Using Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, یا Foxmail with آپ کا NiceNIC Business Email? You can create a separate passwیاd fیا آپ کا email client.

In NiceNIC ویبmail, this passwیاd is called a Client authیاization code. Enter it in آپ کا email client's nیاmal پاس ورڈ field.

This guide walks you through two tasks:

Befیاe You Start

Have آپ کا full Business Email address اور its current mailbox passwیاd ready. You will use these to sign in to ویبmail. Your mailbox passwیاd may be different from آپ کا NiceNIC website account passwیاd.

Please keep these points in mind:

Your regular passwیاd remains the passwیاd you use to sign in to NiceNIC ویبmail.
Once you enable client authیاization codes, آپ کا email clients must use an authیاization code instead of آپ کا regular mailbox passwیاd.
اگر آپ کا mailbox is already connected to other email clients یا devices, you will also need to update their saved passwیاds.

Impیاtant: The generated code is displayed only once. Copy اور save it befیاe closing the ونڈو. اگر you close the ونڈو without saving it, you will need to generate a new code.

Step 1: کھولیں the Client Authیاization Code Settings

Step 2: Enable Authیاization Codes

On the Client authیاization code page:

Find Set the client authیاization code.

After enabling this feature, continue with the following steps to create a code اور update آپ کا email client. An existing client may ask fیا a passwیاd until you update it.

In Purpose, enter a name that helps you recognize wیہاں you will use the code. مثالs include Outlook Laptop, Apple Mail iPhone, یا Foxmail Desktop.
Leave Rاورomly generate authیاization code (recommended) selected.

The Purpose field is only a label fیا آپ کا reference. It is not the passwیاd you will enter in آپ کا email client.

The ونڈو also offers Customize authیاization code. Fیا this guide, use the recommended rاورom generation option.

You can repeat these steps to create a separate code fیا another email client یا device. Give each code a clear name so you can identify it later.

Step 4: Copy اور Save the Code Befیاe Closing

The اگلا ونڈو displays آپ کا new authیاization code.

Do not close this ونڈو until you have copied اور saved the code. You cannot reopen it later to view the same code.

Paste the code into a secure place, such as a passwیاd manager. Save it with the email address اور the client یا device name.

Step 5: Enter the پاس ورڈ in Your ای میل Client

Some clients have separate passwیاd settings fیا incoming mail اور outgoing mail:

Incoming mail (IMAP یا POP): Enter the authیاization code.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): Enter the same authیاization code fیا that account in that client.
