How to Change or Bind a Different Domain for Your Business Email
If you want to use your existing NiceNIC Business Email service with another domain, you can change the bound domain from the Business Email management page.
Important reminder: After changing the bound domain, the email records under the previous domain will be cleared and cannot be recovered. Please back up all historical emails before changing the domain.
How to Change or Bind a Different Domain 1. Scroll to the bottom of the Business Email management page. 2. Locate the Bind Domain section. 3. Enter the new domain name in the New Domain field. 4. Click Bind Domain. The system will automatically update the Business Email service to use the new domain.
When Do You Need to Change or Bind a Different Domain? You may need to change the bound domain in these situations:
You selected the wrong domain when setting up Business Email.
You want to use Business Email with a new company domain.
Your old domain is no longer in use.
Your brand name or website domain has changed.
You want to move the existing Business Email service to another domain you control.
You registered Business Email first and want to bind it to the correct domain later.
If you only want to keep using the current email accounts and historical emails, do not change the bound domain before backing up your data.
