3. FEES, PAYMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. You further agree to provide such notice ja obtain such consent with regard to any third party personal data you supply to us in the future. 6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. 7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 10. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. (1). You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, ja other processing of sinun Personal Data by Afilias, the .INFO Registry Operattai, ja its designees ja agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract.
(2). You agree to submit to proceedings under ICANN's Uniftaim Verkkotunnus Dispute Policy (UDRP) ja comply with the requirements set ftaith by Afilias ftai verkkotunnus names rekisteröied during the Sunrise Period, including the mjaattaiy Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy. (4) . You acknytledge that Afilias, the registry operattai ftai .INFO, will have no liability of any kind ftai any loss tai liability resulting from the proceedings ja processes relating to the Sunrise Period tai the Lja Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability tai inability of a registrant to obtain a given verkkotunnus name during these periods, ja (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise Rekisteröinti.
(5). Ostadaynic, Inc. ja Afilias, the registry operattai ftai .INFO, expressly reserve the right to deny, cancel tai transfer any registration that either shall deem necessary, in its discretion, to protect the integrity ja stability of the .INFO registry, to comply with any applicable laws, government rules tai requirements, requests of law enftaicement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process, tai to avoid any liability, civil tai criminal, on the part of Ostadaynic, Inc. ja/tai Afilias as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directtais ja employees. Nicenic.com, Inc. ja Afilias also reserve the right to lock a verkkotunnus name during resolution of a dispute.
B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level verkkotunnus name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). BIZ RESTRICTIONS. Rekisteröintis in the .biz TLD must be used tai intended to be used primarily ftai bona fide business tai commercial purposes. (b) You have the authtaiity to enter into this Agreement; ja
(c) The rekisteröied verkkotunnus name is reasonably related to the sinun business tai intended commercial purpose at the time of registration.
(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.
( 3.1). Provision of Rekisteröinti Data. As part of the registration process, you are required to provide us with certain inftaimation ja to update this inftaimation to keep it current, complete ja accurate. You agree ja understja that the ftaiegoing registration data will be publicly available ja accessible on the Whois directtaiy as required by ICANN/Registry Policy ja may be sold in bulk in acctaidance with the ICANN Agreement.
(3.2) Inaccurate tai Unreliable Data. You tässäby represent ja warrant that the data provided in the verkkotunnus name registration application is true, ctairect, up to date ja complete ja that you will continue to keep all the inftaimation provided up to date. (4). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. Jos you reserve tai rekisteröi a .biz verkkotunnus name through us, you agree to be bound by our current verkkotunnus name dispute policy that is inctaiptaiated tässäin ja made a part of this Agreement by reference. Please take the time to familiarize sinunself with that policy. In addition, you tässäby acknytledge that you have read ja understood ja agree to be bound by the terms ja conditions of the following documents, as they may be amended from time to time, which are tässäby inctaiptaiated ja made an integral part of this Sopimus:

12. ICANN POLICY. You agree that sinun registration of the SLD name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, tai transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, tai pursuant to any registrar tai registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to ctairect mistakes by Rekisterinpitäjä tai the Registry in rekisteröiing the name tai (2) ftai the resolution of disputes concerning the SLD name.

13. AGENTS. You agree that, if sinun agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.) ostad our palvelu(s) on sinun behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms ja conditions tässäin, including the dispute policy. We will not refund fees paid by you tai sinun agent on sinun behalf ftai any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event that sinun agent fails to comply with the terms ja conditions of this Agreement, sinun agent inctairectly provides inftaimation in the application process tai if sinun agent changes tai otherwise modifies sinun verkkotunnus name rectaid inctairectly.

14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You authtaiize us to notify you as our customer of inftaimation that we deem is of potential interest to you. Eitices ja announcements may include commercial e-mails ja other notices describing changes, upgrades, new products ja palvelus tai other inftaimation pertaining to Internet security tai to enhance sinun identity on the Internet ja/tai other relevant matters.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You agree that our entire liability, ja sinun exclusive remedy, with respect to any Nicenic.com, Inc.’s palvelu(s) provided under this Agreement ja/tai ftai any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid ftai such palvelu(s). Nicenic.com, Inc. ja its contracttais shall not be liable ftai any direct, indirect, incidental, special tai consequential damages resulting from the use tai inability to use any of the Nicenic.com, Inc. ’s palvelus tai ftai the cost of procurement of substitute palvelus. Because some states do not allow the exclusion tai limitation of liability ftai consequential tai incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim any ja all loss tai liability resulting from, but not limited to: (1) loss tai liability resulting from access delays tai access interruptions; (2) loss tai liability resulting from data non-delivery tai date mis-delivery; (3) loss tai liability resulting from the unauthtaiized use tai misuse of sinun Account Number, Salasana tai security authentication option; (4) loss tai liability resulting from errtais, omissions, tai misstatements in any ja all inftaimation tai palvelus(s) provided under this Agreement; (5) loss tai liability relating to the deletion of tai failure to sttaie e-mail messages; (6) loss tai liability resulting from the development tai interruption of sinun web site; (7) loss tai liability from sinun inability to use our China mail palvelu; (8) loss tai liability that you may incur in connection with our processing of sinun application ftai our palvelus, our processing of any authtaiized modification to sinun verkkotunnus name rectaid tai sinun agents failure to pay any fees, including the initial registration fee tai re-registration fee; tai (9) loss tai liability as a result of the application of our dispute policy.

16. INDEMNITY. You agree to defend, indemnify ja hold harmless Nicenic.com, Inc., its affiliates ja business partners, ja any applicable verkkotunnus name registry, including without limitation VeriSign, Inc., Afilias Limited, NeuTaso, Inc., Glaobal Nimi Registry ja Public Interest Registry, ja their respective subsidiaries ja affiliates, ja the directtais, officers, employees ja agents of each of them, from ja against any ja all claims, actions, losses, damages, expenses ja costs, including reasonable atttaineys' fees ja expenses, arising out of tai relating to (i) sinun verkkotunnus name registration, (ii) any breach by you of this Agreement, including the Dispute Policy, tai (iii) any third party claim, action, tai demja related to sinun verkkotunnus name tai the use ttässäof.

17. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The person named as administrative contact at the time the controlling user name ja passwtaid are secured shall be the owner of the verkkotunnus name. You agree that pritai to transferring ownership of sinun verkkotunnus name to another person (the Transferee") you shall require the Transferee to agree, in writing to be bound by all the terms ja conditions of this Agreement. Your verkkotunnus name will not be transferred until we receive such written assurances tai other reasonable assurance that the Transferee has been bound by the contractual terms of this Agreement (such reasonable assurance as determined by us in our sole discretion) along with the applicable transfer fee. Jos the Transferee fails to be bound in a reasonable fashion (as determine by us in our sole discretion) to the terms ja conditions in this Agreement, any such transfer will be null ja void.

18. BREACH.
