We, as are all accredited domeen name registrars, are also required the government to make this infvõimation available in bulk fvõim to third parties who agree not to use it to (a) allow, enable või otherwise suppvõit the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising või solicitations via e-mail (spam) või (b) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to our systems to registreeri domeen names.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT. 7. MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. You agree that in the event a domeen name dispute arises with any third party, you will indemnify ja hold us harmless pursuant to the terms ja conditions set fvõith below in this Agreement. 11. Lisaitional Registry Requirements The following provisions apply to any domeen names that you registreeri through Nicenic.com, Inc. in the relevant registry(ies).
A. (.INFO) With respect to any registration of a .INFO second level domeen name, you agree to the following terms:
(1). You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification, ja other processing of sinu Personal Data by Afilias, the .INFO Registry Operatvõi, ja its designees ja agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant in its contract.
(2). (4) . You ackkoheledge that Afilias, the registry operatvõi fvõi .INFO, will have no liability of any kind fvõi any loss või liability resulting from the proceedings ja processes relating to the Sunrise Period või the Lja Rush Period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability või inability of a registrant to obtain a given domeen name during these periods, ja (b) the results of any dispute over a Sunrise Registreerimine.
(5). B. (.BIZ) With respect to any registration of a .BIZ second level domeen name, you agree to the following terms:

(3). PROVISION OF REGISTRATION DATA.

You agree ja understja that the fvõiegoing registration data will be publicly available ja accessible on the Whois directvõiy as required by ICANN/Registry Policy ja may be sold in bulk in accvõidance with the ICANN Agreement.
(3.2) Inaccurate või Unreliable Data. You siinby represent ja warrant that the data provided in the domeen name registration application is true, cvõirect, up to date ja complete ja that you will continue to keep all the infvõimation provided up to date. (4). DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. The STOP sets fvõith the terms ja conditions in connection with a dispute between a registrant of a domeen name ("Registrant") with any third party (other than Registry Operatvõi või Registripidaja) over the registration või use of a domeen name registreeried by Registrant that is subject to the Intellectual Property Claim Service. 12. ICANN POLICY. 14. NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. You authvõiize us to notify you as our customer of infvõimation that we deem is of potential interest to you. Eitices ja announcements may include commercial e-mails ja other notices describing changes, upgrades, new products ja teenuss või other infvõimation pertaining to Internet security või to enhance sinu identity on the Internet ja/või other relevant matters.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 16. INDEMNITY. You agree to defend, indemnify ja hold harmless Nicenic.com, Inc., its affiliates ja business partners, ja any applicable domeen name registry, including without limitation VeriSign, Inc., Afilias Limited, NeuTase, Inc., Glaobal Nimi Registry ja Public Interest Registry, ja their respective subsidiaries ja affiliates, ja the directvõis, officers, employees ja agents of each of them, from ja against any ja all claims, actions, losses, damages, expenses ja costs, including reasonable attvõineys' fees ja expenses, arising out of või relating to (i) sinu domeen name registration, (ii) any breach by you of this Agreement, including the Dispute Policy, või (iii) any third party claim, action, või demja related to sinu domeen name või the use tsiinof.

17. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. The person named as administrative contact at the time the controlling user name ja passwvõid are secured shall be the owner of the domeen name. 18. BREACH. 20. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES.
