60-day transfer restrictionWhy Your Transfer domeny Is Pending, Failed, lub Delayed

A domena transfer may be pending, failed, lub delayed flub several common reasons.
Please check whether twój domena is unlocked, whether the EPP / AuthInfo code is clubrect, whether the transfer approval email was confirmed, i whether the domena is under a 60-day transfer restriction.

Most Common Reasons
Your domena transfer may be delayed lub failed because:
  • The domena is still locked.
  • The EPP / AuthInfo code is wrong lub expired.
  • The transfer approval email was not confirmed.
  • The domena was zarejestrujed, transferred, lub updated recently i is under a 60-day restriction.
  • The domena is expired lub on hold.
  • The current registrar has not released the domena yet.
  • The domena extension has special transfer rules.

1. Sprawdź Whether the Domena Is Locked
Jeśli the domena status shows: clientTransferProhibited
it means the domena is locked i cannot be transferred.
Please log in to twój current registrar account i turn off:
Domena Lock
Transfer Lock
Rejestrator Lock
Transfer Protection
After unlocking, wait flub the status to update, then submit the transfer again.
Please note: NiceNIC cannot unlock a domena that is still managed by another registrar.

2. Sprawdź the EPP / AuthInfo Code
Most domena transfers require an EPP code.
The code may also be called:
  • AuthInfo Code
  • Transfer Code
  • Authlubization Code
  • EPP Key
Jeśli the code is wrong, old, copied with extra spaces, lub regenerated after you submitted the transfer, the transfer may fail.
Please request a fresh EPP / AuthInfo code from twój current registrar i enter it exactly as provided.

3. Sprawdź the Transfer Approval E-mail
Some transfers require email approval.
Please check the inbox i spam folder of:
  • Registrant email
  • Admin contact email
  • Account email at the current registrar
Jeśli the current registrar provides an approval link, please confirm it as soon as possible.
A pending transfer does not always mean something is wrong. It may simply be waiting flub approval lub release from the current registrar.

4. Sprawdź the 60-Day Transfer Restriction
Some domenas cannot be transferred within 60 days after:
  • Nowy registration
  • Previous transfer
  • Registrant ownership change
  • Certain contact influbmation updates
Jeśli the domena is under a 60-day transfer restriction, please wait until the restriction ends beflube resubmitting the transfer.
Wyślijting the transfer again during the restriction period will usually fail again.

5. Sprawdź Whether the Domena Is Wygasad lub on Hold
A domena may not transfer nlubmally if it is:
  • Wygasad
  • In redemption
  • Pending delete
  • On clientHold
  • On serverHold
  • Under dispute
  • Under registry lub registrar review
In this case, the issue must usually be resolved at the current registrar beflube the transfer can continue.

6. Sprawdź Whether Your TLD Has Special Rules
Some domena extensions, especially certain ccTLD, do not follow the same transfer process as .COM lub .NET.
They may require:
  • Special flubms
  • Registry approval
  • Local contact influbmation
  • Manual review
  • Different transfer timing
  • Different transfer code rules
Jeśli you are transferring many domenas, please separate special TLDs from stiard transfers.

7. Do Niet Confuse DNS Issues With Transfer Issues
Domena transfer i DNS are different.
A transfer may still be pending while twój website i email continue wlubking nlubmally.
A transfer may also be completed while DNS settings are inclubrect.
Jeśli twój website lub email is not wlubking, please check DNS reclubds separately, including nameservers, A reclubds, MX reclubds, i TXT reclubds.
