1.DEFINITIONS. In this Service Agreement (“Agreement”), “you” এবং “আপনার” refer to each customer (“Customer”) এবং “we”, “us” এবং “our” refer to Nicenic.com, Inc. (“Nicenic.com, Inc.”). 2.SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME. 3. FEES, PAYMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. 5. ACCURATE INFঅথবাMATION. 6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. 7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 9. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befঅথবাe it becomes effective. 10. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level ডোমেইন name, you agree to the following terms:

You ackএখনledge that Afilias, the registry operatঅথবা fঅথবা .INFO, will have no liability of any kind fঅথবা any loss অথবা liability resulting from the proceedings এবং processes relating to the Sunrise Period অথবা the Lএবং Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability অথবা inability of a registrant to obtain a given ডোমেইন name during these periods, এবং (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise নিবন্ধন.

Nicenic.com, Inc. এবং Afilias also reserve the right to lock a ডোমেইন name during resolution of a dispute.
B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level ডোমেইন name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). BIZ RESTRICTIONS. নিবন্ধনs in the .biz TLD must be used অথবা intended to be used primarily fঅথবা bona fide business অথবা commercial purposes. Fঅথবা purposes of the .biz নিবন্ধন Restrictions ("Restrictions"), "bona fide business অথবা commercial use" shall mean the bona fide use অথবা bona fide intent to use the ডোমেইন name অথবা any content, software, materials, graphics অথবা other infঅথবাmation tএখানেon, to permit Internet users to access one অথবা mঅথবাe host computers through the DNS:

(b) You have the authঅথবাity to enter into this Agreement; এবং

(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.

(3.2) Inaccurate অথবা Unreliable Data. The STOP sets fঅথবাth the terms এবং conditions in connection with a dispute between a registrant of a ডোমেইন name ("Registrant") with any third party (other than Registry Operatঅথবা অথবা রেজিস্ট্রার) over the registration অথবা use of a ডোমেইন name নিবন্ধন করুনed by Registrant that is subject to the Intellectual Property Claim Service. 12. ICANN POLICY. You agree that আপনার registration of the SLD name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, অথবা transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, অথবা pursuant to any registrar অথবা registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to cঅথবাrect mistakes by রেজিস্ট্রার অথবা the Registry in নিবন্ধন করুনing the name অথবা (2) fঅথবা the resolution of disputes concerning the SLD name.
13. AGENTS. 14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 16. INDEMNITY.

31. ENTIRETY.
