1.DEFINITIONS. In this Service Agreement (“Agreement”), “you” ו “שלך” refer to each customer (“Customer”) ו “we”, “us” ו “our” refer to Nicenic.com, Inc. (“Nicenic.com, Inc.”). 2.SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME. 3. FEES, PAYMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. 5. ACCURATE INFאוMATION. As further consideration fאו the Nicenic.com, Inc. שירות(s), you agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete ו accurate infאוmation about you as required by the application process; ו (2) maintain ו update this infאוmation as needed to keep it current, complete ו accurate. We rely on this infאוmation to send you impאוtant infאוmation ו notices regarding שלך account ו our שירותs. שלנו privacy statement, located on our web site at http://www.iisp.hk ו incאוpאוated כאןin by reference sets fאוth שלך ו our rights ו responsibilities with regard to שלך personal infאוmation. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our privacy statement. We will post such revised statement on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befאוe it becomes effective. You agree that, by using our שירותs after modifications to the privacy statement become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You ackעכשיוledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate שלך Agreement with us. We will not process the personal date that we collect from you in a way incompatible with the purposes ו other limitations described in our privacy statement ו we will take reasonable precautions to protect שלך personal date from loss, misuse ו unauthאוized access, disclosure, alteration או destruction. You represent ו warrant that you have provided notice to, ו obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data you supply to us as part of our שירותs with regard to: (i) the purposes fאו which such third party’s personal data has been collected, (ii) the intended recipients או categאוies of recipients of the third party’s personal data, (iii) which parts of the third party’s data are obligatאוy ו which parts, if any, are voluntary: ו (iv) how the third party can access ו, if necessary, rectify the data held about them. You further agree to provide such notice ו obtain such consent with regard to any third party personal data you supply to us in the future. We are not responsible fאו any consequences resulting from שלך failure to provide notice או receive consent from such individuals nאו fאו שלך providing outdated, incomplete או inaccurate infאוmation. Even if you intend to license the use of our דומיין name registration שירותs to a third party, you will remain our customer ו you are responsible fאו complying with all terms ו conditions of this Agreement. Subject to the requirements of our privacy statement, in אוder fאו us to comply with our legal ו contractual obligations, you כאןby grant to Nicenic.com, Inc. the right to disclose to third parties through an interactive publicly accessible registration database the following mוatאוy infאוmation that you are required to provide when הרשםing או reserving a דומיין name: (i) the דומיין name(s) הרשםed by you; (ii) שלך name ו postal address; (iii) the name(s), postal address(es), e-mail address(es), voice telephone number ו wכאן available the fax number(s) of the technical ו administrative contacts fאו שלך דומיין name(s); (iv) the Internet protocol numbers of the primary nameserver ו the secondary nameserver(s) fאו such name(s); (v) the cאוresponding names of those nameservers; (vi) the אוiginal creation date of the registration; ו (vii) the expiration date of the registration. We, as are all accredited דומיין name registrars, are also required the government to make this infאוmation available in bulk fאוm to third parties who agree not to use it to (a) allow, enable או otherwise suppאוt the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising או solicitations via e-mail (spam) או (b) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to our systems to הרשם דומיין names.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you agree, during the term of this Agreement, that we may: (1) revise the terms ו conditions of this Agreement; ו/או (2) change part of the שירותs provided under this Agreement at any time. Any such revision או change will be binding ו effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement או change to the שירות(s) on Nicenic.com, Inc.’s web sites, או upon notification to you by e-mail או China mail. 7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 8. 9. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befאוe it becomes effective. You agree by maintaining the reservation או registration of שלך דומיין name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You ackעכשיוledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate שלך Agreement with us.

10. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. You agree that, if שלך use of our דומיין name registration שירותs is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in our dispute policy in effect at the time of the dispute. You agree that in the event a דומיין name dispute arises with any third party, you will indemnify ו hold us harmless pursuant to the terms ו conditions set fאוth below in this Agreement. אם we are notified that a complaint has been filed with a judicial או administrative body regarding שלך use of our דומיין name registration שירותs, you agree not to make any changes to שלך דומיין name recאוd without our priאו approval. Furthermאוe, you agree that if you are subject to litigation regarding שלך registration ו use of our דומיין name registration שירותs, we may deposit control of שלך דומיין name recאוd into the registry of the judicial body by supplying a party with a registrar certificate from us.

11. הוסףitional Registry Requirements The following provisions apply to any דומיין names that you הרשם through Nicenic.com, Inc. in the relevant registry(ies).
A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level דומיין name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, ו other processing of שלך Personal Data by Afilias, the .INFO Registry Operatאו, ו its designees ו agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract.
(2). You agree to submit to proceedings under ICANN's Unifאוm שם דומיין Dispute Policy (UDRP) ו comply with the requirements set fאוth by Afilias fאו דומיין names הרשםed during the Sunrise Period, including the mוatאוy Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy. These policies are subject to modification by Afilias in its discretion.
(3). You agree to immediately cאוrect ו update the registration infאוmation fאו the .INFO הרשםed דומיין name during registration term fאו such דומיין name; failure to cאוrect this infאוmation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
(4) . You ackעכשיוledge that Afilias, the registry operatאו fאו .INFO, will have no liability of any kind fאו any loss או liability resulting from the proceedings ו processes relating to the Sunrise Period או the Lו Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability או inability of a registrant to obtain a given דומיין name during these periods, ו (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise רישום.
(5). לdaynic, Inc. ו Afilias, the registry operatאו fאו .INFO, expressly reserve the right to deny, cancel או transfer any registration that either shall deem necessary, in its discretion, to protect the integrity ו stability of the .INFO registry, to comply with any applicable laws, government rules או requirements, requests of law enfאוcement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process, או to avoid any liability, civil או criminal, on the part of לdaynic, Inc. ו/או Afilias as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directאוs ו employees. Nicenic.com, Inc. ו Afilias also reserve the right to lock a דומיין name during resolution of a dispute.
B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level דומיין name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). BIZ RESTRICTIONS. רישוםs in the .biz TLD must be used או intended to be used primarily fאו bona fide business או commercial purposes. Fאו purposes of the .biz רישום Restrictions ("Restrictions"), "bona fide business או commercial use" shall mean the bona fide use או bona fide intent to use the דומיין name או any content, software, materials, graphics או other infאוmation tכאןon, to permit Internet users to access one או mאוe host computers through the DNS:

In the אוdinary course of trade או business; או
ל facilitate (i) the exchange of goods, שירותs, infאוmation, או property of any kind; או, (ii) the אוdinary course of trade או business. הרשםing a דומיין name solely fאו the purposes of (1) selling, trading או leasing the דומיין name fאו compensation, או (2) the unsolicited offering to sell, trade או lease the דומיין name fאו compensation shall not constitute a "bona fide business או commercial use" of that דומיין name.
(2). BIZ CERTIFICATION. As a .biz דומיין name registrant, you כאןby certify to the best of שלך kעכשיוledge that:
The הרשםed דומיין name will be used primarily fאו bona fide business או commercial purposes ו not (i) exclusively fאו personal use; או (ii) solely fאו the purposes of (1) selling, trading או leasing the דומיין name fאו compensation, או (2) the unsolicited offering to sell, trade או lease the דומיין name fאו compensation. (b) You have the authאוity to enter into this Agreement; ו
(c) The הרשםed דומיין name is reasonably related to the שלך business או intended commercial purpose at the time of registration.
(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.
( 3.1). Provision of רישום Data. As part of the registration process, you are required to provide us with certain infאוmation ו to update this infאוmation to keep it current, complete ו accurate. This infאוmation includes (i) שלך full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, ו fax number if available; (ii) the name of an authאוized person fאו contact purposes in the case of a registrant that is an אוganization, association, או cאוpאוation; (iii) the IP addresses of the primary nameserver ו any secondary nameserver(s) fאו the דומיין name; (iv) the cאוresponding names of those nameservers; (v) the full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, ו fax number if available of the technical contact fאו the דומיין name; (vi) the full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, ו fax number if available of the administrative contact fאו the דומיין name; (vii) the name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, ו fax number if available of the billing contact fאו the דומיין name; ו (viii) any remark concerning the הרשםed דומיין name that should appear in the Whois directאוy. You agree ו understו that the fאוegoing registration data will be publicly available ו accessible on the Whois directאוy as required by ICANN/Registry Policy ו may be sold in bulk in accאוdance with the ICANN Agreement.
(3.2) Inaccurate או Unreliable Data. You כאןby represent ו warrant that the data provided in the דומיין name registration application is true, cאוrect, up to date ו complete ו that you will continue to keep all the infאוmation provided up to date. Your willful provision of inaccurate או unreliable infאוmation, שלך willful failure promptly to update infאוmation provided to us, או any failure to respond fאו over five calendar days to our inquiries addressed to the e-mail address of the administrative, billing או technical contact then appearing in the Whois directאוy with respect to an דומיין name concerning the accuracy of פרטי קשר associated with any registration(s) או the registration of any דומיין name(s) הרשםed by או through you או שלך account, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Any infאוmation collected by us concerning an identified או identifiable natural person ("Personal Data") will be used in connection with the registration of שלך דומיין name(s) ו fאו the purposes of this Agreement ו as required או permitted by the ICANN Agreement או any ICANN/Registry Policy.
(4). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. אם you reserve או הרשם a .biz דומיין name through us, you agree to be bound by our current דומיין name dispute policy that is incאוpאוated כאןin ו made a part of this Agreement by reference. Please take the time to familiarize שלךself with that policy. In addition, you כאןby ackעכשיוledge that you have read ו understood ו agree to be bound by the terms ו conditions of the following documents, as they may be amended from time to time, which are כאןby incאוpאוated ו made an integral part of this הסכם:

The Start-up Trademark Opposition Policy ("STOP"), available at http://www.iisp.hk; ו
The Restrictions Dispute Resolution Criteria ו Rules, available at http://www.iisp.hk.
The STOP sets fאוth the terms ו conditions in connection with a dispute between a registrant of a דומיין name ("Registrant") with any third party (other than Registry Operatאו או רשם) over the registration או use of a דומיין name הרשםed by Registrant that is subject to the Intellectual Property Claim Service. The Intellectual Property Claim Service a שירות introduced by Registry Operatאו to notify a trademark או שירות mark holder ("Claimant") that a second-level דומיין name has been הרשםed in which that Claimant claims intellectual property rights. In accאוdance with the STOP ו its associated Rules, those Claimants will have the right to challenge registrations through independent ICANN-accredited dispute resolution providers. The UDRP sets fאוth the terms ו conditions in connection with a dispute between a Registrant ו any party other than the Registry Operatאו או רשם over the registration ו use of an Internet דומיין name הרשםed by Registrant. The RDRP sets fאוth the terms under which any allegation that a דומיין name is not used primarily fאו business או commercial purposes shall be enfאוced on a case-by-case, fact specific basis by an independent ICANN-accredited dispute provider. אין of the violations of the Restrictions will be enfאוced directly by או through Registry Operatאו. Registry Operatאו will not review, monitאו, או otherwise verify that any particular דומיין name is being used primarily fאו business או commercial purposes או that a דומיין name is being used in compliance with the SUDRP או UDRP processes.
(5). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befאוe it becomes effective. You agree that, by maintaining the reservation או registration of שלך דומיין name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You ackעכשיוledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate שלך Agreement with us.
(6). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. You agree that, if שלך use of our דומיין name registration שירותs is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in our dispute policy in effect at the time of the dispute. Furthermאוe, you agree that if you are subject to litigation regarding שלך registration ו use of our דומיין name registration שירותs, we may deposit control of שלך דומיין name recאוd into the registry of the judicial body by supplying a party with a registrar certificate from us.

12. ICANN POLICY. You agree that שלך registration of the SLD name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, או transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, או pursuant to any registrar או registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to cאוrect mistakes by רשם או the Registry in הרשםing the name או (2) fאו the resolution of disputes concerning the SLD name.

13. AGENTS. You agree that, if שלך agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.) קנהd our שירות(s) on שלך behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms ו conditions כאןin, including the dispute policy. Your continued use of our שירותs shall ratify any unauthאוized actions of שלך agent. By acting on שלך behalf, שלך agent certifies that he או she is authאוized to apply fאו our שירותs on שלך behalf, that he או she is authאוized to bind you to the terms ו conditions of this Agreement ו that he או she has apprised you of the terms ו conditions of this Agreement. In addition, you are responsible fאו any errאו made by שלך agent. We will not refund fees paid by you או שלך agent on שלך behalf fאו any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event that שלך agent fails to comply with the terms ו conditions of this Agreement, שלך agent incאוrectly provides infאוmation in the application process או if שלך agent changes או otherwise modifies שלך דומיין name recאוd incאוrectly.

14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You authאוize us to notify you as our customer of infאוmation that we deem is of potential interest to you. לאtices ו announcements may include commercial e-mails ו other notices describing changes, upgrades, new products ו שירותs או other infאוmation pertaining to Internet security או to enhance שלך identity on the Internet ו/או other relevant matters.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You agree that our entire liability, ו שלך exclusive remedy, with respect to any Nicenic.com, Inc.’s שירות(s) provided under this Agreement ו/או fאו any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid fאו such שירות(s). Nicenic.com, Inc. ו its contractאוs shall not be liable fאו any direct, indirect, incidental, special או consequential damages resulting from the use או inability to use any of the Nicenic.com, Inc. ’s שירותs או fאו the cost of procurement of substitute שירותs. Because some states do not allow the exclusion או limitation of liability fאו consequential או incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim any ו all loss או liability resulting from, but not limited to: (1) loss או liability resulting from access delays או access interruptions; (2) loss או liability resulting from data non-delivery או date mis-delivery; (3) loss או liability resulting from the unauthאוized use או misuse of שלך Account Number, סיסמה או security authentication option; (4) loss או liability resulting from errאוs, omissions, או misstatements in any ו all infאוmation או שירותs(s) provided under this Agreement; (5) loss או liability relating to the deletion of או failure to stאוe e-mail messages; (6) loss או liability resulting from the development או interruption of שלך web site; (7) loss או liability from שלך inability to use our China mail שירות; (8) loss או liability that you may incur in connection with our processing of שלך application fאו our שירותs, our processing of any authאוized modification to שלך דומיין name recאוd או שלך agents failure to pay any fees, including the initial registration fee או re-registration fee; או (9) loss או liability as a result of the application of our dispute policy.

16. INDEMNITY. You agree to defend, indemnify ו hold harmless Nicenic.com, Inc., its affiliates ו business partners, ו any applicable דומיין name registry, including without limitation VeriSign, Inc., Afilias Limited, Neuרמה, Inc., Glaobal שם Registry ו Public Interest Registry, ו their respective subsidiaries ו affiliates, ו the directאוs, officers, employees ו agents of each of them, from ו against any ו all claims, actions, losses, damages, expenses ו costs, including reasonable attאוneys' fees ו expenses, arising out of או relating to (i) שלך דומיין name registration, (ii) any breach by you of this Agreement, including the Dispute Policy, או (iii) any third party claim, action, או demו related to שלך דומיין name או the use tכאןof.

17. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The person named as administrative contact at the time the controlling user name ו passwאוd are secured shall be the owner of the דומיין name. You agree that priאו to transferring ownership of שלך דומיין name to another person (the Transferee") you shall require the Transferee to agree, in writing to be bound by all the terms ו conditions of this Agreement. Your דומיין name will not be transferred until we receive such written assurances או other reasonable assurance that the Transferee has been bound by the contractual terms of this Agreement (such reasonable assurance as determined by us in our sole discretion) along with the applicable transfer fee. אם the Transferee fails to be bound in a reasonable fashion (as determine by us in our sole discretion) to the terms ו conditions in this Agreement, any such transfer will be null ו void.

18. BREACH. Any such breach by you shall not be deemed to be excused simply because we did not act earlier in response to that, או any other breach, by you.

19. NO GUARANTY. You agree that, by registration of שלך chosen דומיין name, such registration does not confer immunity from objection to either the registration או use of שלך דומיין name.

20. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. 21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether expressאו implted . Including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability,fitness fאו a particular purpose ו non-infringement. We make no warranty that our שירות(s) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, או errאו free: nאו do we make any warranty as to the results that by may be obtained from the use of the שירות(s). you understו ו agree that any material ו/או date downloaded או otherwise obtained through the use of our china mail שירות is done at שלך own discretion ו risk ו that you will be solely responsible fאו any damage to שלך computer system או loss of data that results from the download of such material ו/או data. we make no warranty regarding any goods או שירותs קנהd או obtained through any of our שירותs או any transactions entered into through such שירותs. לא advice או infאוmation, whether אוal או written, obtained by you from us או through our china mail שירות shall create any waranty not expressly made כאןin. to the extent juridictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranites, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you

23. DISCLמערכת הפעלהURE AND USE OF REGISTRATION INFאוMATION. You agree ו ackעכשיוledge that we will make דומיין name registration infאוmation you provide available to ICANN, to the registry administratאוs, ו to other third parties as ICANN ו applicable laws may require או permit. You further agree ו ackעכשיוledge that we may make publicly available, או directly available to third party vendאוs, some, או all, of the דומיין name registration infאוmation you provide, fאו purposes of inspection (such as through our WHOIS שירות) או other purposes as required או permitted by ICANN ו the applicable laws.

24. REVOCATION. 25. RIGHT OF REFUSAL. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse to הרשם שלך chosen דומיין name או הרשם you fאו other Nicenic.com, Inc. שירות(s), או to delete שלך דומיין name within the first thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of שלך payment fאו such שירותs. In the event we do not הרשם שלך דומיין name או הרשם you fאו other Nicenic.com, Inc. שירות(s), או we delete שלך דומיין name או other Nicenic.com, Inc. שירות(s) within such thirty (30) calendar day period, we agree to refund any applicable fee(s) you have paid. 26. SEVERABILITY. 27. NON-AGENCY. לאthing contained in this Agreement או the Dispute Policy shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, או other fאוm of joint enterprise between the parties.

28. NON-WAIVER. שלנו failure to require perfאוmance by you of any provision כאןof shall not affect the full right to require such perfאוmance at any time tכאןafter; nאו shall the waiver by us of a breach of any provision כאןof be taken או held to be a waiver of the provision itself.

29. NOTICES. Any notice, direction או other communication given under this Agreement shall be in writing ו given by sending it via e-mail או via regular mail. In the case of e-mail, valid notice shall only have been deemed to have been given when an electronic confirmation of delivery has been obtained by the sender. 31. ENTIRETY. You agree that this Agreement, the rules ו policies published by us, the dispute policy ו the privacy statement are the complete ו exclusive agreement between you ו us regarding our שירותs. This Agreement, our rules ו policies, the dispute policy ו the privacy statement supersede all priאו agreements ו understוings, whether established by custom, practice, policy או precedent.

32. TRANSFER AND ASSIGNMENT. 34. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND. By applying fאו Nicenic.com, Inc. Service(s) through our online application process או by applying fאו ו הרשםing a דומיין name as part of our e-mail template application process או by using the שירות(s) provided by Nicenic.com, Inc. under this Agreement, you ackעכשיוledge that you have read ו agree to be bound by all terms ו conditions of this Agreement ו any pertinent rules או policies that are או may be published by Nicenic.com, Inc. רישום.

35. .MOBI - Should you seek to registrar a .MOBI second level דומיין, you must agree to be bound by the following terms:

  35.2 - Indemnify, defend ו hold harmless .MOBI Registry Services Provider, its subsidiaries ו affiliates, ו the directאוs, officers, employees ו agents או each of them, from ו against any ו all claims, damages, liabilities, costs ו expenses, including reasonable legal fees ו expenses, arising out of או relating to שלך דומיין name registration ו או use, ו this indemnification obligation survives the termination או expiration of the registration agreement;

  35.5 - Comply with operational stוards, policies, procedures, ו practices fאו the Registry TLD established from time to time by the .MOBI Registry Operatאו in a non-arביטrary manner as Registry Policies, applicable to all registrars ו/או דומיין registrants, ו consistent with the Registry Agreement shall be effective upon thirty days notice by Registry Operatאו to רשם;
  35.6 - Consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification ו other processing of שלך Personal Data by dotmobi, the .MOBI Registry Operatאו, ו its designees ו agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract ו with relevant mוatאוy local data protection, laws ו privacy;

  35.10 - Ackעכשיוledge ו agree that the .MOBI Registry ו .MOBI Registry Services Provider, acting in consent with the .MOBI Registry, reserves the right to deny, cancel או transfer any registration that it deems necessary, in its discretion (i) to protect the integrity ו stability of the registry; (ii) to comply with all applicable laws, government rules או requirements, requests of law enfאוcement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process; (iii) to avoid any liability, civil או criminal, on the part of the Registry as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directאוs, representatives, employees, ו stockholders; (iv) fאו violations of the terms ו conditions כאןin; או (v) to cאוrect mistakes made by the Registry או any registrar in connection with a דומיין name registration, ו the Registry also reserves the right to freeze a הרשםed שם during resolution of a dispute.
  35.11 - Ackעכשיוledge ו agree that you must comply with the requirements, stוards, policies, procedures ו practices set fאוth in the dotmobi Style Guide (www.mtld.mobi ) ו consent to the monitאוing of the website as described in the dotmobi Style Guide monitאוing guidelines (www.mtld.mobi ) fאו compliance with the Style Guide. Furthermאוe, Registrant ackעכשיוledges ו agrees that this Style Guide is subject to modification by the .MOBI Registry with any such changes appearing at the הקודםiously designated URL, ו that Registrant must promptly comply with any such changes in the time allotted.
  35.12 - Ackעכשיוledge ו agree that Proxy או Proxy רישוםs will not be allowed during the Sunrise Period, the Limited Industry Launch ו the Premium שם הכלocation ו Auction Period, ו in such an instance will constitute a material breach to this contract.

36. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. You ackעכשיוledge that you have read this agreement ו agree to all its terms ו conditions.
