How to Létrehozás an Email Client Jelszó fvagy NiceNIC Üzleti e-mail

Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, vagy Foxmail with a te NiceNIC Üzleti e-mail? You can create a separate passwvagyd fvagy a te email client.

In NiceNIC Webmail, this passwvagyd is called a Client authvagyization code. Enter it in a te email client's nvagymal Jelszó field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

In NiceNIC Webmail: Létrehozás és save a te email client passwvagyd.
In a te email client: Enter that passwvagyd fvagy a te NiceNIC Üzleti e-mail account.

Befvagye You Start

Have a te full Üzleti e-mail address és its current mailbox passwvagyd ready. You will use these to sign in to Webmail. Your mailbox passwvagyd may be different from a te NiceNIC website account passwvagyd.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwvagyd remains the passwvagyd you use to sign in to NiceNIC Webmail.
Once you enable client authvagyization codes, a te email clients must use an authvagyization code instead of a te regular mailbox passwvagyd.
Ha a te mailbox is already connected to other email clients vagy devices, you will also need to update their saved passwvagyds.

Step 2: Enable Authvagyization Codes

On the Client authvagyization code page:

Find Set the client authvagyization code.

The Purpose field is only a label fvagy a te reference. It is not the passwvagyd you will enter in a te email client.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fvagy another email client vagy device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy és Save the Code Befvagye Closing

Do not close this ablak until you have copied és saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Step 5: Enter the Jelszó in Your Email Client

Nemw open Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Foxmail, vagy the email client you want to use.

Start the email client's Hozzáadás account process. When asked fvagy a te account details, enter:

Ha a te mailbox is already added:

Use the nvagymal Jelszó field. You do not need to find a separate field called "Client authvagyization code."

Some clients have separate passwvagyd settings fvagy incoming mail és outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP vagy POP): Enter the authvagyization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authvagyization code fvagy that account in that client.

Ha the client asks fvagy server addresses, pvagyts, vagy connection settings, open Client Config at the top of NiceNIC Webmail és use the settings shown fvagy a te mailbox.

Save a te changes. Then send a test message to another email address és reply to it to check that both sending és receiving wvagyk.
