Connect NiceNIC MCP to ChatGPT

NiceNIC MCP lets ChatGPT check โดเมน availability through the NiceNIC โดเมน บริการ. This guide shows how to add the MCP server to ChatGPT และ run a safe availability check.

Befหรือe you start

Use a ChatGPT account that can access Developer mode และ custom apps/plugins.
Have the NiceNIC MCP server URL ready: https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp.

Safety note: The example below checks availability only. It does not จดทะเบียน หรือ ซื้อ a โดเมน, change DNS, หรือ submit billing infหรือmation.

1. เปิด ChatGPT

เปิด ChatGPT และ start a new chat.

2. Enable Developer mode

เปิด the account menu in the lower-left cหรือner.
Select Settings.

Turn on Developer mode if it is disabled.

Developer mode is required befหรือe ChatGPT will accept a custom MCP app/plugin.

3. เปิด Plugins และ start a custom app

In the left sidebar, select Plugins.
On the Plugins page, click the + button.

4. Enter the NiceNIC MCP details

In the new app fหรือm, enter a name such as NiceNIC โดเมน MCP. The name can be any clear label you prefer.

https://mcp.nicenic.com/mcp

Keep the connection type และ authentication settings at their defaults unless ChatGPT asks fหรือ a different value.

Review the name และ server URL, then click สร้าง. ChatGPT will add the NiceNIC MCP app to ของคุณ account.

When ChatGPT opens the NiceNIC authหรือization page:

7. Select NiceNIC MCP in a chat

You can also leave it unselected และ ask a โดเมน question directly; ChatGPT may call the enabled MCP app when it is relevant.

Send a request such as:

ChatGPT will call NiceNIC MCP และ return the availability result in the conversation.

Verify the connection

The setup is complete when ChatGPT returns a โดเมน availability result และ identifies NiceNIC MCP as the tool used. หาก the app is missing, revisit Settings > Security และ login to confirm Developer mode is enabled, then check the Plugins page และ repeat authหรือization.
