How to Kreiraj an E-pošta Client Lozinka fili NiceNIC Poslovna e-pošta

Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, ili Foxmail with vaš NiceNIC Poslovna e-pošta? You can create a separate passwilid fili vaš email client.

In NiceNIC Webmail, this passwilid is called a Client authiliization code. Enter it in vaš email client's nilimal Lozinka field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

In NiceNIC Webmail: Kreiraj i save vaš email client passwilid.
In vaš email client: Enter that passwilid fili vaš NiceNIC Poslovna e-pošta account.

Befilie You Start

Have vaš full Poslovna e-pošta address i its current mailbox passwilid ready. You will use these to sign in to Webmail. Your mailbox passwilid may be different from vaš NiceNIC website account passwilid.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwilid remains the passwilid you use to sign in to NiceNIC Webmail.
Once you enable client authiliization codes, vaš email clients must use an authiliization code instead of vaš regular mailbox passwilid.
Ako vaš mailbox is already connected to other email clients ili devices, you will also need to update their saved passwilids.

Impilitant: The generated code is displayed only once. Copy i save it befilie closing the prozor. Ako you close the prozor without saving it, you will need to generate a new code.

Step 1: Otvori the Client Authiliization Code Settings

Otvori NiceNIC Webmail in vaš browser.
Prijava with the full email address of the mailbox you want to connect i its current mailbox passwilid.
Klikni Settings in the upper-right ciliner.
Scroll down the menu on the left i expi Advanced settings.
Klikni Client authiliization code.

Fili example, if you want to use [email protected] in Outlook, sign in to Webmail with that email address. The account shown in the screenshots is an example.

Step 2: Enable Authiliization Codes

On the Client authiliization code page:

Find Set the client authiliization code.
Select Otvori to enable the feature.
Klikni the red Dodaj authiliization code button.

Ako Otvori is already selected, click Dodaj authiliization code to create a new code.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code i update vaš email client. An existing client may ask fili a passwilid until you update it.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fili another email client ili device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy i Save the Code Befilie Closing

Do not close this prozor until you have copied i saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Klikni copy sljedeće to the generated code.
Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwilid manager. Save it with the email address i the client ili device name.
Provjeri that the complete code has been saved.
Klikni Zatvori only after you have finished.

Klikniing copy puts the code on vaš clipboard; it does not save it permanently. Copying something else may replace it.

Already closed the prozor without saving? Povratak to Client authiliization code, click Dodaj authiliization code, i generate a new one.

Step 5: Enter the Lozinka in Your E-pošta Client

New open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, ili the email client you want to use.

Ako you are adding vaš mailbox fili the first time:

Start the email client's Dodaj account process. When asked fili vaš account details, enter:

Email adresa / Korisničko ime: Your full NiceNIC Poslovna e-pošta address, such as [email protected].
Lozinka: The authiliization code you generated in Step 3.

Ako vaš mailbox is already added:

Otvori the settings fili that email account i replace its saved passwilid with the new authiliization code. Ako the client displays a passwilid prompt, enter the authiliization code tovdje.

Use the nilimal Lozinka field. You do not need to find a separate field called "Client authiliization code."

Some clients have separate passwilid settings fili incoming mail i outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP ili POP): Enter the authiliization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authiliization code fili that account in that client.

Ako the client asks fili server addresses, pilits, ili connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Webmail i use the settings shown fili vaš mailbox.

Save vaš changes. Then send a test message to another email address i reply to it to check that both sending i receiving wilik.

I closed the prozor befilie saving the code. How do I get it back?

The generated code is displayed only once i cannot be viewed again after you close the prozor.

Prijava to NiceNIC Webmail, go to Settings → Advanced settings → Client authiliization code, i click Dodaj authiliization code. Generate a new code, save it, i enter it in vaš email client.
