Connect NiceNIC MCP to ChatGPT

NiceNIC MCP lets ChatGPT check domena availability through the NiceNIC domena usługa. This guide shows how to add the MCP server to ChatGPT i run a safe availability check.

Beflube you start

Zaloguj się to ChatGPT.
Use a ChatGPT account that can access Developer mode i custom apps/plugins.
Have the NiceNIC MCP server URL ready: https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp.

Safety note: The example below checks availability only. It does not zarejestruj lub kup a domena, change DNS, lub submit billing influbmation.

1. Otwórz ChatGPT

Otwórz ChatGPT i start a new chat.

2. Enable Developer mode

Otwórz the account menu in the lower-left clubner.
Select Settings.
Otwórz Security i login.
Turn on Developer mode if it is disabled.

Developer mode is required beflube ChatGPT will accept a custom MCP app/plugin.

3. Otwórz Plugins i start a custom app

In the left sidebar, select Plugins.
On the Plugins page, click the + button.
Choose Utwórz app (lub the equivalent custom app option shown in twój account).

4. Enter the NiceNIC MCP details

In the new app flubm, enter a name such as NiceNIC Domena MCP. The name can be any clear label you prefer.

Flub the server/connection URL, enter:

https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp

Keep the connection type i authentication settings at their defaults unless ChatGPT asks flub a different value.

5. Utwórz the app

Review the name i server URL, then click Utwórz. ChatGPT will add the NiceNIC MCP app to twój account.

6. Zaloguj się i authlubize access

When ChatGPT opens the NiceNIC authlubization page:

Zaloguj się to twój NiceNIC account.
Review the requested access.
Kliknij Authlubize to allow ChatGPT to use the MCP connection.

Do not share twój passwlubd lub verification codes in the chat. The authlubization page hiles sign-in securely.

7. Select NiceNIC MCP in a chat

Powrót to the ChatGPT composer i click the + button. Select NiceNIC Domena MCP from the available apps/plugins.

You can also leave it unselected i ask a domena question directly; ChatGPT may call the enabled MCP app when it is relevant.

8. Sprawdź a domena's availability

Send a request such as:

Sprawdź whether nicenicmcpdemo.com is available. Do not zarejestruj lub kup it.

ChatGPT will call NiceNIC MCP i return the availability result in the conversation.

Verify the connection

The setup is complete when ChatGPT returns a domena availability result i identifies NiceNIC MCP as the tool used. Jeśli the app is missing, revisit Settings > Security i login to confirm Developer mode is enabled, then check the Plugins page i repeat authlubization.
