2.SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME. 3. FEES, PAYMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. 6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you agree, during the term of this Agreement, that we may: (1) revise the terms және conditions of this Agreement; және/немесе (2) change part of the қызметs provided under this Agreement at any time. 7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 10. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. 11. Қосуitional Registry Requirements The following provisions apply to any домен names that you тіркеу through Nicenic.com, Inc. in the relevant registry(ies).
A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level домен name, you agree to the following terms:

(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.

12. ICANN POLICY. 13. AGENTS. 14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You authнемесеize us to notify you as our customer of infнемесеmation that we deem is of potential interest to you. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 16. INDEMNITY. 17. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The person named as administrative contact at the time the controlling user name және passwнемесеd are secured shall be the owner of the домен name. You agree that priнемесе to transferring ownership of сіздің домен name to another person (the Transferee") you shall require the Transferee to agree, in writing to be bound by all the terms және conditions of this Agreement. Your домен name will not be transferred until we receive such written assurances немесе other reasonable assurance that the Transferee has been bound by the contractual terms of this Agreement (such reasonable assurance as determined by us in our sole discretion) along with the applicable transfer fee. 18. BREACH.
