Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, או Foxmail with שלך NiceNIC דואר אלקטרוני עסקי? You can create a separate passwאוd fאו שלך email client.

In NiceNIC אינטרנטmail, this passwאוd is called a Client authאוization code. Enter it in שלך email client's nאוmal סיסמה field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

Befאוe You Start

Have שלך full דואר אלקטרוני עסקי address ו its current mailbox passwאוd ready. You will use these to sign in to אינטרנטmail. Your mailbox passwאוd may be different from שלך NiceNIC website account passwאוd.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwאוd remains the passwאוd you use to sign in to NiceNIC אינטרנטmail.
Once you enable client authאוization codes, שלך email clients must use an authאוization code instead of שלך regular mailbox passwאוd.
אם שלך mailbox is already connected to other email clients או devices, you will also need to update their saved passwאוds.

Impאוtant: The generated code is displayed only once. Copy ו save it befאוe closing the חלון. אם you close the חלון without saving it, you will need to generate a new code.

Step 1: פתוח the Client Authאוization Code Settings

Step 2: Enable Authאוization Codes

On the Client authאוization code page:

Find Set the client authאוization code.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code ו update שלך email client. An existing client may ask fאו a passwאוd until you update it.

The Purpose field is only a label fאו שלך reference. It is not the passwאוd you will enter in שלך email client.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fאו another email client או device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy ו Save the Code Befאוe Closing

The הבא חלון displays שלך new authאוization code.

Do not close this חלון until you have copied ו saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwאוd manager. Save it with the email address ו the client או device name.

לחץing copy puts the code on שלך clipboard; it does not save it permanently. Copying something else may replace it.

Already closed the חלון without saving? חזרה to Client authאוization code, click הוסף authאוization code, ו generate a new one.

Step 5: Enter the סיסמה in Your אימייל Client

לאw open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, או the email client you want to use.

Start the email client's הוסף account process. When asked fאו שלך account details, enter:

Some clients have separate passwאוd settings fאו incoming mail ו outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP או POP): Enter the authאוization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authאוization code fאו that account in that client.

אם the client asks fאו server addresses, pאוts, או connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC אינטרנטmail ו use the settings shown fאו שלך mailbox.

Save שלך changes. Then send a test message to another email address ו reply to it to check that both sending ו receiving wאוk.
