1.DEFINITIONS. In this Service Agreement (“Agreement”), “you” و “الخاص بك” refer to each customer (“Customer”) و “we”, “us” و “our” refer to Nicenic.com, Inc. (“Nicenic.com, Inc.”). When you use الخاص بك account أو permit someone else to use الخاص بك account to شراء أو otherwise acquire access to additional Nicenic.com, Inc.'s الخدمة(s) أو to modify أو cancel الخاص بك Nicenic.com, Inc.’s الخدمة(s) (even if we were not notified of such authأوization), this Agreement covers any such الخدمة أو actions.

2.SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME. You represent that, to the best of الخاص بك kالآنledge و belief, neither the registration of the SLD name nأو the manner in which it is directly أو indirectly used infringes the legal rights of a third party و that the اسم النطاق is not being تسجيلed fأو any unlawful purpose.

3. FEES, PAYMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. As consideration fأو the الخدمةs you have selected, you agree to pay Nicenic.com, Inc. the applicable الخدمة(s) fees set fأوth on our web site at the time of الخاص بك selection. الكل fees are due immediately و are non-refundable. Nicenic.com, Inc. may take all remedies available to collect fees owed. You agree that you may not transfer الخاص بك النطاق name registration to another النطاق name registrar during the first sixty (60) days from the effective date of الخاص بك initial النطاق name registration with us.

4.TERM. You agree that the التسجيل Agreement will remain in full fأوce during the length of the term of الخاص بك تسجيل اسم النطاق. Should you choose to renew أو otherwise lengthen the term of الخاص بك تسجيل اسم النطاق, then the term of this التسجيل Agreement will be extended accأوdingly. Should you choose to renew أو otherwise lengthen the term of الخاص بك تسجيل اسم النطاق, then the term of this التسجيل Agreement will be extended accأوdingly. Should you transfer الخاص بك النطاق name أو should the النطاق name otherwise be transferred due to another المسجل, the terms و conditions of this contract shall cease و shall be replaced by the contractual terms in fأوce fأو the purpose of تسجيلing النطاق names then in fأوce between SLD holders و the new المسجل.

5. ACCURATE INFأوMATION. As further consideration fأو the Nicenic.com, Inc. الخدمة(s), you agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete و accurate infأوmation about you as required by the application process; و (2) maintain و update this infأوmation as needed to keep it current, complete و accurate. We rely on this infأوmation to send you impأوtant infأوmation و notices regarding الخاص بك account و our الخدمةs. خاصتنا privacy statement, located on our web site at http://www.iisp.hk و incأوpأوated هناin by reference sets fأوth الخاص بك و our rights و responsibilities with regard to الخاص بك personal infأوmation. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our privacy statement. We will post such revised statement on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befأوe it becomes effective. You agree that, by using our الخدمةs after modifications to the privacy statement become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You ackالآنledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate الخاص بك Agreement with us. We will not process the personal date that we collect from you in a way incompatible with the purposes و other limitations described in our privacy statement و we will take reasonable precautions to protect الخاص بك personal date from loss, misuse و unauthأوized access, disclosure, alteration أو destruction. You represent و warrant that you have provided notice to, و obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data you supply to us as part of our الخدمةs with regard to: (i) the purposes fأو which such third party’s personal data has been collected, (ii) the intended recipients أو categأوies of recipients of the third party’s personal data, (iii) which parts of the third party’s data are obligatأوy و which parts, if any, are voluntary: و (iv) how the third party can access و, if necessary, rectify the data held about them. You further agree to provide such notice و obtain such consent with regard to any third party personal data you supply to us in the future. We are not responsible fأو any consequences resulting from الخاص بك failure to provide notice أو receive consent from such individuals nأو fأو الخاص بك providing outdated, incomplete أو inaccurate infأوmation. Even if you intend to license the use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs to a third party, you will remain our customer و you are responsible fأو complying with all terms و conditions of this Agreement. Subject to the requirements of our privacy statement, in أوder fأو us to comply with our legal و contractual obligations, you هناby grant to Nicenic.com, Inc. the right to disclose to third parties through an interactive publicly accessible registration database the following mوatأوy infأوmation that you are required to provide when تسجيلing أو reserving a النطاق name: (i) the النطاق name(s) تسجيلed by you; (ii) الخاص بك name و postal address; (iii) the name(s), postal address(es), e-mail address(es), voice telephone number و wهنا available the fax number(s) of the technical و administrative contacts fأو الخاص بك النطاق name(s); (iv) the Internet protocol numbers of the primary nameserver و the secondary nameserver(s) fأو such name(s); (v) the cأوresponding names of those nameservers; (vi) the أوiginal creation date of the registration; و (vii) the expiration date of the registration. We, as are all accredited النطاق name registrars, are also required the government to make this infأوmation available in bulk fأوm to third parties who agree not to use it to (a) allow, enable أو otherwise suppأوt the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising أو solicitations via e-mail (spam) أو (b) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to our systems to تسجيل النطاق names.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you agree, during the term of this Agreement, that we may: (1) revise the terms و conditions of this Agreement; و/أو (2) change part of the الخدمةs provided under this Agreement at any time. Any such revision أو change will be binding و effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement أو change to the الخدمة(s) on Nicenic.com, Inc.’s web sites, أو upon notification to you by e-mail أو China mail. By continuing to use Nicenic.com, Inc.’s الخدمةs after any revision to this Agreement أو change in الخدمة(s), you agree to abide by و be bound by any such revisions أو changes. We are not bound by nأو should you rely on any representation by (i) any agent, representative أو employee of any third party that you may use to apply fأو our الخدمةs: أو in (ii) infأوmation posted on our web site of a general infأوmational nature. لا employee, contractأو, agent أو representative of Nicenic.com, Inc. is authأوized to alter أو amend the terms و conditions of this Agreement.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. In أوder to change any of الخاص بك account infأوmation with us, you must use the Account Number و the كلمة المرور that you selected if you opened الخاص بك account with us through our online application process, أو the security authentication option that you selected if you opened الخاص بك account with us through our e-mail application process. In no event will we be liable fأو the unauthأوized use أو misuse of الخاص بك Account Number أو كلمة المرور أو security authentication option.

8. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. إذا you reserve أو تسجيل a النطاق name through us, you agree to be bound by our current النطاق name dispute policy that is incأوpأوated هناin و made a part of this Agreement by reference. The current version of the dispute policy may be found at our web site: http://www.iisp.hk/. Please take the time to familiarize الخاص بكself with that policy.

9. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befأوe it becomes effective. You agree by maintaining the reservation أو registration of الخاص بك النطاق name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You ackالآنledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate الخاص بك Agreement with us.

10. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. You agree that, if الخاص بك use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in our dispute policy in effect at the time of the dispute. You agree that in the event a النطاق name dispute arises with any third party, you will indemnify و hold us harmless pursuant to the terms و conditions set fأوth below in this Agreement. إذا we are notified that a complaint has been filed with a judicial أو administrative body regarding الخاص بك use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs, you agree not to make any changes to الخاص بك النطاق name recأوd without our priأو approval. We may not allow you to make changes to such النطاق name recأوd until (i) we are directed to do so by the judicial أو administrative body, أو (ii) we receive notification by you و the other party contesting الخاص بك registration و use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs that the dispute has been settled. Furthermأوe, you agree that if you are subject to litigation regarding الخاص بك registration و use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs, we may deposit control of الخاص بك النطاق name recأوd into the registry of the judicial body by supplying a party with a registrar certificate from us.

11. إضافةitional Registry Requirements The following provisions apply to any النطاق names that you تسجيل through Nicenic.com, Inc. in the relevant registry(ies).
A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level النطاق name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, و other processing of الخاص بك Personal Data by Afilias, the .INFO Registry Operatأو, و its designees و agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract.
(2). You agree to submit to proceedings under ICANN's Unifأوm اسم النطاق Dispute Policy (UDRP) و comply with the requirements set fأوth by Afilias fأو النطاق names تسجيلed during the Sunrise Period, including the mوatأوy Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy. These policies are subject to modification by Afilias in its discretion.
(3). You agree to immediately cأوrect و update the registration infأوmation fأو the .INFO تسجيلed النطاق name during registration term fأو such النطاق name; failure to cأوrect this infأوmation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
(4) . You ackالآنledge that Afilias, the registry operatأو fأو .INFO, will have no liability of any kind fأو any loss أو liability resulting from the proceedings و processes relating to the Sunrise Period أو the Lو Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability أو inability of a registrant to obtain a given النطاق name during these periods, و (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise التسجيل.
(5). إلىdaynic, Inc. و Afilias, the registry operatأو fأو .INFO, expressly reserve the right to deny, cancel أو transfer any registration that either shall deem necessary, in its discretion, to protect the integrity و stability of the .INFO registry, to comply with any applicable laws, government rules أو requirements, requests of law enfأوcement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process, أو to avoid any liability, civil أو criminal, on the part of إلىdaynic, Inc. و/أو Afilias as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directأوs و employees. Nicenic.com, Inc. و Afilias also reserve the right to lock a النطاق name during resolution of a dispute.
B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level النطاق name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). BIZ RESTRICTIONS. التسجيلs in the .biz TLD must be used أو intended to be used primarily fأو bona fide business أو commercial purposes. Fأو purposes of the .biz التسجيل Restrictions ("Restrictions"), "bona fide business أو commercial use" shall mean the bona fide use أو bona fide intent to use the النطاق name أو any content, software, materials, graphics أو other infأوmation tهناon, to permit Internet users to access one أو mأوe host computers through the DNS:

إلى facilitate (i) the exchange of goods, الخدمةs, infأوmation, أو property of any kind; أو, (ii) the أوdinary course of trade أو business. سجلing a النطاق name solely fأو the purposes of (1) selling, trading أو leasing the النطاق name fأو compensation, أو (2) the unsolicited offering to sell, trade أو lease the النطاق name fأو compensation shall not constitute a "bona fide business أو commercial use" of that النطاق name.
(2). BIZ CERTIFICATION. As a .biz النطاق name registrant, you هناby certify to the best of الخاص بك kالآنledge that:
The تسجيلed النطاق name will be used primarily fأو bona fide business أو commercial purposes و not (i) exclusively fأو personal use; أو (ii) solely fأو the purposes of (1) selling, trading أو leasing the النطاق name fأو compensation, أو (2) the unsolicited offering to sell, trade أو lease the النطاق name fأو compensation. (b) You have the authأوity to enter into this Agreement; و
(c) The تسجيلed النطاق name is reasonably related to the الخاص بك business أو intended commercial purpose at the time of registration.
(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.
( 3.1). Provision of التسجيل Data. As part of the registration process, you are required to provide us with certain infأوmation و to update this infأوmation to keep it current, complete و accurate. This infأوmation includes (i) الخاص بك full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, و fax number if available; (ii) the name of an authأوized person fأو contact purposes in the case of a registrant that is an أوganization, association, أو cأوpأوation; (iii) the IP addresses of the primary nameserver و any secondary nameserver(s) fأو the النطاق name; (iv) the cأوresponding names of those nameservers; (v) the full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, و fax number if available of the technical contact fأو the النطاق name; (vi) the full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, و fax number if available of the administrative contact fأو the النطاق name; (vii) the name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, و fax number if available of the billing contact fأو the النطاق name; و (viii) any remark concerning the تسجيلed النطاق name that should appear in the Whois directأوy. You agree و understو that the fأوegoing registration data will be publicly available و accessible on the Whois directأوy as required by ICANN/Registry Policy و may be sold in bulk in accأوdance with the ICANN Agreement.
(3.2) Inaccurate أو Unreliable Data. You هناby represent و warrant that the data provided in the النطاق name registration application is true, cأوrect, up to date و complete و that you will continue to keep all the infأوmation provided up to date. Your willful provision of inaccurate أو unreliable infأوmation, الخاص بك willful failure promptly to update infأوmation provided to us, أو any failure to respond fأو over five calendar days to our inquiries addressed to the e-mail address of the administrative, billing أو technical contact then appearing in the Whois directأوy with respect to an النطاق name concerning the accuracy of تفاصيل الاتصال associated with any registration(s) أو the registration of any النطاق name(s) تسجيلed by أو through you أو الخاص بك account, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Any infأوmation collected by us concerning an identified أو identifiable natural person ("Personal Data") will be used in connection with the registration of الخاص بك النطاق name(s) و fأو the purposes of this Agreement و as required أو permitted by the ICANN Agreement أو any ICANN/Registry Policy.
(4). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. إذا you reserve أو تسجيل a .biz النطاق name through us, you agree to be bound by our current النطاق name dispute policy that is incأوpأوated هناin و made a part of this Agreement by reference. Please take the time to familiarize الخاص بكself with that policy. In addition, you هناby ackالآنledge that you have read و understood و agree to be bound by the terms و conditions of the following documents, as they may be amended from time to time, which are هناby incأوpأوated و made an integral part of this الاتفاقية:
The Unifأوm اسم النطاق Dispute Resolution Policy, available at http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp.htm.
The Start-up Trademark Opposition Policy ("STOP"), available at http://www.iisp.hk; و
The Restrictions Dispute Resolution Criteria و Rules, available at http://www.iisp.hk.
The STOP sets fأوth the terms و conditions in connection with a dispute between a registrant of a النطاق name ("Registrant") with any third party (other than Registry Operatأو أو المسجل) over the registration أو use of a النطاق name تسجيلed by Registrant that is subject to the Intellectual Property Claim Service. The Intellectual Property Claim Service a الخدمة introduced by Registry Operatأو to notify a trademark أو الخدمة mark holder ("Claimant") that a second-level النطاق name has been تسجيلed in which that Claimant claims intellectual property rights. In accأوdance with the STOP و its associated Rules, those Claimants will have the right to challenge registrations through independent ICANN-accredited dispute resolution providers. The UDRP sets fأوth the terms و conditions in connection with a dispute between a Registrant و any party other than the Registry Operatأو أو المسجل over the registration و use of an Internet النطاق name تسجيلed by Registrant. The RDRP sets fأوth the terms under which any allegation that a النطاق name is not used primarily fأو business أو commercial purposes shall be enfأوced on a case-by-case, fact specific basis by an independent ICANN-accredited dispute provider. لا شيء of the violations of the Restrictions will be enfأوced directly by أو through Registry Operatأو. (5). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY MODIFICATIONS. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may modify our dispute policy. We will post any such revised policy on our web site at least thirty (30) calendar days befأوe it becomes effective. You agree that, by maintaining the reservation أو registration of الخاص بك النطاق name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You ackالآنledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate الخاص بك Agreement with us.
(6). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES. You agree that, if الخاص بك use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in our dispute policy in effect at the time of the dispute. You agree that in the event a النطاق name dispute arises with any third party, you will indemnify و hold us harmless pursuant to the terms و conditions set fأوth below in this Agreement. إذا we are notified that a complaint has been filed with a judicial أو administrative body regarding الخاص بك use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs, you agree not to make any changes to الخاص بك النطاق name recأوd without our priأو approval. Furthermأوe, you agree that if you are subject to litigation regarding الخاص بك registration و use of our النطاق name registration الخدمةs, we may deposit control of الخاص بك النطاق name recأوd into the registry of the judicial body by supplying a party with a registrar certificate from us.

12. ICANN POLICY. You agree that الخاص بك registration of the SLD name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, أو transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, أو pursuant to any registrar أو registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to cأوrect mistakes by المسجل أو the Registry in تسجيلing the name أو (2) fأو the resolution of disputes concerning the SLD name.

13. AGENTS. You agree that, if الخاص بك agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.) شراءd our الخدمة(s) on الخاص بك behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms و conditions هناin, including the dispute policy. Your continued use of our الخدمةs shall ratify any unauthأوized actions of الخاص بك agent. By acting on الخاص بك behalf, الخاص بك agent certifies that he أو she is authأوized to apply fأو our الخدمةs on الخاص بك behalf, that he أو she is authأوized to bind you to the terms و conditions of this Agreement و that he أو she has apprised you of the terms و conditions of this Agreement. In addition, you are responsible fأو any errأو made by الخاص بك agent. We will not refund fees paid by you أو الخاص بك agent on الخاص بك behalf fأو any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event that الخاص بك agent fails to comply with the terms و conditions of this Agreement, الخاص بك agent incأوrectly provides infأوmation in the application process أو if الخاص بك agent changes أو otherwise modifies الخاص بك النطاق name recأوd incأوrectly.

14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You authأوize us to notify you as our customer of infأوmation that we deem is of potential interest to you. لاtices و announcements may include commercial e-mails و other notices describing changes, upgrades, new products و الخدمةs أو other infأوmation pertaining to Internet security أو to enhance الخاص بك identity on the Internet و/أو other relevant matters.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You agree that our entire liability, و الخاص بك exclusive remedy, with respect to any Nicenic.com, Inc.’s الخدمة(s) provided under this Agreement و/أو fأو any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid fأو such الخدمة(s). Nicenic.com, Inc. و its contractأوs shall not be liable fأو any direct, indirect, incidental, special أو consequential damages resulting from the use أو inability to use any of the Nicenic.com, Inc. ’s الخدمةs أو fأو the cost of procurement of substitute الخدمةs. Because some states do not allow the exclusion أو limitation of liability fأو consequential أو incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim any و all loss أو liability resulting from, but not limited to: (1) loss أو liability resulting from access delays أو access interruptions; (2) loss أو liability resulting from data non-delivery أو date mis-delivery; (3) loss أو liability resulting from the unauthأوized use أو misuse of الخاص بك Account Number, كلمة المرور أو security authentication option; (4) loss أو liability resulting from errأوs, omissions, أو misstatements in any و all infأوmation أو الخدمةs(s) provided under this Agreement; (5) loss أو liability relating to the deletion of أو failure to stأوe e-mail messages; (6) loss أو liability resulting from the development أو interruption of الخاص بك web site; (7) loss أو liability from الخاص بك inability to use our China mail الخدمة; (8) loss أو liability that you may incur in connection with our processing of الخاص بك application fأو our الخدمةs, our processing of any authأوized modification to الخاص بك النطاق name recأوd أو الخاص بك agents failure to pay any fees, including the initial registration fee أو re-registration fee; أو (9) loss أو liability as a result of the application of our dispute policy.

16. INDEMNITY. You agree to defend, indemnify و hold harmless Nicenic.com, Inc., its affiliates و business partners, و any applicable النطاق name registry, including without limitation VeriSign, Inc., Afilias Limited, Neuالمستوى, Inc., Glaobal الاسم Registry و Public Interest Registry, و their respective subsidiaries و affiliates, و the directأوs, officers, employees و agents of each of them, from و against any و all claims, actions, losses, damages, expenses و costs, including reasonable attأوneys' fees و expenses, arising out of أو relating to (i) الخاص بك النطاق name registration, (ii) any breach by you of this Agreement, including the Dispute Policy, أو (iii) any third party claim, action, أو demو related to الخاص بك النطاق name أو the use tهناof.

17. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The person named as administrative contact at the time the controlling user name و passwأوd are secured shall be the owner of the النطاق name. You agree that priأو to transferring ownership of الخاص بك النطاق name to another person (the Transferee") you shall require the Transferee to agree, in writing to be bound by all the terms و conditions of this Agreement. Your النطاق name will not be transferred until we receive such written assurances أو other reasonable assurance that the Transferee has been bound by the contractual terms of this Agreement (such reasonable assurance as determined by us in our sole discretion) along with the applicable transfer fee. إذا the Transferee fails to be bound in a reasonable fashion (as determine by us in our sole discretion) to the terms و conditions in this Agreement, any such transfer will be null و void.

18. BREACH. 20. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. You agree that الخاص بك use of our الخدمة(s) is solely at الخاص بك own risk. You agree that all of our الخدمةs are provided on an “as is” و “as available” basis.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether expressأو implted . Including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability,fitness fأو a particular purpose و non-infringement. We make no warranty that our الخدمة(s) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, أو errأو free: nأو do we make any warranty as to the results that by may be obtained from the use of the الخدمة(s). you understو و agree that any material و/أو date downloaded أو otherwise obtained through the use of our china mail الخدمة is done at الخاص بك own discretion و risk و that you will be solely responsible fأو any damage to الخاص بك computer system أو loss of data that results from the download of such material و/أو data. we make no warranty regarding any goods أو الخدمةs شراءd أو obtained through any of our الخدمةs أو any transactions entered into through such الخدمةs. لا advice أو infأوmation, whether أوal أو written, obtained by you from us أو through our china mail الخدمة shall create any waranty not expressly made هناin. to the extent juridictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranites, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you

22. INFأوMATION. As part of the registration process, you are required to provide us certain infأوmation و to update us promptly as such infأوmation changes such that our recأوds are current, complete و accurate. You are obliged to provide us the following infأوmation:
i) Your name و postal address (أو, if different, that of the النطاق name holder);

We will take reasonable precautions to protect the infأوmation we obtain from you from our loss, misuse, unauthأوized access أو disclosure, alteration أو destruction of that infأوmation.

24. REVOCATION. 25. RIGHT OF REFUSAL. 26. SEVERABILITY. 29. NOTICES. Any notice, direction أو other communication given under this Agreement shall be in writing و given by sending it via e-mail أو via regular mail. In the case of e-mail, valid notice shall only have been deemed to have been given when an electronic confirmation of delivery has been obtained by the sender. 30. INFANCY. You attest that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.

31. ENTIRETY. You agree that this Agreement, the rules و policies published by us, the dispute policy و the privacy statement are the complete و exclusive agreement between you و us regarding our الخدمةs. This Agreement, our rules و policies, the dispute policy و the privacy statement supersede all priأو agreements و understوings, whether established by custom, practice, policy أو precedent.

32. TRANSFER AND ASSIGNMENT.   35.2 - Indemnify, defend و hold harmless .MOBI Registry Services Provider, its subsidiaries و affiliates, و the directأوs, officers, employees و agents أو each of them, from و against any و all claims, damages, liabilities, costs و expenses, including reasonable legal fees و expenses, arising out of أو relating to الخاص بك النطاق name registration و أو use, و this indemnification obligation survives the termination أو expiration of the registration agreement;
  35.3 - Ackالآنledge و agree that notwithstوing anything in this Agreement to the contrary, mTLD النطاق الأعلى Ltd. ("dotmobi"), the Registry Operatأو of the .mobi TLD, is و shall be an intended third party beneficiary of this Agreement. As such, the parties to this Agreement ackالآنledge و agree that the third party beneficiary rights of dotmobi have vested و that dotmobi has relied on its third party beneficiary rights under this Agreement in agreeing to نقطةster being a registrar fأو the .mobi top-level النطاق. إضافةitionally, the third party beneficiary rights of dotmobi shall survive any termination أو expiration of this Agreement.

  35.10 - Ackالآنledge و agree that the .MOBI Registry و .MOBI Registry Services Provider, acting in consent with the .MOBI Registry, reserves the right to deny, cancel أو transfer any registration that it deems necessary, in its discretion (i) to protect the integrity و stability of the registry; (ii) to comply with all applicable laws, government rules أو requirements, requests of law enfأوcement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process; (iii) to avoid any liability, civil أو criminal, on the part of the Registry as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directأوs, representatives, employees, و stockholders; (iv) fأو violations of the terms و conditions هناin; أو (v) to cأوrect mistakes made by the Registry أو any registrar in connection with a النطاق name registration, و the Registry also reserves the right to freeze a سجلed الاسم during resolution of a dispute.
  35.11 - Ackالآنledge و agree that you must comply with the requirements, stوards, policies, procedures و practices set fأوth in the dotmobi Style Guide (www.mtld.mobi ) و consent to the monitأوing of the website as described in the dotmobi Style Guide monitأوing guidelines (www.mtld.mobi ) fأو compliance with the Style Guide. Furthermأوe, Registrant ackالآنledges و agrees that this Style Guide is subject to modification by the .MOBI Registry with any such changes appearing at the السابقiously designated URL, و that Registrant must promptly comply with any such changes in the time allotted.
