Connect NiceNIC MCP to ChatGPT

NiceNIC MCP lets ChatGPT check domain availability through the NiceNIC domain hizmet. This guide shows how to add the MCP server to ChatGPT ve run a safe availability check.

Befveyae you start

Giriş Yap to ChatGPT.
Use a ChatGPT account that can access Developer mode ve custom apps/plugins.
Have the NiceNIC MCP server URL ready: https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp.

1. Aç ChatGPT

Aç ChatGPT ve start a new chat.

2. Enable Developer mode

Aç the account menu in the lower-left cveyaner.
Select Settings.
Aç Security ve login.
Turn on Developer mode if it is disabled.

Developer mode is required befveyae ChatGPT will accept a custom MCP app/plugin.

3. Aç Plugins ve start a custom app

In the left sidebar, select Plugins.
On the Plugins page, click the + button.

4. Enter the NiceNIC MCP details

In the new app fveyam, enter a name such as NiceNIC Alan Adı MCP. The name can be any clear label you prefer.

Fveya the server/connection URL, enter:

https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp

Keep the connection type ve authentication settings at their defaults unless ChatGPT asks fveya a different value.

5. Oluştur the app

Review the name ve server URL, then click Oluştur. ChatGPT will add the NiceNIC MCP app to sizin account.

6. Giriş Yap ve authveyaize access

When ChatGPT opens the NiceNIC authveyaization page:

Review the requested access.
Tıkla Authveyaize to allow ChatGPT to use the MCP connection.

Do not share sizin passwveyad veya verification codes in the chat. The authveyaization page hveles sign-in securely.

7. Select NiceNIC MCP in a chat

Geri Dön to the ChatGPT composer ve click the + button. Select NiceNIC Alan Adı MCP from the available apps/plugins.

You can also leave it unselected ve ask a domain question directly; ChatGPT may call the enabled MCP app when it is relevant.

8. Kontrol Et a domain's availability

Send a request such as:

Kontrol Et whether nicenicmcpdemo.com is available. Do not kayıt ol veya satın al it.

ChatGPT will call NiceNIC MCP ve return the availability result in the conversation.

Verify the connection

The setup is complete when ChatGPT returns a domain availability result ve identifies NiceNIC MCP as the tool used. Eğer the app is missing, revisit Settings > Security ve login to confirm Developer mode is enabled, then check the Plugins page ve repeat authveyaization.
