Pendaftar-Registrant Agreement

1.DEFINITIONS. In this Service Agreement (“Agreement”), “you” dan “anda” refer to each customer (“Customer”) dan “we”, “us” dan “our” refer to Nicenic.com, Inc. (“Nicenic.com, Inc.”). Perkhidmatan(s) you have agreed to establish an account with us fatau such Perkhidmatans. When you use anda account atau permit someone else to use anda account to beli atau otherwise acquire access to additional Nicenic.com, Inc.'s Perkhidmatan(s) atau to modify atau cancel anda Nicenic.com, Inc.’s Perkhidmatan(s) (even if we were not notified of such authatauization), this Agreement covers any such Perkhidmatan atau actions.

2.SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME. You represent that, to the best of anda ksekarangledge dan belief, neither the registration of the SLD name natau the manner in which it is directly atau indirectly used infringes the legal rights of a third party dan that the Nama Domain is not being daftared fatau any unlawful purpose.

3. FEES, PAYMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. As consideration fatau the Perkhidmatans you have selected, you agree to pay Nicenic.com, Inc. the applicable Perkhidmatan(s) fees set fatauth on our web site at the time of anda selection. Semua fees are due immediately dan are non-refundable. Nicenic.com, Inc. may take all remedies available to collect fees owed. Any renewal of anda Perkhidmatans with us is subject to our then current terms dan conditions dan payment of all applicable Perkhidmatan fees at the time of renewal dan in the case of domain name re-registration, the domain name registry’s acceptance of our domain name registration. You agree that you may not transfer anda domain name registration to another domain name registrar during the first sixty (60) days from the effective date of anda initial domain name registration with us.

4.TERM. You agree that the Pendaftaran Agreement will remain in full fatauce during the length of the term of anda Pendaftaran Nama Domain. Should you choose to renew atau otherwise lengthen the term of anda Pendaftaran Nama Domain, then the term of this Pendaftaran Agreement will be extended accataudingly. This Agreement will remain in full fatauce during the length of the term of anda Pendaftaran Nama Domain as selected, recatauded, dan paid fatau upon registration of the Nama Domain. Should you choose to renew atau otherwise lengthen the term of anda Pendaftaran Nama Domain, then the term of this Pendaftaran Agreement will be extended accataudingly. Should you transfer anda domain name atau should the domain name otherwise be transferred due to another Pendaftar, the terms dan conditions of this contract shall cease dan shall be replaced by the contractual terms in fatauce fatau the purpose of daftaring domain names then in fatauce between SLD holders dan the new Pendaftar.

5. ACCURATE INFATAUMATION. As further consideration fatau the Nicenic.com, Inc. Perkhidmatan(s), you agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete dan accurate infataumation about you as required by the application process; dan (2) maintain dan update this infataumation as needed to keep it current, complete dan accurate. We rely on this infataumation to send you impatautant infataumation dan notices regarding anda account dan our Perkhidmatans. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our privacy statement. We will post such revised statement on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befataue it becomes effective. You agree that, by using our Perkhidmatans after modifications to the privacy statement become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You acksekarangledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate anda Agreement with us. We will not process the personal date that we collect from you in a way incompatible with the purposes dan other limitations described in our privacy statement dan we will take reasonable precautions to protect anda personal date from loss, misuse dan unauthatauized access, disclosure, alteration atau destruction. You represent dan warrant that you have provided notice to, dan obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data you supply to us as part of our Perkhidmatans with regard to: (i) the purposes fatau which such third party’s personal data has been collected, (ii) the intended recipients atau categatauies of recipients of the third party’s personal data, (iii) which parts of the third party’s data are obligatatauy dan which parts, if any, are voluntary: dan (iv) how the third party can access dan, if necessary, rectify the data held about them. You further agree to provide such notice dan obtain such consent with regard to any third party personal data you supply to us in the future. We are not responsible fatau any consequences resulting from anda failure to provide notice atau receive consent from such individuals natau fatau anda providing outdated, incomplete atau inaccurate infataumation. Even if you intend to license the use of our domain name registration Perkhidmatans to a third party, you will remain our customer dan you are responsible fatau complying with all terms dan conditions of this Agreement. Subject to the requirements of our privacy statement, in atauder fatau us to comply with our legal dan contractual obligations, you di siniby grant to Nicenic.com, Inc. the right to disclose to third parties through an interactive publicly accessible registration database the following mdanatatauy infataumation that you are required to provide when daftaring atau reserving a domain name: (i) the domain name(s) daftared by you; (ii) anda name dan postal address; (iii) the name(s), postal address(es), e-mail address(es), voice telephone number dan wdi sini available the fax number(s) of the technical dan administrative contacts fatau anda domain name(s); (iv) the Internet protocol numbers of the primary nameserver dan the secondary nameserver(s) fatau such name(s); (v) the catauresponding names of those nameservers; (vi) the atauiginal creation date of the registration; dan (vii) the expiration date of the registration. We, as are all accredited domain name registrars, are also required the government to make this infataumation available in bulk fataum to third parties who agree not to use it to (a) allow, enable atau otherwise suppataut the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising atau solicitations via e-mail (spam) atau (b) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to our systems to daftar domain names.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you agree, during the term of this Agreement, that we may: (1) revise the terms dan conditions of this Agreement; dan/atau (2) change part of the Perkhidmatans provided under this Agreement at any time. Any such revision atau change will be binding dan effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement atau change to the Perkhidmatan(s) on Nicenic.com, Inc.’s web sites, atau upon notification to you by e-mail atau China mail. You agree to periodically review our web sites, including the current version of this Agreement available on our web sites, to be aware of any such revisions. Any fees paid by you if you terminate anda Agreement with us are non-refundable, but you will not incur dan additional fees. By continuing to use Nicenic.com, Inc.’s Perkhidmatans after any revision to this Agreement atau change in Perkhidmatan(s), you agree to abide by dan be bound by any such revisions atau changes. We are not bound by natau should you rely on any representation by (i) any agent, representative atau employee of any third party that you may use to apply fatau our Perkhidmatans: atau in (ii) infataumation posted on our web site of a general infataumational nature. Tidak employee, contractatau, agent atau representative of Nicenic.com, Inc. is authatauized to alter atau amend the terms dan conditions of this Agreement.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. In atauder to change any of anda account infataumation with us, you must use the Account Number dan the Kata laluan that you selected if you opened anda account with us through our online application process, atau the security authentication option that you selected if you opened anda account with us through our e-mail application process. 8. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. 9. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befataue it becomes effective. You agree by maintaining the reservation atau registration of anda domain name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You acksekarangledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate anda Agreement with us.

10. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. You agree that, if anda use of our domain name registration Perkhidmatans is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in our dispute policy in effect at the time of the dispute. You agree that in the event a domain name dispute arises with any third party, you will indemnify dan hold us harmless pursuant to the terms dan conditions set fatauth below in this Agreement. Jika we are notified that a complaint has been filed with a judicial atau administrative body regarding anda use of our domain name registration Perkhidmatans, you agree not to make any changes to anda domain name recataud without our priatau approval. We may not allow you to make changes to such domain name recataud until (i) we are directed to do so by the judicial atau administrative body, atau (ii) we receive notification by you dan the other party contesting anda registration dan use of our domain name registration Perkhidmatans that the dispute has been settled. Furthermataue, you agree that if you are subject to litigation regarding anda registration dan use of our domain name registration Perkhidmatans, we may deposit control of anda domain name recataud into the registry of the judicial body by supplying a party with a registrar certificate from us.

11. Tambahitional Registry Requirements The following provisions apply to any domain names that you daftar through Nicenic.com, Inc. in the relevant registry(ies).
A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level domain name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, dan other processing of anda Personal Data by Afilias, the .INFO Registry Operatatau, dan its designees dan agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract.
(2). You agree to submit to proceedings under ICANN's Unifataum Nama Domain Dispute Policy (UDRP) dan comply with the requirements set fatauth by Afilias fatau domain names daftared during the Sunrise Period, including the mdanatatauy Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy. These policies are subject to modification by Afilias in its discretion.
(3). You agree to immediately cataurect dan update the registration infataumation fatau the .INFO daftared domain name during registration term fatau such domain name; failure to cataurect this infataumation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
(4) . You acksekarangledge that Afilias, the registry operatatau fatau .INFO, will have no liability of any kind fatau any loss atau liability resulting from the proceedings dan processes relating to the Sunrise Period atau the Ldan Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability atau inability of a registrant to obtain a given domain name during these periods, dan (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise Pendaftaran.
(5). Untukdaynic, Inc. dan Afilias, the registry operatatau fatau .INFO, expressly reserve the right to deny, cancel atau transfer any registration that either shall deem necessary, in its discretion, to protect the integrity dan stability of the .INFO registry, to comply with any applicable laws, government rules atau requirements, requests of law enfataucement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process, atau to avoid any liability, civil atau criminal, on the part of Untukdaynic, Inc. dan/atau Afilias as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directataus dan employees. Nicenic.com, Inc. dan Afilias also reserve the right to lock a domain name during resolution of a dispute.
B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level domain name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). BIZ RESTRICTIONS. Pendaftarans in the .biz TLD must be used atau intended to be used primarily fatau bona fide business atau commercial purposes. Fatau purposes of the .biz Pendaftaran Restrictions ("Restrictions"), "bona fide business atau commercial use" shall mean the bona fide use atau bona fide intent to use the domain name atau any content, software, materials, graphics atau other infataumation tdi sinion, to permit Internet users to access one atau mataue host computers through the DNS:

In the ataudinary course of trade atau business; atau
Untuk facilitate (i) the exchange of goods, Perkhidmatans, infataumation, atau property of any kind; atau, (ii) the ataudinary course of trade atau business. Daftaring a domain name solely fatau the purposes of (1) selling, trading atau leasing the domain name fatau compensation, atau (2) the unsolicited offering to sell, trade atau lease the domain name fatau compensation shall not constitute a "bona fide business atau commercial use" of that domain name.
(2). BIZ CERTIFICATION. As a .biz domain name registrant, you di siniby certify to the best of anda ksekarangledge that:
The daftared domain name will be used primarily fatau bona fide business atau commercial purposes dan not (i) exclusively fatau personal use; atau (ii) solely fatau the purposes of (1) selling, trading atau leasing the domain name fatau compensation, atau (2) the unsolicited offering to sell, trade atau lease the domain name fatau compensation. (b) You have the authatauity to enter into this Agreement; dan
(c) The daftared domain name is reasonably related to the anda business atau intended commercial purpose at the time of registration.
(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.
( 3.1). Provision of Pendaftaran Data. As part of the registration process, you are required to provide us with certain infataumation dan to update this infataumation to keep it current, complete dan accurate. This infataumation includes (i) anda full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, dan fax number if available; (ii) the name of an authatauized person fatau contact purposes in the case of a registrant that is an atauganization, association, atau cataupatauation; (iii) the IP addresses of the primary nameserver dan any secondary nameserver(s) fatau the domain name; (iv) the catauresponding names of those nameservers; (v) the full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, dan fax number if available of the technical contact fatau the domain name; (vi) the full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, dan fax number if available of the administrative contact fatau the domain name; (vii) the name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, dan fax number if available of the billing contact fatau the domain name; dan (viii) any remark concerning the daftared domain name that should appear in the WHOIS directatauy. You agree dan understdan that the fatauegoing registration data will be publicly available dan accessible on the WHOIS directatauy as required by ICANN/Registry Policy dan may be sold in bulk in accataudance with the ICANN Agreement.
(3.2) Inaccurate atau Unreliable Data. You di siniby represent dan warrant that the data provided in the domain name registration application is true, cataurect, up to date dan complete dan that you will continue to keep all the infataumation provided up to date. Your willful provision of inaccurate atau unreliable infataumation, anda willful failure promptly to update infataumation provided to us, atau any failure to respond fatau over five calendar days to our inquiries addressed to the e-mail address of the administrative, billing atau technical contact then appearing in the WHOIS directatauy with respect to an domain name concerning the accuracy of Butiran Perhubungan associated with any registration(s) atau the registration of any domain name(s) daftared by atau through you atau anda account, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Any infataumation collected by us concerning an identified atau identifiable natural person ("Personal Data") will be used in connection with the registration of anda domain name(s) dan fatau the purposes of this Agreement dan as required atau permitted by the ICANN Agreement atau any ICANN/Registry Policy.
(4). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. Jika you reserve atau daftar a .biz domain name through us, you agree to be bound by our current domain name dispute policy that is incataupatauated di siniin dan made a part of this Agreement by reference. Please take the time to familiarize andaself with that policy. In addition, you di siniby acksekarangledge that you have read dan understood dan agree to be bound by the terms dan conditions of the following documents, as they may be amended from time to time, which are di siniby incataupatauated dan made an integral part of this Perjanjian:
The Unifataum Nama Domain Dispute Resolution Policy, available at http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp.htm.
The Start-up Trademark Opposition Policy ("STOP"), available at http://www.iisp.hk; dan
The Restrictions Dispute Resolution Criteria dan Rules, available at http://www.iisp.hk.
The STOP sets fatauth the terms dan conditions in connection with a dispute between a registrant of a domain name ("Registrant") with any third party (other than Registry Operatatau atau Pendaftar) over the registration atau use of a domain name daftared by Registrant that is subject to the Intellectual Property Claim Service. The Intellectual Property Claim Service a Perkhidmatan introduced by Registry Operatatau to notify a trademark atau Perkhidmatan mark holder ("Claimant") that a second-level domain name has been daftared in which that Claimant claims intellectual property rights. In accataudance with the STOP dan its associated Rules, those Claimants will have the right to challenge registrations through independent ICANN-accredited dispute resolution providers. Registry Operatatau will not review, monitatau, atau otherwise verify that any particular domain name is being used primarily fatau business atau commercial purposes atau that a domain name is being used in compliance with the SUDRP atau UDRP processes.
(5). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befataue it becomes effective. You agree that, by maintaining the reservation atau registration of anda domain name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You acksekarangledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate anda Agreement with us.
(6). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. 12. ICANN POLICY. You agree that anda registration of the SLD name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, atau transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, atau pursuant to any registrar atau registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to cataurect mistakes by Pendaftar atau the Registry in daftaring the name atau (2) fatau the resolution of disputes concerning the SLD name.

13. AGENTS. You agree that, if anda agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.) belid our Perkhidmatan(s) on anda behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms dan conditions di siniin, including the dispute policy. Your continued use of our Perkhidmatans shall ratify any unauthatauized actions of anda agent. By acting on anda behalf, anda agent certifies that he atau she is authatauized to apply fatau our Perkhidmatans on anda behalf, that he atau she is authatauized to bind you to the terms dan conditions of this Agreement dan that he atau she has apprised you of the terms dan conditions of this Agreement. In addition, you are responsible fatau any erratau made by anda agent. We will not refund fees paid by you atau anda agent on anda behalf fatau any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event that anda agent fails to comply with the terms dan conditions of this Agreement, anda agent incataurectly provides infataumation in the application process atau if anda agent changes atau otherwise modifies anda domain name recataud incataurectly.

14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You authatauize us to notify you as our customer of infataumation that we deem is of potential interest to you. Tidaktices dan announcements may include commercial e-mails dan other notices describing changes, upgrades, new products dan Perkhidmatans atau other infataumation pertaining to Internet security atau to enhance anda identity on the Internet dan/atau other relevant matters.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You agree that our entire liability, dan anda exclusive remedy, with respect to any Nicenic.com, Inc.’s Perkhidmatan(s) provided under this Agreement dan/atau fatau any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid fatau such Perkhidmatan(s). Nicenic.com, Inc. dan its contractataus shall not be liable fatau any direct, indirect, incidental, special atau consequential damages resulting from the use atau inability to use any of the Nicenic.com, Inc. ’s Perkhidmatans atau fatau the cost of procurement of substitute Perkhidmatans. Because some states do not allow the exclusion atau limitation of liability fatau consequential atau incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim any dan all loss atau liability resulting from, but not limited to: (1) loss atau liability resulting from access delays atau access interruptions; (2) loss atau liability resulting from data non-delivery atau date mis-delivery; (3) loss atau liability resulting from the unauthatauized use atau misuse of anda Account Number, Kata laluan atau security authentication option; (4) loss atau liability resulting from errataus, omissions, atau misstatements in any dan all infataumation atau Perkhidmatans(s) provided under this Agreement; (5) loss atau liability relating to the deletion of atau failure to stataue e-mail messages; (6) loss atau liability resulting from the development atau interruption of anda web site; (7) loss atau liability from anda inability to use our China mail Perkhidmatan; (8) loss atau liability that you may incur in connection with our processing of anda application fatau our Perkhidmatans, our processing of any authatauized modification to anda domain name recataud atau anda agents failure to pay any fees, including the initial registration fee atau re-registration fee; atau (9) loss atau liability as a result of the application of our dispute policy.

16. INDEMNITY. You agree to defend, indemnify dan hold harmless Nicenic.com, Inc., its affiliates dan business partners, dan any applicable domain name registry, including without limitation VeriSign, Inc., Afilias Limited, NeuTahap, Inc., Glaobal Nama Registry dan Public Interest Registry, dan their respective subsidiaries dan affiliates, dan the directataus, officers, employees dan agents of each of them, from dan against any dan all claims, actions, losses, damages, expenses dan costs, including reasonable attatauneys' fees dan expenses, arising out of atau relating to (i) anda domain name registration, (ii) any breach by you of this Agreement, including the Dispute Policy, atau (iii) any third party claim, action, atau demdan related to anda domain name atau the use tdi siniof.

17. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The person named as administrative contact at the time the controlling user name dan passwataud are secured shall be the owner of the domain name. You agree that priatau to transferring ownership of anda domain name to another person (the Transferee") you shall require the Transferee to agree, in writing to be bound by all the terms dan conditions of this Agreement. Your domain name will not be transferred until we receive such written assurances atau other reasonable assurance that the Transferee has been bound by the contractual terms of this Agreement (such reasonable assurance as determined by us in our sole discretion) along with the applicable transfer fee. Jika the Transferee fails to be bound in a reasonable fashion (as determine by us in our sole discretion) to the terms dan conditions in this Agreement, any such transfer will be null dan void.

18. BREACH. You agree that anda failure to abide by any provision of the Agreement, any Nicenic.com, Inc. operating rule atau policy, the dispute policy atau anda willful provision of inaccurate atau unreliable infataumation as part of the application process, atau anda failure to update anda infataumation to keep it current, complete atau accurate, atau anda failure to respond fatau over fifteen (15) calendar days to inquiries from us concerning the accuracy of the Butiran Perhubungan associated with anda domain name registration may be considered by us to be a material breach dan that we may provide a written notice, describing the breach, to you. Jika within ten (10) calendar days of the date of such notice, you fail to provide evidence, which is reasonably satisfactatauy to us, that you have not breached anda obligations under the Agreement, then we may delete the registration atau reservation of anda domain name dan/atau terminate the other Nicenic.com, Inc. Perkhidmatan(s) you are using without further notice. We will not refund any fees paid by you if we terminate anda Agreement due to anda breach. Any such breach by you shall not be deemed to be excused simply because we did not act earlier in response to that, atau any other breach, by you.

19. NO GUARANTY. You agree that, by registration of anda chosen domain name, such registration does not confer immunity from objection to either the registration atau use of anda domain name.

20. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. Furthermataue, you agree that we may suspend, cancel atau transfer anda domain name registration Perkhidmatans in atauder to: (i) cataurect mistakes made by us atau the registry in daftaring anda chosen domain name, atau (ii) to resolve a dispute under our dispute policy. We will not refund any fees paid by you if we terminate anda Perkhidmatans.

25. RIGHT OF REFUSAL. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse to daftar anda chosen domain name atau daftar you fatau other Nicenic.com, Inc. Perkhidmatan(s), atau to delete anda domain name within the first thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of anda payment fatau such Perkhidmatans. 26. SEVERABILITY. You agree that the terms of this Agreement are severable. Service(s) through our online application process atau by applying fatau dan daftaring a domain name as part of our e-mail template application process atau by using the Perkhidmatan(s) provided by Nicenic.com, Inc. under this Agreement, you acksekarangledge that you have read dan agree to be bound by all terms dan conditions of this Agreement dan any pertinent rules atau policies that are atau may be published by Nicenic.com, Inc. 35. .MOBI - Should you seek to registrar a .MOBI second level domain, you must agree to be bound by the following terms:
  35.1 - Indemnify to the maximum extent permitted by law, defend dan hold harmless the .MOBI Registry Operatatau, dan its directataus, officers, employees dan agents from dan against any dan all claims, damages, liabilities, costs dan expenses, including reasonable legal fees dan expenses, arising out of atau relating to anda domain name registration dan atau use, dan this indemnification obligation survives the termination atau expiration of the registration agreement;
  35.2 - Indemnify, defend dan hold harmless .MOBI Registry Services Provider, its subsidiaries dan affiliates, dan the directataus, officers, employees dan agents atau each of them, from dan against any dan all claims, damages, liabilities, costs dan expenses, including reasonable legal fees dan expenses, arising out of atau relating to anda domain name registration dan atau use, dan this indemnification obligation survives the termination atau expiration of the registration agreement;
  35.3 - Acksekarangledge dan agree that notwithstdaning anything in this Agreement to the contrary, mTLD Domain Tahap Atas Ltd. ("dotmobi"), the Registry Operatatau of the .mobi TLD, is dan shall be an intended third party beneficiary of this Agreement. As such, the parties to this Agreement acksekarangledge dan agree that the third party beneficiary rights of dotmobi have vested dan that dotmobi has relied on its third party beneficiary rights under this Agreement in agreeing to Titikster being a registrar fatau the .mobi top-level domain. Tambahitionally, the third party beneficiary rights of dotmobi shall survive any termination atau expiration of this Agreement.
  35.4 - Comply with ICANN requirements, stdanards, policies, procedures, dan practices fatau which the .MOBI Registry Operatatau has monitatauing responsibility in accataudance with the Registry Agreement atau other arrangement with ICANN;
  35.5 - Comply with operational stdanards, policies, procedures, dan practices fatau the Registry TLD established from time to time by the .MOBI Registry Operatatau in a non-arbitrary manner as Registry Policies, applicable to all registrars dan/atau domain registrants, dan consistent with the Registry Agreement shall be effective upon thirty days notice by Registry Operatatau to Pendaftar;
  35.6 - Consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification dan other processing of anda Personal Data by dotmobi, the .MOBI Registry Operatatau, dan its designees dan agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract dan with relevant mdanatatauy local data protection, laws dan privacy;
  35.7 - Hantar to proceedings commenced under ICANN's Unifataum Nama Domain Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP");
  35.8 - Immediately cataurect dan update the registration infataumation fatau the daftared .MOBI Nama during the registration term fatau the .MOBI Daftared Nama;
  35.9 - Acksekarangledge dan agree to be bound by the terms dan conditions of the initial launch dan general operations of the .MOBI Registry TLD, including without limitation the Limited Industry Launch, the Sunrise Period, the Ldan Rush Period, the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, the Premium Nama Semuaocation Process, dan the General Pendaftaran Period , dan further to acksekarangledge that Registry Operatatau dan the Registry Service Provider has no liability of any kind fatau any loss atau liability resulting from the proceedings dan processes relating to the Limited Industry Launch, the Sunrise Period, the Ldan Rush Period, the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, the Premium Nama Semuaocation Process, dan the General Pendaftaran Period including, without limitation: (a) the ability atau inability of a registrant to obtain a Daftared Nama during these periods, dan (b) the results of any dispute made during the limited industry launch atau over a Sunrise Pendaftaran.
