EXCLUSIVE DOMAIN BROKERAGE AGREEMENT

THIS EXCLUSIVE DOMAIN BROKERAGE AGREEMENT (this “AGREEMENT”) is entered into bu date & time və submission of web fvə yam is completed by signee buradainafter referred to as “SELLER”), və NiceNIC.NET, a Hong Kong Limited Liability Company (buradainafter referred to as “BROKER”) (SELLER və BROKER each a “Party” və may be collectively referred to as bu “Parties”).

1.TERM OF THE AGREEMENT: SELLER grants BROKER bu exclusive right və authvə yaity to sell bu DOMAINS fvə ya six aynths from contract date (bu “Exclusive Sale Period”). Əgər at least one DOMAIN is sold within bu initial Exclusive Sale Period, bun bu Exclusive Sale Period shall be extended fvə ya an additional 4 aynths if by mutual agreement by both parties.

Once a DOMAIN is submitted by SELLER in writing by ADDENDA, bu DOMAIN becomes subject to this AGREEMENT.

2.EXCLUSIVITY: During bu Exclusive Sale Period, SELLER agrees not to use, appoint və ya engage any person və ya entity obur than BROKER to act as its agent, sales representative və ya in a similar capacity with respect to bu DOMAINS during bu term of this AGREEMENT. In bu event that SELLER sells və ya markets bu DOMAINS directly to a almaqer və ya through any person və ya entity obur than BROKER during bu term of this AGREEMENT, BROKER shall be entitled to receive bu Fee (as buradainafter defined). Such reimbursement shall occur out of bu proceeds of bu sale of bu related DOMAINS və shall only be due və payable in bu event of a sale.

7.BROKER RESPONSIBILITIES: BROKER agrees to use commercially reasonable effvə yats to secure almaqers fvə ya bu DOMAINS during bu Exclusive Sale Period. BROKER agrees that its responsibilities shall be perfvə yamed in a diligent, competent və professional manner. SELLER ackindiledges və agrees that this AGREEMENT does not require BROKER to render Xidməts solely to SELLER və ya to devote BROKER's entire business time və effvə yat to bu perfvə yamance of its duties buradaunder. During bu Exclusive Sale Period, BROKER shall have bu right to act as a sales representative, distributvə ya və/və ya marketing agent fvə ya persons və entities obur than SELLER, including, without limitation, persons və entities who are və ya who may be in competition with SELLER. 13.RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES; REPVƏ YATING OF INCOME.
