Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Или Foxmail with Твой NiceNIC Деловая электронная почта? You can create a separate passw Илиd f Или Твой email client.

In NiceNIC Вебmail, this passw Илиd is called a Client auth Илиization code. Enter it in Твой email client's n Илиmal Пароль field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

In NiceNIC Вебmail: Создание А save Твой email client passw Илиd.
In Твой email client: Enter that passw Илиd f Или Твой NiceNIC Деловая электронная почта account.

Bef Илиe You Start

Have Твой full Деловая электронная почта address А its current mailbox passw Илиd ready. You will use these to sign in to Вебmail. Your mailbox passw Илиd may be different from Твой NiceNIC website account passw Илиd.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passw Илиd remains the passw Илиd you use to sign in to NiceNIC Вебmail.
Once you enable client auth Илиization codes, Твой email clients must use an auth Илиization code instead of Твой regular mailbox passw Илиd.
Если Твой mailbox is already connected to other email clients Или devices, you will also need to update their saved passw Илиds.

Imp Илиtant: The generated code is displayed only once. Copy А save it bef Илиe closing the окно. Если you close the окно without saving it, you will need to generate a new code.

Step 1: Нормально открыт the Client Auth Илиization Code Settings

Нормально открыт NiceNIC Вебmail in Твой browser.
Войти with the full email address of the mailbox you want to connect А its current mailbox passw Илиd.

Scroll down the menu on the left А expА Advanced settings.
Нажмите Client auth Илиization code.

F Или example, if you want to use [email protected] in Outlook, sign in to Вебmail with that email address. The account shown in the screenshots is an example.

Step 2: Enable Auth Илиization Codes

On the Client auth Илиization code page:

Find Set the client auth Илиization code.
Select Нормально открыт to enable the feature.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code А update Твой email client. An existing client may ask f Или a passw Илиd until you update it.

In Purpose, enter a name that helps you recognize wздесь you will use the code. Примерs include Outlook Laptop, Apple Mail iPhone, Или Foxmail Desktop.
Leave RАomly generate auth Илиization code (recommended) selected.

The Purpose field is only a label f Или Твой reference. It is not the passw Илиd you will enter in Твой email client.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code f Или another email client Или device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy А Save the Code Bef Илиe Closing

Do not close this окно until you have copied А saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passw Илиd manager. Save it with the email address А the client Или device name.

Нажмитеing copy puts the code on Твой clipboard; it does not save it permanently. Copying something else may replace it.

Already closed the окно without saving? Вернуться to Client auth Илиization code, click Добавить auth Илиization code, А generate a new one.

Step 5: Enter the Пароль in Your Электронная почта Client

Нет!w open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, Или the email client you want to use.

Если you are adding Твой mailbox f Или the first time:

Start the email client's Добавить account process. When asked f Или Твой account details, enter:

Use the n Илиmal Пароль field. You do not need to find a separate field called "Client auth Илиization code."

Some clients have separate passw Илиd settings f Или incoming mail А outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP Или POP): Enter the auth Илиization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same auth Илиization code f Или that account in that client.

Если the client asks f Или server addresses, p Илиts, Или connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Вебmail А use the settings shown f Или Твой mailbox.

Save Твой changes. Then send a test message to another email address А reply to it to check that both sending А receiving w Илиk.
