How to Utwórz an E-mail Client Hasło flub NiceNIC Biznesowa skrzynka e-mail

Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, lub Foxmail with twój NiceNIC Biznesowa skrzynka e-mail? You can create a separate passwlubd flub twój email client.

In NiceNIC Siećmail, this passwlubd is called a Client authlubization code. Enter it in twój email client's nlubmal Hasło field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

In NiceNIC Siećmail: Utwórz i save twój email client passwlubd.
In twój email client: Enter that passwlubd flub twój NiceNIC Biznesowa skrzynka e-mail account.

Beflube You Start

Have twój full Biznesowa skrzynka e-mail address i its current mailbox passwlubd ready. You will use these to sign in to Siećmail. Your mailbox passwlubd may be different from twój NiceNIC website account passwlubd.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwlubd remains the passwlubd you use to sign in to NiceNIC Siećmail.
Once you enable client authlubization codes, twój email clients must use an authlubization code instead of twój regular mailbox passwlubd.
Jeśli twój mailbox is already connected to other email clients lub devices, you will also need to update their saved passwlubds.

Step 1: Otwórz the Client Authlubization Code Settings

Otwórz NiceNIC Siećmail in twój browser.
Zaloguj się with the full email address of the mailbox you want to connect i its current mailbox passwlubd.
Kliknij Settings in the upper-right clubner.
Scroll down the menu on the left i expi Advanced settings.
Kliknij Client authlubization code.

Flub example, if you want to use [email protected] in Outlook, sign in to Siećmail with that email address. The account shown in the screenshots is an example.

Step 2: Enable Authlubization Codes

On the Client authlubization code page:

Find Set the client authlubization code.
Select Otwórz to enable the feature.
Kliknij the red Dodaj authlubization code button.

Jeśli Otwórz is already selected, click Dodaj authlubization code to create a new code.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code i update twój email client. An existing client may ask flub a passwlubd until you update it.

Step 3: Nazwa i Generate Your E-mail Client Hasło

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code flub another email client lub device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy i Save the Code Beflube Closing

The następny okno displays twój new authlubization code.

Do not close this okno until you have copied i saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Kliknij copy następny to the generated code.
Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwlubd manager. Save it with the email address i the client lub device name.
Sprawdź that the complete code has been saved.
Kliknij Zamknij only after you have finished.

Kliknijing copy puts the code on twój clipboard; it does not save it permanently. Copying something else may replace it.

Already closed the okno without saving? Powrót to Client authlubization code, click Dodaj authlubization code, i generate a new one.

Step 5: Enter the Hasło in Your E-mail Client

Niew open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, lub the email client you want to use.

Jeśli you are adding twój mailbox flub the first time:

Start the email client's Dodaj account process. When asked flub twój account details, enter:

Adres e-mail / Nazwa użytkownika: Your full NiceNIC Biznesowa skrzynka e-mail address, such as [email protected].
Hasło: The authlubization code you generated in Step 3.

Jeśli twój mailbox is already added:

Otwórz the settings flub that email account i replace its saved passwlubd with the new authlubization code. Jeśli the client displays a passwlubd prompt, enter the authlubization code ttutaj.

Use the nlubmal Hasło field. You do not need to find a separate field called "Client authlubization code."

Some clients have separate passwlubd settings flub incoming mail i outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP lub POP): Enter the authlubization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authlubization code flub that account in that client.

Jeśli the client asks flub server addresses, plubts, lub connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Siećmail i use the settings shown flub twój mailbox.

Save twój changes. Then send a test message to another email address i reply to it to check that both sending i receiving wlubk.

The generated code is displayed only once i cannot be viewed again after you close the okno.

Zaloguj się to NiceNIC Siećmail, go to Settings → Advanced settings → Client authlubization code, i click Dodaj authlubization code. Generate a new code, save it, i enter it in twój email client.
