Connect NiceNIC MCP to ChatGPT

NiceNIC MCP lets ChatGPT check doména availability through the NiceNIC doména služba. This guide shows how to add the MCP server to ChatGPT a run a safe availability check.

Befneboe you start

Přihlásit se to ChatGPT.
Use a ChatGPT account that can access Developer mode a custom apps/plugins.
Have the NiceNIC MCP server URL ready: https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp.

Safety note: The example below checks availability only. It does not zaregistrovat nebo koupit a doména, change DNS, nebo submit billing infnebomation.

1. Otevřít ChatGPT

Otevřít ChatGPT a start a new chat.

2. Enable Developer mode

Otevřít the account menu in the lower-left cneboner.
Select Settings.
Otevřít Security a login.
Turn on Developer mode if it is disabled.

Developer mode is required befneboe ChatGPT will accept a custom MCP app/plugin.

3. Otevřít Plugins a start a custom app

In the left sidebar, select Plugins.
On the Plugins page, click the + button.

4. Enter the NiceNIC MCP details

In the new app fnebom, enter a name such as NiceNIC Doména MCP. The name can be any clear label you prefer.
