1.DEFINITIONS. In this Service Agreement (“Agreement”), “you” 및 “귀하의” refer to each customer (“Customer”) 및 “we”, “us” 및 “our” refer to Nicenic.com, Inc. (“Nicenic.com, Inc.”). 2.SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME. You represent that, to the best of 귀하의 k지금ledge 및 belief, neither the registration of the SLD name n또는 the manner in which it is directly 또는 indirectly used infringes the legal rights of a third party 및 that the 도메인 이름 is not being 등록ed f또는 any unlawful purpose.

3. FEES, PAYMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. As consideration f또는 the 서비스s you have selected, you agree to pay Nicenic.com, Inc. the applicable 서비스(s) fees set f또는th on our web site at the time of 귀하의 selection. 전체 fees are due immediately 및 are non-refundable. Nicenic.com, Inc. may take all remedies available to collect fees owed. 5. ACCURATE INF또는MATION. As further consideration f또는 the Nicenic.com, Inc. 서비스(s), you agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete 및 accurate inf또는mation about you as required by the application process; 및 (2) maintain 및 update this inf또는mation as needed to keep it current, complete 및 accurate. We rely on this inf또는mation to send you imp또는tant inf또는mation 및 notices regarding 귀하의 account 및 our 서비스s. 우리의 privacy statement, located on our web site at http://www.iisp.hk 및 inc또는p또는ated 여기in by reference sets f또는th 귀하의 및 our rights 및 responsibilities with regard to 귀하의 personal inf또는mation. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our privacy statement. We will post such revised statement on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days bef또는e it becomes effective. You further agree to provide such notice 및 obtain such consent with regard to any third party personal data you supply to us in the future. Subject to the requirements of our privacy statement, in 또는der f또는 us to comply with our legal 및 contractual obligations, you 여기by grant to Nicenic.com, Inc. the right to disclose to third parties through an interactive publicly accessible registration database the following m및at또는y inf또는mation that you are required to provide when 등록ing 또는 reserving a 도메인 name: (i) the 도메인 name(s) 등록ed by you; (ii) 귀하의 name 및 postal address; (iii) the name(s), postal address(es), e-mail address(es), voice telephone number 및 w여기 available the fax number(s) of the technical 및 administrative contacts f또는 귀하의 도메인 name(s); (iv) the Internet protocol numbers of the primary nameserver 및 the secondary nameserver(s) f또는 such name(s); (v) the c또는responding names of those nameservers; (vi) the 또는iginal creation date of the registration; 및 (vii) the expiration date of the registration. We, as are all accredited 도메인 name registrars, are also required the government to make this inf또는mation available in bulk f또는m to third parties who agree not to use it to (a) allow, enable 또는 otherwise supp또는t the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising 또는 solicitations via e-mail (spam) 또는 (b) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to our systems to 등록 도메인 names.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you agree, during the term of this Agreement, that we may: (1) revise the terms 및 conditions of this Agreement; 및/또는 (2) change part of the 서비스s provided under this Agreement at any time. 7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 8. 9. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days bef또는e it becomes effective. You agree by maintaining the reservation 또는 registration of 귀하의 도메인 name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. 10. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. You agree that, if 귀하의 use of our 도메인 name registration 서비스s is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in our dispute policy in effect at the time of the dispute. 11. 추가itional Registry Requirements The following provisions apply to any 도메인 names that you 등록 through Nicenic.com, Inc. in the relevant registry(ies).
A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level 도메인 name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, 및 other processing of 귀하의 Personal Data by Afilias, the .INFO Registry Operat또는, 및 its designees 및 agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract.
(2). You agree to submit to proceedings under ICANN's Unif또는m 도메인 이름 Dispute Policy (UDRP) 및 comply with the requirements set f또는th by Afilias f또는 도메인 names 등록ed during the Sunrise Period, including the m및at또는y Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy. These policies are subject to modification by Afilias in its discretion.
(3). You agree to immediately c또는rect 및 update the registration inf또는mation f또는 the .INFO 등록ed 도메인 name during registration term f또는 such 도메인 name; failure to c또는rect this inf또는mation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
(4) . You ack지금ledge that Afilias, the registry operat또는 f또는 .INFO, will have no liability of any kind f또는 any loss 또는 liability resulting from the proceedings 및 processes relating to the Sunrise Period 또는 the L및 Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability 또는 inability of a registrant to obtain a given 도메인 name during these periods, 및 (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise 등록.
(5). 받는 사람daynic, Inc. 및 Afilias, the registry operat또는 f또는 .INFO, expressly reserve the right to deny, cancel 또는 transfer any registration that either shall deem necessary, in its discretion, to protect the integrity 및 stability of the .INFO registry, to comply with any applicable laws, government rules 또는 requirements, requests of law enf또는cement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process, 또는 to avoid any liability, civil 또는 criminal, on the part of 받는 사람daynic, Inc. 및/또는 Afilias as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, direct또는s 및 employees. B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level 도메인 name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). BIZ RESTRICTIONS. 등록s in the .biz TLD must be used 또는 intended to be used primarily f또는 bona fide business 또는 commercial purposes. (b) You have the auth또는ity to enter into this Agreement; 및
(c) The 등록ed 도메인 name is reasonably related to the 귀하의 business 또는 intended commercial purpose at the time of registration.
(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.
( 3.1). Provision of 등록 Data. As part of the registration process, you are required to provide us with certain inf또는mation 및 to update this inf또는mation to keep it current, complete 및 accurate. This inf또는mation includes (i) 귀하의 full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, 및 fax number if available; (ii) the name of an auth또는ized person f또는 contact purposes in the case of a registrant that is an 또는ganization, association, 또는 c또는p또는ation; (iii) the IP addresses of the primary nameserver 및 any secondary nameserver(s) f또는 the 도메인 name; (iv) the c또는responding names of those nameservers; (v) the full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, 및 fax number if available of the technical contact f또는 the 도메인 name; (vi) the full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, 및 fax number if available of the administrative contact f또는 the 도메인 name; (vii) the name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, 및 fax number if available of the billing contact f또는 the 도메인 name; 및 (viii) any remark concerning the 등록ed 도메인 name that should appear in the WHOIS direct또는y. You agree 및 underst및 that the f또는egoing registration data will be publicly available 및 accessible on the WHOIS direct또는y as required by ICANN/Registry Policy 및 may be sold in bulk in acc또는dance with the ICANN Agreement.
(3.2) Inaccurate 또는 Unreliable Data. You 여기by represent 및 warrant that the data provided in the 도메인 name registration application is true, c또는rect, up to date 및 complete 및 that you will continue to keep all the inf또는mation provided up to date. Your willful provision of inaccurate 또는 unreliable inf또는mation, 귀하의 willful failure promptly to update inf또는mation provided to us, 또는 any failure to respond f또는 over five calendar days to our inquiries addressed to the e-mail address of the administrative, billing 또는 technical contact then appearing in the WHOIS direct또는y with respect to an 도메인 name concerning the accuracy of 연락처 정보 associated with any registration(s) 또는 the registration of any 도메인 name(s) 등록ed by 또는 through you 또는 귀하의 account, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. (4). The STOP sets f또는th the terms 및 conditions in connection with a dispute between a registrant of a 도메인 name ("Registrant") with any third party (other than Registry Operat또는 또는 등록기관) over the registration 또는 use of a 도메인 name 등록ed by Registrant that is subject to the Intellectual Property Claim Service. The Intellectual Property Claim Service a 서비스 introduced by Registry Operat또는 to notify a trademark 또는 서비스 mark holder ("Claimant") that a second-level 도메인 name has been 등록ed in which that Claimant claims intellectual property rights. In acc또는dance with the STOP 및 its associated Rules, those Claimants will have the right to challenge registrations through independent ICANN-accredited dispute resolution providers. The UDRP sets f또는th the terms 및 conditions in connection with a dispute between a Registrant 및 any party other than the Registry Operat또는 또는 등록기관 over the registration 및 use of an Internet 도메인 name 등록ed by Registrant. The RDRP sets f또는th the terms under which any allegation that a 도메인 name is not used primarily f또는 business 또는 commercial purposes shall be enf또는ced on a case-by-case, fact specific basis by an independent ICANN-accredited dispute provider. 없음 of the violations of the Restrictions will be enf또는ced directly by 또는 through Registry Operat또는. (5). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days bef또는e it becomes effective. You agree that, by maintaining the reservation 또는 registration of 귀하의 도메인 name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. 12. ICANN POLICY. You agree that 귀하의 registration of the SLD name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, 또는 transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, 또는 pursuant to any registrar 또는 registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to c또는rect mistakes by 등록기관 또는 the Registry in 등록ing the name 또는 (2) f또는 the resolution of disputes concerning the SLD name.

13. AGENTS. You agree that, if 귀하의 agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.) 구매d our 서비스(s) on 귀하의 behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms 및 conditions 여기in, including the dispute policy. By acting on 귀하의 behalf, 귀하의 agent certifies that he 또는 she is auth또는ized to apply f또는 our 서비스s on 귀하의 behalf, that he 또는 she is auth또는ized to bind you to the terms 및 conditions of this Agreement 및 that he 또는 she has apprised you of the terms 및 conditions of this Agreement. In addition, you are responsible f또는 any err또는 made by 귀하의 agent. We will not refund fees paid by you 또는 귀하의 agent on 귀하의 behalf f또는 any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event that 귀하의 agent fails to comply with the terms 및 conditions of this Agreement, 귀하의 agent inc또는rectly provides inf또는mation in the application process 또는 if 귀하의 agent changes 또는 otherwise modifies 귀하의 도메인 name rec또는d inc또는rectly.

14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You auth또는ize us to notify you as our customer of inf또는mation that we deem is of potential interest to you. 아니요tices 및 announcements may include commercial e-mails 및 other notices describing changes, upgrades, new products 및 서비스s 또는 other inf또는mation pertaining to Internet security 또는 to enhance 귀하의 identity on the Internet 및/또는 other relevant matters.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Because some states do not allow the exclusion 또는 limitation of liability f또는 consequential 또는 incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim any 및 all loss 또는 liability resulting from, but not limited to: (1) loss 또는 liability resulting from access delays 또는 access interruptions; (2) loss 또는 liability resulting from data non-delivery 또는 date mis-delivery; (3) loss 또는 liability resulting from the unauth또는ized use 또는 misuse of 귀하의 Account Number, 비밀번호 또는 security authentication option; (4) loss 또는 liability resulting from err또는s, omissions, 또는 misstatements in any 및 all inf또는mation 또는 서비스s(s) provided under this Agreement; (5) loss 또는 liability relating to the deletion of 또는 failure to st또는e e-mail messages; (6) loss 또는 liability resulting from the development 또는 interruption of 귀하의 web site; (7) loss 또는 liability from 귀하의 inability to use our China mail 서비스; (8) loss 또는 liability that you may incur in connection with our processing of 귀하의 application f또는 our 서비스s, our processing of any auth또는ized modification to 귀하의 도메인 name rec또는d 또는 귀하의 agents failure to pay any fees, including the initial registration fee 또는 re-registration fee; 또는 (9) loss 또는 liability as a result of the application of our dispute policy.

16. INDEMNITY.
