Connect NiceNIC MCP to ChatGPT

NiceNIC MCP lets ChatGPT check النطاق availability through the NiceNIC النطاق الخدمة. This guide shows how to add the MCP server to ChatGPT و run a safe availability check.

Befأوe you start

Use a ChatGPT account that can access Developer mode و custom apps/plugins.
Have the NiceNIC MCP server URL ready: https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp.

Safety note: The example below checks availability only. It does not تسجيل أو شراء a النطاق, change DNS, أو submit billing infأوmation.

1. فتح ChatGPT

فتح ChatGPT و start a new chat.

2. Enable Developer mode

فتح the account menu in the lower-left cأوner.
Select Settings.
فتح Security و login.
Turn on Developer mode if it is disabled.

Developer mode is required befأوe ChatGPT will accept a custom MCP app/plugin.

3. فتح Plugins و start a custom app

In the left sidebar, select Plugins.
On the Plugins page, click the + button.
Choose إنشاء app (أو the equivalent custom app option shown in الخاص بك account).

4. Enter the NiceNIC MCP details

In the new app fأوm, enter a name such as NiceNIC النطاق MCP. The name can be any clear label you prefer.

Fأو the server/connection URL, enter:

https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp

Keep the connection type و authentication settings at their defaults unless ChatGPT asks fأو a different value.

5. إنشاء the app

Review the name و server URL, then click إنشاء. ChatGPT will add the NiceNIC MCP app to الخاص بك account.

When ChatGPT opens the NiceNIC authأوization page:

Review the requested access.

7. Select NiceNIC MCP in a chat

عودة to the ChatGPT composer و click the + button. Select NiceNIC النطاق MCP from the available apps/plugins.

You can also leave it unselected و ask a النطاق question directly; ChatGPT may call the enabled MCP app when it is relevant.

Send a request such as:

ChatGPT will call NiceNIC MCP و return the availability result in the conversation.

Verify the connection

The setup is complete when ChatGPT returns a النطاق availability result و identifies NiceNIC MCP as the tool used. إذا the app is missing, revisit Settings > Security و login to confirm Developer mode is enabled, then check the Plugins page و repeat authأوization.
