Connect NiceNIC MCP to ChatGPT

NiceNIC MCP lets ChatGPT check domena availability through the NiceNIC domena storitev. This guide shows how to add the MCP server to ChatGPT in run a safe availability check.

Befalie you start

Prijava to ChatGPT.
Use a ChatGPT account that can access Developer mode in custom apps/plugins.
Have the NiceNIC MCP server URL ready: https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp.

1. Odprto ChatGPT

Odprto ChatGPT in start a new chat.

2. Enable Developer mode

Odprto the account menu in the lower-left caliner.
Select Settings.
Odprto Security in login.
Turn on Developer mode if it is disabled.

Developer mode is required befalie ChatGPT will accept a custom MCP app/plugin.

3. Odprto Plugins in start a custom app

In the left sidebar, select Plugins.
On the Plugins page, click the + button.

4. Enter the NiceNIC MCP details

In the new app falim, enter a name such as NiceNIC Domena MCP. The name can be any clear label you prefer.

5. Ustvari the app

Review the name in server URL, then click Ustvari. ChatGPT will add the NiceNIC MCP app to vašega account.
