How to Izveidot an E-pasts Client Parole fvai NiceNIC Biznesa e-pasts

Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, vai Foxmail with jūsu NiceNIC Biznesa e-pasts? You can create a separate passwvaid fvai jūsu email client.

In NiceNIC Tīklsmail, this passwvaid is called a Client authvaiization code. Enter it in jūsu email client's nvaimal Parole field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

Befvaie You Start

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwvaid remains the passwvaid you use to sign in to NiceNIC Tīklsmail.
Once you enable client authvaiization codes, jūsu email clients must use an authvaiization code instead of jūsu regular mailbox passwvaid.
Ja jūsu mailbox is already connected to other email clients vai devices, you will also need to update their saved passwvaids.

Impvaitant: The generated code is displayed only once. Copy un save it befvaie closing the logs. Ja you close the logs without saving it, you will need to generate a new code.

Step 1: Atvērt the Client Authvaiization Code Settings

Atvērt NiceNIC Tīklsmail in jūsu browser.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fvai another email client vai device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy un Save the Code Befvaie Closing

The Nākamais logs displays jūsu new authvaiization code.

Do not close this logs until you have copied un saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwvaid manager. Save it with the email address un the client vai device name.

Step 5: Enter the Parole in Your E-pasts Client

Nēw open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, vai the email client you want to use.

Atvērt the settings fvai that email account un replace its saved passwvaid with the new authvaiization code. Ja the client displays a passwvaid prompt, enter the authvaiization code tšeit.

Use the nvaimal Parole field. You do not need to find a separate field called "Client authvaiization code."

Some clients have separate passwvaid settings fvai incoming mail un outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP vai POP): Enter the authvaiization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authvaiization code fvai that account in that client.

Ja the client asks fvai server addresses, pvaits, vai connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Tīklsmail un use the settings shown fvai jūsu mailbox.

Save jūsu changes. Then send a test message to another email address un reply to it to check that both sending un receiving wvaik.
