2.SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME. 6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level tên miền name, you agree to the following terms:

You ackngayledge that Afilias, the registry operathoặc fhoặc .INFO, will have no liability of any kind fhoặc any loss hoặc liability resulting from the proceedings và processes relating to the Sunrise Period hoặc the Lvà Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability hoặc inability of a registrant to obtain a given tên miền name during these periods, và (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise Đăng ký.

B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level tên miền name, you agree to the following terms:

(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.

(3.2) Inaccurate hoặc Unreliable Data. 12. ICANN POLICY. 13. AGENTS. 14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You authhoặcize us to notify you as our customer of infhoặcmation that we deem is of potential interest to you. Because some states do not allow the exclusion hoặc limitation of liability fhoặc consequential hoặc incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. 16. INDEMNITY.
