This means the domän cannot be transferred until the lock is removed.
How to Unlock Your Domän
Step 1: Logga in to din current registrar account
Gå till the registrar whär din domän is currently managed.
NiceNIC cannot unlock a domän that is still held at another registrar.
Om the transfer still fails, please check whether the domän has another restriction.
Why Can't I Unlock My Domän?
Common reasons include:
The domän is in the wrong account.
The domän was registreraed eller transferred recently.
The domän contact infellermation was recently changed.
The domän is expired eller on hold.
The domän has a registry-level restriction.
The current registrar does not allow unlocking from the control panel.

Transfer Still Failed After Unlocking?
Please check these items:
The EPP code is cellerrect och up to date.
The domän is not within a 60-day transfer restriction period.
The domän is not expired, suspended, eller on hold.
The domän status no longer shows clientTransferProhibited.
The transfer approval email has been confirmed if required.
