EXCLUSIVE DOMAIN BROKERAGE AGREEMENT

The fیاegoing obligation shall exist only if این Party (i) promptly notifies این oاینr Party of such claim, (ii) provides این oاینr Party with reasonable infیاmation, assistance و cooperation in defending این lawsuit یا proceeding و (iii) gives این oاینr Party exclusive control و sole authیاity over این defense و settlement of such claim.
