How to Створити an Електронна пошта Client Пароль fабо NiceNIC Ділова електронна пошта

Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, або Foxmail with ваш NiceNIC Ділова електронна пошта? You can create a separate passwабоd fабо ваш email client.

In NiceNIC Вебmail, this passwабоd is called a Client authабоization code. Enter it in ваш email client's nабоmal Пароль field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

In NiceNIC Вебmail: Створити і save ваш email client passwабоd.
In ваш email client: Enter that passwабоd fабо ваш NiceNIC Ділова електронна пошта account.

Befабоe You Start

Have ваш full Ділова електронна пошта address і its current mailbox passwабоd ready. You will use these to sign in to Вебmail. Your mailbox passwабоd may be different from ваш NiceNIC website account passwабоd.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwабоd remains the passwабоd you use to sign in to NiceNIC Вебmail.
Once you enable client authабоization codes, ваш email clients must use an authабоization code instead of ваш regular mailbox passwабоd.
Якщо ваш mailbox is already connected to other email clients або devices, you will also need to update their saved passwабоds.

Step 1: Відкрити the Client Authабоization Code Settings

Step 2: Enable Authабоization Codes

On the Client authабоization code page:

Find Set the client authабоization code.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code і update ваш email client. An existing client may ask fабо a passwабоd until you update it.

In Purpose, enter a name that helps you recognize wтут you will use the code. Прикладs include Outlook Laptop, Apple Mail iPhone, або Foxmail Desktop.
Leave Rіomly generate authабоization code (recommended) selected.

The Purpose field is only a label fабо ваш reference. It is not the passwабоd you will enter in ваш email client.

The вікно also offers Customize authабоization code. Fабо this guide, use the recommended rіom generation option.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fабо another email client або device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy і Save the Code Befабоe Closing

The вперед вікно displays ваш new authабоization code.

Do not close this вікно until you have copied і saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Натисніть copy вперед to the generated code.
Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwабоd manager. Save it with the email address і the client або device name.
Перевірити that the complete code has been saved.
Натисніть Закрити only after you have finished.

Натиснітьing copy puts the code on ваш clipboard; it does not save it permanently. Copying something else may replace it.

Already closed the вікно without saving? Повернутись to Client authабоization code, click Додати authабоization code, і generate a new one.

Step 5: Enter the Пароль in Your Електронна пошта Client

Ніw open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, або the email client you want to use.

Start the email client's Додати account process. When asked fабо ваш account details, enter:

Some clients have separate passwабоd settings fабо incoming mail і outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP або POP): Enter the authабоization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authабоization code fабо that account in that client.

Якщо the client asks fабо server addresses, pабоts, або connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Вебmail і use the settings shown fабо ваш mailbox.

Save ваш changes. Then send a test message to another email address і reply to it to check that both sending і receiving wабоk.

The generated code is displayed only once і cannot be viewed again after you close the вікно.
