How to Tạo an Email Client Mật khẩu fhoặc NiceNIC Email doanh nghiệp

This guide walks you through two tasks:

Befhoặce You Start

Have của bạn full Email doanh nghiệp address và its current mailbox passwhoặcd ready. You will use these to sign in to Webmail. Your mailbox passwhoặcd may be different from của bạn NiceNIC website account passwhoặcd.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwhoặcd remains the passwhoặcd you use to sign in to NiceNIC Webmail.
Once you enable client authhoặcization codes, của bạn email clients must use an authhoặcization code instead of của bạn regular mailbox passwhoặcd.
Nếu của bạn mailbox is already connected to other email clients hoặc devices, you will also need to update their saved passwhoặcds.

Step 1: Mở the Client Authhoặcization Code Settings

Step 2: Enable Authhoặcization Codes

On the Client authhoặcization code page:

Find Set the client authhoặcization code.
Select Mở to enable the feature.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fhoặc another email client hoặc device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy và Save the Code Befhoặce Closing

Step 5: Enter the Mật khẩu in Your Email Client

Some clients have separate passwhoặcd settings fhoặc incoming mail và outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP hoặc POP): Enter the authhoặcization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authhoặcization code fhoặc that account in that client.
