Quick Answer

NiceNIC supports multiple account-funding methods, including online cryptocurrency payments, manual crypto payments, PayPal, eligible credit or debit cards through PayPal, and international bank transfer.

For cryptocurrency payments:

  • NiceNIC charges 0% processing fee.
  • The current online crypto provider charges a 1.5% service fee.
  • Wallet, exchange or blockchain network fees may also apply.
  • Online crypto payments are credited automatically after payment confirmation, not necessarily instantly.
  • Always use the exact cryptocurrency, network, destination and amount shown in your current NiceNIC payment instructions.
  • NiceNIC currently supports USDT on multiple networks, including TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20.
  • XMR is not supported.

The live NiceNIC payment screen is the final source for the payment methods and networks currently available for a specific transaction.

1. My Online Crypto Payment Was Sent but My NiceNIC Balance Has Not Been Credited. What Should I Do?

Do not send a second payment immediately.

First check:

  • the NiceNIC account you funded;
  • the payment status;
  • cryptocurrency used;
  • blockchain network;
  • amount;
  • transaction hash or TXID;
  • blockchain confirmation status;
  • current NiceNIC account balance.

Online crypto payments are credited automatically after the payment has been confirmed and successfully processed.

Processing time can vary depending on:

  • blockchain confirmation;
  • network conditions;
  • payment-provider processing;
  • payment details;
  • compliance review.

A crypto transaction being broadcast or confirmed on-chain does not always mean the NiceNIC balance has already been credited.

If the blockchain transaction is confirmed but the NiceNIC balance remains unchanged, submit a NiceNIC support ticket and include:

  • NiceNIC username;
  • payment reference;
  • cryptocurrency;
  • network;
  • amount;
  • TXID;
  • payment time.

Do not send your password, private key or seed phrase.

2. What If the Crypto Payment Provider Marks My Payment as Invalid or Rejected?

Online crypto payment providers may apply their own transaction and compliance checks.

If the provider marks a payment as:

  • invalid;
  • rejected;
  • failed;
  • cancelled;

NiceNIC may not have received the funds.

Do not assume the amount has been credited simply because the wallet transaction was initiated.

Check:

  1. the provider payment status;
  2. your NiceNIC payment record;
  3. your NiceNIC account balance;
  4. any refund or return instructions shown by the provider.

Refund or return timing is controlled by the payment provider and can vary by transaction.

If the status remains unclear, submit a NiceNIC support ticket with the payment reference and transaction details.

3. How Do I Make an Online Crypto Payment?

Sign in to your NiceNIC account and open:

My Account → My Payment → Add Balance

Then:

  1. enter the amount you want to add;
  2. select an available online cryptocurrency or stablecoin;
  3. select the available network;
  4. review the payment amount and applicable fee;
  5. use the exact asset and network shown in the payment instructions;
  6. complete the payment;
  7. wait for confirmation;
  8. verify that the NiceNIC account balance has been credited.

Online crypto payments are normally credited automatically after successful confirmation.

Do not describe this process as guaranteed instant funding because confirmation and provider-processing time can vary.

4. How Do I Make a Manual Crypto Payment?

NiceNIC also provides a manual crypto wallet route for supported customers and resellers.

Current manual crypto options include:

  • BTC
  • USDT
  • ETH
  • LTC

To request current wallet information:

  1. sign in to your NiceNIC account;
  2. open My Tickets;
  3. select Submit a Ticket;
  4. choose the applicable wallet/payment request;
  5. obtain the current wallet and network information before sending funds.

Do not reuse a wallet address from an old payment, screenshot, email or previous support ticket without reconfirming it.

For the first manual crypto payment, NiceNIC may review the transaction before account credit is confirmed. Future handling depends on the verified payment workflow and transaction matching.

Always keep the TXID for reconciliation.

5. Which Cryptocurrencies Does NiceNIC Support?

NiceNIC currently provides both online and manual cryptocurrency payment options.

Online Crypto Payment

Current online options can include:

  • USDT
  • BTC
  • ETH
  • USDC
  • Bitcoin Lightning
  • PYUSD
  • Binance Pay

Availability can vary by payment provider and transaction.

Manual Crypto Payment

Current manual wallet options include:

  • BTC
  • USDT
  • ETH
  • LTC

The live payment screen or current NiceNIC payment instruction is authoritative for each transaction.

NiceNIC does not support XMR.

6. Which Networks Can I Use for USDT?

NiceNIC supports USDT through multiple blockchain networks.

Current supported USDT routes include:

  • TRC20 — Tron
  • ERC20 — Ethereum
  • BEP20 — BNB Smart Chain

Other USDT networks may also be available through the online payment provider when displayed in the live NiceNIC payment flow.

The most important rule is:

Use the exact network selected or displayed in your current NiceNIC payment instructions.

For example:

  • if the payment says USDT TRC20, send USDT through Tron;
  • if the payment says USDT ERC20, send USDT through Ethereum;
  • if the payment says USDT BEP20, send USDT through BNB Smart Chain.

Do not switch networks after receiving a payment instruction unless you generate or receive a new instruction for the new network.

7. Does NiceNIC Support USDT BEP20?

Yes.

NiceNIC currently supports USDT through BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).

Use BEP20 only when the current NiceNIC payment instruction is configured for BEP20.

Do not send BEP20 to a TRC20 or ERC20 payment instruction simply because all three routes use USDT.

The asset may be the same.

The blockchain network is not.

8. Does NiceNIC Support XMR?

No.

NiceNIC does not currently support XMR.

Please use one of the cryptocurrency or payment methods shown in the current NiceNIC payment workflow.

9. Is There an Extra Fee for Cryptocurrency Payments?

NiceNIC currently charges:

0% NiceNIC processing fee

for crypto funding.

For the current online crypto route:

the online payment provider currently charges a 1.5% service fee.

Wallet, exchange or blockchain network fees may also apply.

The cost should therefore be separated into:

NiceNIC Processing Fee

0%

Online Payment Provider Fee

Currently 1.5%

Wallet / Exchange / Blockchain Fee

Varies depending on the sending service and selected network.

Review the total payment amount and fee shown before confirming the transaction.

For manual crypto payments, wallet, exchange or blockchain transaction fees may apply. NiceNIC credits the amount actually received and verified according to the applicable payment workflow.

10. Which Other Payment Methods Does NiceNIC Accept?

In addition to cryptocurrency, NiceNIC currently provides payment methods including:

PayPal

Customers can pay through PayPal.

Eligible credit or debit cards may also be available through PayPal when PayPal offers that option.

NiceNIC does not directly collect the customer's card details in this workflow.

International Bank Transfer

NiceNIC accepts eligible international bank transfers in supported currencies according to the current bank-payment instructions.

Bank or intermediary-bank fees may apply.

Always use the current bank details shown by NiceNIC before sending funds.

Payment methods can change over time, so check:

NiceNIC Payment Options

before initiating a payment.

11. How Long Does a Crypto Payment Take to Credit?

There is no single guaranteed processing time for every cryptocurrency transaction.

Timing can depend on:

  • selected cryptocurrency;
  • selected blockchain;
  • blockchain congestion;
  • required confirmations;
  • payment-provider processing;
  • payment details;
  • compliance review.

Online crypto payment is:

automatic after confirmation

but that does not mean:

guaranteed instant.

If a domain registration, renewal or transfer is time-sensitive, fund the NiceNIC account early rather than waiting until the deadline.

12. Can I Use a Different Network Because It Is Cheaper?

Only if the current NiceNIC payment workflow offers that network and you generate the corresponding payment instruction.

For example:

If your payment instruction says:

USDT TRC20

do not independently send:

USDT BEP20

or:

USDT ERC20

to the same payment instruction.

First select or obtain the correct payment route.

A lower network fee is not worth creating a wrong-network payment.

13. What If I Send Crypto Through the Wrong Network?

Do not send another transaction immediately.

Record:

  • cryptocurrency;
  • network actually used;
  • destination;
  • amount;
  • TXID;
  • payment time;
  • NiceNIC payment reference.

Then submit a NiceNIC support ticket.

Do not assume that a wrong-network payment can always be recovered.

Recovery depends on:

  • blockchain;
  • destination;
  • payment-provider infrastructure;
  • custody arrangement;
  • transaction status.

Recovery is not guaranteed.

14. Can I Reuse an Old NiceNIC Wallet Address?

Do not assume that an old wallet address or old payment instruction is still valid.

Before every crypto payment, confirm:

  • asset;
  • network;
  • destination;
  • amount;
  • current NiceNIC payment instruction.

Never send cryptocurrency using information copied from:

  • another customer's payment;
  • an old screenshot;
  • an unverified Telegram account;
  • an old support ticket without reconfirmation.

15. What Can I Use My NiceNIC Account Balance For?

After the payment has been confirmed and the balance is available, eligible NiceNIC account credit can be used for supported services such as:

Payment confirmation and domain-operation success are separate events.

Always verify the domain order result after using the funded balance.

How to Verify a Payment

After completing any payment, check:

  • payment record;
  • payment status;
  • amount;
  • NiceNIC account balance;
  • related order status, if applicable.

For crypto payments, also save:

  • cryptocurrency;
  • network;
  • TXID;
  • payment time.

Do not rely only on a wallet showing:

Sent

or:

Confirmed

Verify the result inside the NiceNIC account.

Payment Troubleshooting Checklist

Before contacting support, confirm:

  • Correct NiceNIC account
  • Correct payment method
  • Correct cryptocurrency
  • Correct blockchain network
  • Correct destination
  • Correct amount
  • TXID saved
  • Blockchain/payment-provider status checked
  • NiceNIC payment record checked
  • NiceNIC account balance checked
  • Duplicate payment not submitted

If the issue remains unresolved, submit a NiceNIC support ticket with the exact transaction details.
