NiceNIC Billing Help: Payments, Invoices, Refunds and Crypto
Use this hub to find NiceNIC payment methods, invoices, refund rules and cryptocurrency payment guidance. Select the billing task below, review the applicable restrictions and submit a ticket when a payment or order cannot be matched automatically.
Payment Methods
Start with What Payment Methods Does NiceNIC Accept? and use only the options displayed in the account or confirmed by Support.
- Cryptocurrency options can include providers such as Binance or TripleA.
- PayPal, bank transfer and Zelle may be available by account or transaction.
- Never reuse an old wallet or bank destination without checking the current instructions.
Invoices
Use Where to Locate Invoices. Product-order invoices and account-recharge invoices are stored under different records, so identify the payment type before generating an invoice.
- Open the matching order or recharge record.
- Check the amount and billing details.
- Generate the invoice from that record.
- Submit the order or transaction number if the invoice action is unavailable.
Refund Eligibility
Read Can I Get a Refund? NiceNIC Refund Eligibility and Exceptions before requesting a review. Services are prepaid and generally non-refundable; successfully registered domains cannot be canceled for a refund, and the current policy states that cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
Cryptocurrency Payments
The Payment FAQ covers online funding, manual wallet requests, networks, confirmation timing and invalid provider payments.
- Save the asset, network, amount, time and transaction hash.
- Account credit reflects the net amount NiceNIC receives after applicable fees.
- Never disclose a wallet seed phrase or exchange password.
Billing Troubleshooting
- Confirm the order and payment belong to the same NiceNIC account.
- Record the payment method, amount, time and reference.
- Check whether the provider completed or rejected the transaction.
- Submit one ticket with the evidence and affected order.
