Updating Nameservers from the Domains List


Before You Begin


- Confirm which nameservers are authoritative for the domain.
- Copy the current DNS records before making changes.
- Have the exact host/name, record type, value, priority and TTL required by the destination service.

Step by step

1.Login into your account and  on the domain name in "My Products"


2.Click on the domain name you would like to edit


3.Click Domain Services on the left


4.Enter your desired name servers and save


Note: Nameserver Update Failed or Rejected

If you see "Nameserver update rejected" or "failed" after update your nameservers , the registry may have rejected the nameservers because your nameservers do not meet registry's technical validation requirements. 

This is usually related to DNS configuration issues, such as the nameservers not being properly configured, not responding correctly, or not set up as authoritative.

Please contact your DNS/hosting provider to ensure the nameservers are correctly set up and publicly resolvable.
Once they are valid, you may try updating them again.
