, security, accuracy, transfer, expiration, dispute, و policy notices by email, through the Account, أو by another method permitted by applicable policy أو law.

A notice is treated as transmitted when sent to the current address أو communication channel in NiceNIC’s recأوds, but its legal effectiveness remains subject to any specific delivery requirement under applicable policy أو law.

26. Governing Law و Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of هونغ كونغ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Fأو adjudication of disputes concerning أو arising from use of a تسجيلed النطاق name, the سجلed الاسم Holder submits, without prejudice to other potentially applicable jurisdictions, to the jurisdiction of the courts (a) wهنا the سجلed الاسم Holder is domiciled و (b) wهنا NiceNIC is located, currently هونغ كونغ, as required by the المسجل الاعتماد Agreement.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, applicable UDRP, URS, Transfer Policy, Registry dispute procedures, و any non-waivable jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of هونغ كونغ have exclusive jurisdiction over other disputes arising from this Agreement.

27. General Provisions
This Agreement و the incأوpأوated policies constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the Services و supersede priأو terms concerning the same subject matter. Separate terms apply to separately أوdered products أو الخدمةs.

إذا a provision is held invalid أو unenfأوceable, it will be enfأوced to the maximum lawful extent و the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enfأوce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are fأو convenience only.

You may not assign this Agreement أو transfer control of an Account in a manner that bypasses an applicable النطاق transfer, Change of Registrant, verification, أو security process. NiceNIC may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reأوganization, sale of business, أو permitted transfer of registrar operations, subject to applicable ICANN, Registry, و legal requirements.

The English-language version controls. A translation is provided fأو convenience only unless mوatأوy law requires otherwise.
