How to Krijo an Email Client Fjalëkalimi fose NiceNIC Email Biznesi

Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, ose Foxmail with tënd NiceNIC Email Biznesi? You can create a separate passwosed fose tënd email client.

In NiceNIC Internetmail, this passwosed is called a Client authoseization code. Enter it in tënd email client's nosemal Fjalëkalimi field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

In NiceNIC Internetmail: Krijo dhe save tënd email client passwosed.
In tënd email client: Enter that passwosed fose tënd NiceNIC Email Biznesi account.

Befosee You Start

Have tënd full Email Biznesi address dhe its current mailbox passwosed ready. You will use these to sign in to Internetmail. Your mailbox passwosed may be different from tënd NiceNIC website account passwosed.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwosed remains the passwosed you use to sign in to NiceNIC Internetmail.
Once you enable client authoseization codes, tënd email clients must use an authoseization code instead of tënd regular mailbox passwosed.
Nëse tënd mailbox is already connected to other email clients ose devices, you will also need to update their saved passwoseds.

Imposetant: The generated code is displayed only once. Copy dhe save it befosee closing the dritare. Nëse you close the dritare without saving it, you will need to generate a new code.

Step 1: Hapur the Client Authoseization Code Settings

Hapur NiceNIC Internetmail in tënd browser.
Hyr with the full email address of the mailbox you want to connect dhe its current mailbox passwosed.

Step 2: Enable Authoseization Codes

On the Client authoseization code page:

Find Set the client authoseization code.

Nëse Hapur is already selected, click Shto authoseization code to create a new code.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code dhe update tënd email client. An existing client may ask fose a passwosed until you update it.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fose another email client ose device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy dhe Save the Code Befosee Closing

Do not close this dritare until you have copied dhe saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwosed manager. Save it with the email address dhe the client ose device name.

Klikoing copy puts the code on tënd clipboard; it does not save it permanently. Copying something else may replace it.

Already closed the dritare without saving? Kthehu to Client authoseization code, click Shto authoseization code, dhe generate a new one.

Step 5: Enter the Fjalëkalimi in Your Email Client

Jow open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, ose the email client you want to use.

Nëse you are adding tënd mailbox fose the first time:

Start the email client's Shto account process. When asked fose tënd account details, enter:

Fjalëkalimi: The authoseization code you generated in Step 3.

Nëse tënd mailbox is already added:

Use the nosemal Fjalëkalimi field. You do not need to find a separate field called "Client authoseization code."

Some clients have separate passwosed settings fose incoming mail dhe outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP ose POP): Enter the authoseization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authoseization code fose that account in that client.

Nëse the client asks fose server addresses, posets, ose connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Internetmail dhe use the settings shown fose tënd mailbox.

Save tënd changes. Then send a test message to another email address dhe reply to it to check that both sending dhe receiving wosek.

The generated code is displayed only once dhe cannot be viewed again after you close the dritare.
