How to Oluştur an E-posta Client Şifre fveya NiceNIC İş E-postası

Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, veya Foxmail with sizin NiceNIC İş E-postası? You can create a separate passwveyad fveya sizin email client.

In NiceNIC Webmail, this passwveyad is called a Client authveyaization code. Enter it in sizin email client's nveyamal Şifre field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

Befveyae You Start

Have sizin full İş E-postası address ve its current mailbox passwveyad ready. You will use these to sign in to Webmail. Your mailbox passwveyad may be different from sizin NiceNIC website account passwveyad.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwveyad remains the passwveyad you use to sign in to NiceNIC Webmail.
Once you enable client authveyaization codes, sizin email clients must use an authveyaization code instead of sizin regular mailbox passwveyad.
Eğer sizin mailbox is already connected to other email clients veya devices, you will also need to update their saved passwveyads.

Impveyatant: The generated code is displayed only once. Copy ve save it befveyae closing the pencere. Eğer you close the pencere without saving it, you will need to generate a new code.

Step 1: Aç the Client Authveyaization Code Settings

Aç NiceNIC Webmail in sizin browser.
Giriş Yap with the full email address of the mailbox you want to connect ve its current mailbox passwveyad.
Tıkla Settings in the upper-right cveyaner.
Scroll down the menu on the left ve expve Advanced settings.
Tıkla Client authveyaization code.

Fveya example, if you want to use [email protected] in Outlook, sign in to Webmail with that email address. The account shown in the screenshots is an example.

Step 2: Enable Authveyaization Codes

On the Client authveyaization code page:

Find Set the client authveyaization code.
Select Aç to enable the feature.
Tıkla the red Ekle authveyaization code button.

Eğer Aç is already selected, click Ekle authveyaization code to create a new code.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code ve update sizin email client. An existing client may ask fveya a passwveyad until you update it.

Step 3: Ad ve Generate Your E-posta Client Şifre

An Ekle authveyaization code pencere will appear.

In Purpose, enter a name that helps you recognize wburaya you will use the code. Örneks include Outlook Laptop, Apple Mail iPhone, veya Foxmail Desktop.
Leave Rveomly generate authveyaization code (recommended) selected.
Tıkla Evet to generate the code.

The Purpose field is only a label fveya sizin reference. It is not the passwveyad you will enter in sizin email client.

The pencere also offers Customize authveyaization code. Fveya this guide, use the recommended rveom generation option.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fveya another email client veya device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy ve Save the Code Befveyae Closing

The sonraki pencere displays sizin new authveyaization code.

Do not close this pencere until you have copied ve saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Tıkla copy sonraki to the generated code.
Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwveyad manager. Save it with the email address ve the client veya device name.
Kontrol Et that the complete code has been saved.
Tıkla Kapat only after you have finished.

Tıklaing copy puts the code on sizin clipboard; it does not save it permanently. Copying something else may replace it.

Already closed the pencere without saving? Geri Dön to Client authveyaization code, click Ekle authveyaization code, ve generate a new one.

Step 5: Enter the Şifre in Your E-posta Client

Hayırw open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, veya the email client you want to use.

Eğer you are adding sizin mailbox fveya the first time:

Start the email client's Ekle account process. When asked fveya sizin account details, enter:

E-posta adresi / Kullanıcı adı: Your full NiceNIC İş E-postası address, such as [email protected].
Şifre: The authveyaization code you generated in Step 3.

Eğer sizin mailbox is already added:

Aç the settings fveya that email account ve replace its saved passwveyad with the new authveyaization code. Eğer the client displays a passwveyad prompt, enter the authveyaization code tburaya.

Use the nveyamal Şifre field. You do not need to find a separate field called "Client authveyaization code."

Some clients have separate passwveyad settings fveya incoming mail ve outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP veya POP): Enter the authveyaization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authveyaization code fveya that account in that client.

Eğer the client asks fveya server addresses, pveyats, veya connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Webmail ve use the settings shown fveya sizin mailbox.

Save sizin changes. Then send a test message to another email address ve reply to it to check that both sending ve receiving wveyak.

The generated code is displayed only once ve cannot be viewed again after you close the pencere.
